Terri s toppers located in central. Fort lauderdale. I had a great experience with the service they provided they help secure my topper and put LED lights in and I m a very happy camper but an addition to that they do many things so if you need something added to your vehicle modifications done to your vehicle, this is the place to go. Tony owner and Neil were very helpful. And the service staff made sure they got the job done completely.They have things such as trailer parts toppers, camper, toppers beds, slides, bed covers all the things you need for your pick up accessories. They do the installations and modifications to your vans. Anything you need they ll take care of it give them a call you won t be disappointed if I could give more than five stars, I would and my pictures don t do justice they do a lot more than what I talked about

Great place for your truck needs!!NEAL Carr is a great gentleman, knowledgeable, friendly, knows how to treat customers and make them feel comfortable!He was very helpful, give me time to think about the estimate I received as well as to discuss some issues with my dealership where I purchased my vehicle regarding warranty of installed aftermarket product!I will definitely go back to this great shop were I will purchase anything I need for my Nissan Frontier 2024!Highly recommend this shop!!

Initially was sent to Terrys for a warranty claim on my topper by the manufacturer. Saw some broncos they were doing lifts on, some really high level stuff. After speaking with Tony I decided to have them do a lift on my gladiator and couldn't be happier how it turned out. Very knowledgable group there, really friendly and helpful. Couldn't recommend this shop more!

Although it took a little over a week to get the parts in for my simple topper fix... and waiting for a delivery on a bug truck - super tight parking on a main street - they are courteous, have great things gs and they get the job done quickly. I've been going to them for years and do appreciate their service.

Absolutely the best! Took my 2017 Jeep in and had it coated inside and out with accented trim! There was a lot to disassemble, not to mention rebuild after all was coated. They took their time and made sure everything was right. Even down to delivery they made sure everything in and on the Jeep was working the same way I dropped it off. Hands down would recommend them to anyone!!!!

Just met with Tony yesterday for my new truck topper. Waiting for its arrival and then installation. I'm sure things will go well. These people seem legit, professional and friendly. I will attempt to follow up with this review once the installation is completed.After waiting 6 days, the product arrived damaged. They called me in any way for the install. When I noticed the dent they agreed to reorder. By that time I had found another company that was 15% less for the same product. Nice folks but it just didn't work out. I wish them all the best in business.

Worse customer service ever, they treat you like no one and all they care about is making money and profit. They do not know how to talk to customers with respect or anything, I would not recommend this place to anyone if I could've given a negative star it would be -5

Shout out to the team at Terry s Toppers for going above and beyond for my bed cap removal. They even took the extra step to re- attach my tunnow cover. Expert team with friendly customer service

I can't say enough good things about the staff and service at Terry's. I found Terry after a poor experience at another truck accessory dealer in Palm Beach county. I researched the next closest retailer to my home which was 40 miles away. I stopped by Terry to get a feel for the business. I was immediately greeted upon entering, showed the product I was interest along with a few other options and shown some additional accessories I was interest in purchasing. I was happy with the team and experience at Terry's so requested the products to be ordered and placed a deposit. I was notified several weeks later when the product would arrive. An install appointment was set and the team got me in and out in less time then scheduled. The install and wiring job was clean and neat and looks professional. I am very happy with the experience and service at Terry and will recommend them to any one.

Had a bumper sprayed with Bullet Liner product and all looks good but one spot next to the license plate. It's roughly a dollar bill folded in half size bubble. That means I will have to take off bumper and reinstall it when I'm able to bring back the bumper to get fixed. What a hassle for me to do it cause I learned they charge around $150 to bolt each bumper to the frame.

I got a hitch installed on my 2018 Subaru outback, Service , price, everything was excellent I was in-and-out of the shop in less than an hour. I have using the hitch for a few months now and it's perfectly installed centre on the back of the car, looks great. Recommend this place for anybody that needs a hitch

The customer service is very disappointing for a place that has been in town for such a long time. They seem very disorganized and are unable to efficiently access basic customer information. They ask the same questions every time i call rather than just being able to look me up as a customer and know my details, history, and whether I'm waiting on parts or service. Customers shouldn't have to call to see if a part came in.If you spend close to $3000 on equipment for your vehicle, don't expect a comparable level of customer service after the sale. Read on for more details:I purchased a fiberglass cap for my truck and needed a warranty replacement for a part. After stopping by to have it checked and a part ordered, no follow up. I called after three weeks and was told my part wasn't there. After a conversation about what happened to my original part, a new part was ordered and was to arrive in two days. Again, I was asked to call back and check on the status . Reluctantly, I called to check on my part a few days later and was told it was not there. I was then informed that it would be there by Friday. When I pressed for an explanation, the part in question mysteriously appeared. It was replaced that day.

