I would not recommend this shop. They are great on getting your business but after that it s downhill. I brought my car there and they only fix the body which wasn t done properly and left me with the mechanical portion and wanted to charge my insurance again after getting over 10k to just fix 2 panels and I don t know what customer service you all talking about because that front desk girl have no manners

I am extremely grateful to No Limit. They have gone above and beyond. My first accident recently happened, honestly I thought I knew about insurance. Turns out, I knew nothing. If I did not have their guidance, I would have been completely lost and out a lot of money. They have been super helpful and I will recommend them to anyone in need without hesitation. TOTALLY RECOMEND

Had and accident, the tow truck driver recommended this place. The told me they were a Farmers preferred shop they are not. I pulled the car out 5 days later, they have a bill for storage and a list of things the never did for $1118 . Place is a scam.There s another corvette there that been there 7 months.

Shops staff was extremely welcoming and the process was pain free. They even tried to wash my car (but I had to leave). A great experience and I ll be back to have my car wrapped

Great shop, had to have my car fixed up with two toddlers in car seats, and gave me a great deal even with insurance. I highly recommend this shop.

I Highly recommend this shop due to their integrity and care for their clients. They always helped with insurance issues and were always pleasant. Pablo was most helpful and kind during our ordeal of waiting for insurance to come through for us. It only took three days for them to fix the car. Then they cleaned the car inside and out. This auto body shop is a joke. First, it took them 7 weeks to do a one week job because they inflated the bill and had to go back and forth with State Farm on supplements. Second, they knew I moved to another state while the work was taking 7 weeks and told me once the car was finally ready that if I didn t pick it up within a week they would put a lien on the car with the state and sell it at auction! This is a true story! These are the most disgusting people. Take your car anywhere else where people act like human beings.

Horrible service. I repeated asked for a quote to fix my car. The man there guaranteed that is would cost under $13k to fixed. He said he would give me a quote in a next day. They gave me the runaround for 11 days and then told me it would be $22k to fixed. I decline service and they turned around a charged me $2500 for storage after they gave me the runaround for 11 days. So for me waiting on them to give me a quote, with them taking forever to give me quote. I was charge $2500. Absolutely robbery.Desiree who works in the office is absolutely rude and unprofessional. Tried to con me into signing over the whole insurance check without even confirming quote to fix car. I believe that she charged me unfairly because I wouldn t agree to sign over the whole insurance check.I told Desiree I would be paying out of pocket and she still continued to call and harass the insurance. Had the insurance company calling me asking why she keeps calling after I told her I would pay not insurance. Whole time No Limit had me waiting on there shop to give me their own quote.Why should I have to pay for so many days of storage when I was waiting on them to give me a quote? She would purposely not answer your call but immediately answer from a different number u call from. Then have a nasty attitude because you are inquiring about your car. I wouldn t recommend them at all.Custom service is horrible. Make sure u read all documents from NO LIMIT before you sign. Refuse to sign something and watch how Desiree s whole attitude change.

After my accident, no limit took care of everything for me. All I had to do was pick up my car in the shockingly speedy amount of time that they had it ready in. Dealing with Pablo and the other crew members was hassle free, upfront, and thorough. Got my car towed here. It s been 2 weeks they don t take my calls they don t take my insurance company calls. They re stalling to run up the storage fees. I scheduled to have it towed somewhere else and when the tow truck arrives the shop was closed. They have my car hostage over there. What are you doing? Next option is to get police involved. I had my Kona transfered from the tow yard. Best thing i could have done. With the exception of parts availability, they were great. I did bug them on the progress, but they kept me fully informed and updated. The paint match was perfect and i would highly recommend them.

Terrible terrible terrible quick fixes and long term damages DO NOT COME HERE I PROMISE THE DEALS THEY OFFER are so good but the body repairs no good take my word bad paint job bad fixing they are the lowest of low please spend a little more and go some where that they know what they re doing I am getting my car redone because lady said who ever did work on this before POOR JOB and these are professionals shame on you customer service of course is great they will talk u into anything but replace with used partsServices: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

The Previous reviews that put 1 star it s true because I had the same experience they don t answer the phone the girl works in the office very rude and Disrespectful she always tell she going to call me back and she never call me back I have to call her back and she put me in hold on the phone for a long time then she hangs the phone I put her on the phone three way with the insurance company she was Yelling at the lady and was very rude to her and they kept my car three months like a hostage to claim storage fee every week I call when I getting my car back they tell me next week for three months I felt I never going to get my car back and when I got my car back I found a lot work was not done I just took it to the dealership And I fix it Take my advice and the previous reviews advice don t take your car there you going to be very Disappoint it.
