Ruben is a top notch mechanic. Came into the shop with an electrical issue on my car and he took the time to do it properly and fixed it the same day. Great communication on his part. He explained the issue and what he did in detailed fashion.If you're looking for an honest mechanic with vast knowledge who treats his clients with respect, he's the guy. I highly recommend him. It was made very clear why he has such good reviews.

I visit Rubens Auto Service for the first time after reviewing comments on internet. It was one of my best decision! This guy is really providing excellent service. With his expertise, I provides me with comprehensive explanations of the problem and the work required to fix it. His quote was fair and honest. He did the job and he was right on time and price. My 2007 BMW 328i was recently serviced at Rubens Auto Service- he put new brakes / pads, routers, struts, and re-tinted the windows and also detailed the inside and on the outside put a ceramic coating on the car looks like a brand new paint job ..For a 16 yr old car- it looks amazing thank you Ruben.The price & attention to detail were off the chart.I will continue to use this Auto shop for all my service moving forward.S. Ruben is an awesome mechanic. He was able to find the issues with my car and give me a diagnostic and estimate the same day.The following week I was able to bring my car in first thing in the morning and within a few hours my car was ready by early afternoon.His pricing is fair and he is very respectful and reliable. Best mechanic in south Florida! Ruben is vary knowledgeable, reliable, and affordable! I own a Honda Civic and have had troubles in the past with a bad bearing, to a bad shifter cable.. and both times Ruben was able to fix the problem with ease. Coming to the location of where my vehicle was parked and fixing the problem within a of couple hours. I highly recommend this mechanic!

Stumbling across Ruben's auto service on google was a blessing in disguise. Ruben is a very knowledgeable mechanic and likes to go above and beyond. Came in with ac compressor issue needed a new one replaced dropped off at 9:30 and was done by 12! Ruben is an excellent mechanic i drove all the way from Miami to him to fix my ac it was blowing hot air and i change my AC compressor which i didn t have to he told that wasn t the issues, So he worked his magic and no less than 30 mins he figured out the problem and solved it. Now i have AC in my car. I m so thanksful because it s been a really hot summer so this is great for me thank you Ruben you re awesome i recommend him to anybody with a car issue come to RUBEN!!Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

I did a *You***e axle job, by myself. Upon completion, vehicle was riding erratic. Went and got an alignment and that did not fix issue. I was about to go back over the job I did but got discouraged. Search mobile mechanics in the area, the 2 I called first, did not answer. Called Ruben and explained the issue. He advised he was working on another vehicle at the moment and would not be able to make it to me but if I came to him, he could take care of it. I finally decided to go to him due to me trying to save $$$. He drove the vehicle put it on the lift, corrected one of the issues, immediately. He diagnosed the the other symptoms, did his thing. We drove the vehicle and all issues were gone. He even gave me his professional approval on my solo axle replacement which was well received. He is currently looking up parts for another issue, that the alignment place gave me a ridiculous quote on. I can t wait to see his pricing on this. He saved me time and dollars on my original visit. I will definitely go back to him and recommend his services. Immediate assistance and honest. Ruben was awesome, he showed me where the crack was to my exhaust manifold and also showed me that my radiator needed to be replaced as well. He helped me save money by giving me the lowest prices on parts with no extra charge and I thank him for that. My car is running much better now with a new manifold and radiator. I have been dealing with car issues for over 3 decades since I was a teenager, some new, some used, and at times repair is done at home, an independent shop or a dealership. These last 30 yrs I have exclusively used a dealership until I met Ruben. He is professional yet friendly, reliable, honest, competent, knowledgeable, yet his rates are very fair. He explains ahead of time in simple terms what the issues are and what to expect. He fixes your car promptly and despite offering home services, he leaves your driveway spotless as if he was never there. It is difficult not to feel cheated by a car mechanic or a dealership, however with Ruben, I have always felt comfortable. So I had a car sitting in the driveway for maybe a year now. I tried getting other mechanics to show up and they constantly blew me off with weeks notice and whatnot. Called the shop and got a gentleman named Ruben to show up. He came over same day and had it all settled in less than 30 minutes.Was 100 dollars for diagnostic (he came to my place for it)Then 260 for the installation of the part.He helped me find a good part online and offered to take care of it himself, too. Great service, great guy, Def recommend

I recommend Mobile Mechanic Ruben to anyone who wants a good mechanic who takes good care of the car and do a great job. My whole family uses him. And they are the one who recommended him to me, Called him and he showed up to the time he agreed. I have a Jeep and had a check engine light came on, went to an auto zone got the code, called Rubens. He told me what to get and I had it ready for him. Amazing work and use proper tools for the job. Ruben s Auto Shop is the type of place where you go in with car problems and by the time you leave the car problems are not there any more, he will diagnostic in front of you and show you where the problems come from, the customer service is always the best and the price rates are acceptable.