Terry's Toppers did an amazing job with a bullet spray-in liner on my new truck. It would have been cool to watch how they did this, it came out perfect! Tony is extremely kind and the staff is all very friendly. They do all sorts of upgrades to vehicles. The craftsmanship of Terry's Toppers is well worth any money spent here and look forward to doing more work on my truck with them.

I love this company! I bought an ARE top for my Ford F-150 in 2002, and they still adjust it for free. When the hinged attachment broke after many years of dubious handling, they did not try to sell me a new one. Instead, they inserted a number of grommets and fixed the problem. And now (2019) they are sending me a new decal for the handle at no charge, since my schedule has not allowed me to get to their store. Thank you, Tony and Terry s Toppers. I would not recommend anyone else.

Got a topper for my brand new truck. I remember thinking it was expensive, but worth the outlay, since I planned to have my truck at least five years. Truck is now fifteen years old, and the rolltop still looks and works great. I've forgotten how much it cost, but now it has paid for itself. The staff is courteous and the small waiting room is comfortable enough.

This shop is amazing, old-school customer service. I came up from key west due to the storm and was in area for a couple of days. I had a leak in my Ranch cap, Anthony got me in the day I called, they leak checked and fixed my problem which was a leaking light. They also fixed the sub-par writing that was done by the people who installed my cap. Can t say enough about their customer service and work.

My experience was Yuck lacking quality workmanship with front desk staff that doesn t care.I found company only installs wire protectors on areas you can see. When they ran Voltage cables under the vehicle it was aires running on edges of gas take and frame of truck.mechanics made mess of my dash board and console but cutting holes without asking and causing dents and cuts into the metal and plastic.When brought up Tony he was careless and basically rude asking what I want him to do about it.

These guys treat my truck as if it's their own. Sometimes their advise is to do save money and do nothing, plus they've referred me to other businesses when they couldn't help out - each time, the referrals were great, including the best mechanic I've ever come across. Their name is "Toppers", but they really do much much more - they're just a bunch of folks who love trucks and fixing/tricking them out.

My experience with this place of business has been a very good one. Tony handled all of my questions and allowed me to choose the topper I wanted, not sell me something I didn t need. Their prices are unbeatable and I m very glad that I took the drive from south Dade County to purchase my topper, thanks again for great service

I scheduled a bullet bedliner to be sprayed into my vehicle on Tuesday to be completed that Friday. Gave them all my information, my phone number etc. After making arrangements to drop my vehicle off and to be picked up by a friend and after driving 45 minutes I was told I couldn't have it done since it was raining. Not once did they mention during my consultation that rain would be a problem. I was met by my salesperson Shamir and he said he forgot to call me not to come in. It has been raining since Thursday and not once did they call to reschedule. I spoke to the manager who's response was sorry all I can do is reschedule your appointment. This establishment is very unprofessional and disorganized.

Installed a Ranch tonneau cover that had defects. Trusted them to take care of it, but that never happened. Really wasted a lot of my time with travel and long installation time. It is a large investment, look for a dealer that will support their customers. And stay away from Ranch. Terry's misrepresented the features from the beginning. Ranch will not stand behind their defects.

They did alright helping me I suppose. Aside from trying to get me to buy something I didn't necessarily want. The worst part is, they have a sign on the door saying "masks required" but not one employee was wearing one and they were huddling over a single computer together at one point.

On 11/2018 I spoked with Josh, he explained that are puts out a high quality topper and comes with a lifetime warranty. I put a down payment on a cc model topper on 11/26/2019. I had to wait until about 01/14/2019 for are to make it and for Terry's toppers to install it.Terry's topper did not inspect the topper before or after the install. They just said it's done have a good day. I had to ask them how to work the topper. They did not go into detail. I left thinking everything was ok. When I arrive home my wife discovered both windows had glue or caulk on them and both windows had a cut like a hack saw on the aluminium window frame. It appears that's they not sealed. After calling TT they asked me to bring it in. Went to Terry's topper on about o1/24/2019. They first said I splashed something on the window. They did clean off the caulk but one window is hard to open. They out right refused to repair the window frames saying that's how they are shipped from the manfactor. May I add on 01/14_2019 TT said there is a life time warrenty on the topper and windows.on 11/26/2018 when i put a deposit on the topper, or on 01/14/2019 they did not explain to me Toppers arrive from ARE (Damage) with ruff cuts in the window frames. They did not disclose to me this infotmation before the sale. In my opinion I paid about $2000.00 for a damaged Topper.Not happy. I will contact ARE.
