John, the driver is awesome. Came right away and treated my 2014 chevy like it was a 2024 cadillac. He even sent pictures of my car at tge drop off point which he didn't have to do. No complaints, will totally use their services again if needed

I needed a tow 1/5/23, I called my roadside assistance who placed the call to Alpine Towing. Long story short after waiting 1 hour and 40 minutes for Alpine Towing my roadside assistance cancelled that request and contacted Sals Towing.Immediately after she changed it to Sals Towing. I called Sals for (eta )expected time of arrival. I was told 20-25 minutes depending on traffic. Sals Towing was there in 20 minutes! The customer service on the phone was excellent too, I wish I had gotten her name. The ride to the dealership was good too, I asked questions and was given answers that helped me understand what maybe going on with my car.After getting to the dealership for service about 10-15 mins later, I got a follow up call from Sals checking to see if the ride was ok.Sals Towing if your reading this thank you again! I was serviced on 1/5/23 around 2 pm at the McDonald s on University Drive in Plantation.If you ever need a tow and have a choice choose Sals Towing.

I had a great experience with Jose and his son Andrew picking up my car to deliver to the body shop. They sent me a text telling me they were on the way with the ETA. They arrived exactly on time. They are both very polite and very efficient. Everything was seamless and stress free. Then I was texted after delivery. I would highly recommend Sal's because of these two guys.

Picked us up again off the side of the road! Thank you. Driver arrived within 30 minutes of my calling for a tow. Dispatch and driver was nice. My family has used them for several years and they are always our first call when in need of a tow.

This place is a complete joke. My tire pressure was low so I called my roadside assistance. I explained to them the situation from the first moment I called them just to have me wait an entire hour to tell me they cannot help me.Driver, Oliver, from the beginning was rude and clearly did not want to help me. I call the main office to complain and the lady on the phone was another rude person which so happens to be the person I initially spoke with and explained the situation.In conclusion, Sals towing hires some incompetent lazy people.AVOID THIS PLACE AND CALL WESTWAY TOWING.

Can t remember the man s name but he was extremely helpful. I have a broken clavicle from my accident and he made sure I didn t leave a single thing inside my car that was for sure totaled. He also helped me gather all of my belongings like my SunPass I would have probably forget. The only issue I had was the cash in the car they towed it before I could grab it bc I was rushed to the hospital. It also could have been anyone on the scene so I can t blame them. SO in conclusion they were kind, helpful and more helpful then they had to be during an awful experience.

Awesome awesome Thiago came to pick up my son s Chevy Silverado from my apt to have it towed to Tire Kingdom this gentleman was so kind, polite, knowledgeable . Pretty much diagnosed the truck's problem and also mentioned that Sal s has their own mechanic shop !What a pleasant experience . He definitely represents GREAT customer service !Thank you

Wish I got the man s name who took care of my car, but the service he provided was fantastic. He could tell I was nervous about towing my car out of the third story garage but assured me and even showed me pictures of much more difficult spots he s gotten cars out of. Even checked the battery first to confirm the issue of my car.

I called Geico for roadside assistance and was provided service by Sal s towing. Excellent service by a knowledgeable and friendly employee. Service was done professionally and in a timely manner. Thanks to the gentleman that came and helped at a location between prospect and commerical, forgot to get his name.

In past six month iv been twice, both times was a VERY! GOOD experience.1st time they orderd a part for $350 that they didnt us so they didnt charge on it. seconde time oil leak, they fixed it for 75$ (include changing the oils).The service is good.Love the place!

Extremely dissatisfied with this towing company. Today, I encountered a rude and unhelpful elderly man who refused to release my husband s car despite having all the necessary documents and a notarized power of attorney in my name. The daily storage cost is $150, but this individual chose to disregard legalities. My husband is overseas, and his absence did not sway the company. Attempts through the police proved futile. Now, we are compelled to seek legal action, filing a lawsuit for the unlawful withholding of our vehicle and seeking compensation for lost time and money. This company engages in utterly unprofessional and illegal practices.

My MIL'S car broke down and the insurance company road side assistance was no help at all. So we got a recommendation from Mr Cramer about Sal's towing. They came right out and took her home!! Highly recommend them. They took very good care of her.

My car insurance sent a guy to change the tire, locking lug nut no key,so then they send a tow truck but it was a rear tire. I needed a flatbed the flatbed driver, would not let me sit in there and take me home. He just want to take my car. Sal s towing came to the rescue. The driver was able to tow the car backwards with all the tools that he had on his truck and I was able to get in the tow truck with them and then he dropped me off at the safe place. thank you Sals for being there to my rescue.Services: Special vehicle towing, Car towing

Nobody likes their car towed. But these guys engage in predatory towing. Look it up and it will make sense once you read about it. They are some of the worst. They destroyed my transmission and were rude as hell like I was at fault. Any good reviews must be friends with the owner because theres no way based on what I've seen and experienced myself that they deserve any praise...

Had to use them twice. First time their truck smashed into my car and damaged it. They did fix it but it cost me a lot of time. 2nd time they showed up, took off, never called me, and my car was sent to a tow yard.

Worst towing company in town they all generally bad but this one is more like a scam company then a towing company. They will damage your car and act like they don t know who damaged and expect you to pay for it and worst of all they rude and unprofessional avoid at all cost

Eddie from Sal s Towing is the absolute greatest! My car was completely dead, he came to tow it for me & checked it out. I told him I had just gotten an oil change days before. He popped the hood and noticed a loose cable on my battery, he tightened it and my car started right up! It s so nice to know that there are such nice people in the world!! I highly recommend Sal s Towing, Eddie in particular!Service: Battery

Owner is very rude, unprofessional and doesn't know how to communicate with customers. Got upset, threw a tantrum like a baby, and refused to served us when he was told about his attitude and lack of professionalism.

Recently I had lost my keys in the sand at the beach. My phone locked in my vehicle. I was able to enlist the aid of Sal s toeing with the help of a BSO deputy. Sal s responded quickly, favorably at a reasonable cost to get my truck open so I could retrieve my phone.I had called a mobile locksmith and after five hours of waiting, and it appearing that the locksmith would be a no show I called Sa s once again, this time with the intention of having my truck towed home where I could better deal with it. Sal s dispatched a tow to my location. Two minutes prior to their arrival, the locksmith showed up and set to work crafting an exact copy of my list keys.So I then turned back the tow and contacted Sal s office inquiring how much I owed them for the dispatch. Much to my happy surprise I was told no charge !!!!I highly recommend Sal s Towing as their business model, high level of customer care and service are a shining example to all other businesses of how it s done.Thank you Sal s Towing!!! My BMW had a water pump failure while visiting Oakland Park. FL. I required a tow all the way back to Cape Coral. (130 mi). Originally I called another company and waited 5 hours to come to find the tow truck broke down. After searching tow companies for another 2 hours +, I was referred to Sal's Towing. Very professional and considerate people. The gentleman told me he could have a driver out in 30 mins. 25 minutes later Derick (driver) arrived. Extremely pleasant man who apparently loves what he does. He loaded us up and we were on our way. The drive home went very quickly as we had a great conversation all the way back. I have never experienced such great service from a towing company. These folks are the best in the business. I would highly recommend this company! I was very stressed out about the flat tire. The quest of the day was to get my car with a dead tire out of the 4th floor of the garage. And my garage does not fit the tow truck they sent 2 cars to help me! Everyone involved was so nice and made me feel at ease. Gave me good recommendations and was very friendly and helpful overall! The phone communication was also very good. The dispatch made good decisions on how to help me. So everything went very smoothly! So thankful!!Service: Car towing

AMAZING TOW! My driver showed up exactly on time, I gave him my key .and WITHIN 10 MINUTES loaded my car with two flat tires on the same side! Sals has really impressed me. I have never had a tow that fast in my life!

I've never had better service from an auto repair shop. I received an estimate for a service at the dealer for $1600. I went to a different shop and they wanted to charge $900. When I went to Sal's they down-sold me on what the other shops told me to do and told me that they were only going to do the necessary repair and in the future I may not have even needed those other services. I waited a while to post this and as of now I have not needed any of the services that the other places wanted to charge. The place is incredibly clean which to me was very impressive for an auto repair shop where liquids spill, dirt gathers, etc. The people are very knowledgeable and I love the fact that they realize that upselling may have created a large bill on that day but their selling techniques created a raving fan and will create flowing revenue in perpetuity. I have multiple cars and will be taking both there in the future.

The gentlemen who answered the phone providing exemplary customer service. He was very understanding and professional. The tow truck driver was also the same. Tow truck companies usually have a bad rep, but you all are a prime example how customer service should be. Thank you for helping me out and for turning a horrible day into a good one. Called for a tire change gave clear details or the vehicle and the driver shows up with wrong tools. A jack that was meant for a standard car not an suv. Then had to be towed and now have an suv with a calf sitting in the driveway! Call to discuss with the owner and ask what happens to only be hung up on. I have been having Sal's Garage do all my mechanical work for about 6 yrs now.They have always been kind and respectful to me and my pups, when we come in for an oil change, or other work!Friendly service, great work ethic!Keep up the great work!!!

Got a flat on my way to work and my driver Derrick showed up 25 min earlier than the ETA AND he had good choice in music on the way to the tire shop. Overall the company was very good at communicating while I waited. Thank you!Service: Car towingService: Car towing
