Awesome place for service. I had a set appointment and they got to my car right away and was very timely and thorough with the inspection of possible issues. Cost is not outrageous, and you get a prioritized list of maintenance issues from urgent important to important so that you are not overwhelmed with having to do it all one time. The waiting area is pleasant with free coffee, tea, water and snacks if you choose to wait. Staff is polite and professional. Will be back. Highly recommend.

Excellent care service and repair. New Era provides dealership level care foe your vehicle. Professionals, courteous, and fair pricing. I use them for my Lexus, Mercedes Benz, Chevy, and Honda. All my cars are serviced and warranty. A reputable business and the owner is on site.

New Era did a great job fixing my KIA that was damaged in an accident. They were thorough and checked to make sure everything passed inspection. My car looks and drives great maybe even better than before the accident!

I brought in my 10 year old Toyota to fix a power steering issue. The owner and the team were able to fix the car within a day, and there have been no noises or leaks with my car since. They called throughout the day to explain what the issue was and what they were fixing/replacing, the whole process was transparent and easy. I am very happy with the outcome and will recommend New Era!

New Era Automotive is the full service repair facility that we use and recommend at all times. The staff is friendly, professional and the service I receive is excellent. Since we switched to New Era Automotive, our cars (Nissan Altima and Mercedes 300) are well maintained and we've seen marked improvement in power, mileage and performance. I highly recommend New Era for all your mechanical, body and paint needs!

I found new era automotive when my car broke down off Oakland park Blvd.I found the people to be very understanding. They resolved the problem without theatrics and sent me on my way with a reasonable fee.I have become a repeat customer because their no-nonsense approach to the business.

Excellent service, trustworthy mechanics. Great communication and very good pricing. I went here in May(I believe)& back again June of 2023( I will explain below) because my car overheated inexplicably at the time. I had taken my car here a few times and was satisfied with the services I had received and since I am a single parent I was always able to get my car back on time by the end of the day so I could pickup my kids from school. They also communicate well and that is appreciated from a mechanic shop. HOWEVER, this last repair was a FAIL! I took my car in after it overheated, they diagnosed it & told me it was my fan relay. I gave them the go ahead to replace it. They did& per usual I had my car back by end of business day. I took it home & all seemed fine until 2 days later when I went to take my child to school & the battery was flat dead. No lights, sounds NOTHING. I figured I just needed to replace the battery so I did. The car was fine for a couple of days then I came out yet again to the new battery completely dead. Both times the battery was so dead it could not be jumped. This time I invested in a battery charger& discovered the first battery was not defective so I recharged it & returned the new battery called New Era. They didn't respond compassionately, just blandly said you have to bring the car in. They would barely let me explain which was highly upsetting. Unable to drop work and kid obligations last second for the 3rd time in approximately 5 days I asked if I could come on a Saturday and was told no they only work half days on Saturdays and are too busy and that I had to come during the week. I made arrangements for the following Monday to drop the car off. In the meantime while I was disconnecting the battery one day I noticed that when I leaned on the front grate, the fan would kick on a full speed and shut off when I was no longer leaning on it. I tested this a random times and without fail the same thing happened over and over. Fadel called me and told me not to bring the car Monday because they were busy and I believe I brought it later that week. When I dropped it off I tried again to explain and neither Fadel or the man with the dreads seemed to care and rushed me off even though I wanted to relay that the battery was disconnected and the issue with leaning on the car and fan kicking on but they just kept dismissing me and repeating over and over they would "check it out". I asked if I could show them what was happening and Fadel responded and said what will that do? So I left my car there feeling defeated and unheard, apparently what you have to say only matters when they can take your money. Later that day they called and said my car was ready. They told me when I got there that the relay they installed was faulty so they put another one in free of charge. I was ecstatic. While the new relay did not cause the fans to come on when you lean on the grate. But imagine my surprise when just 2 days later the same thing happened again when I was trying to take my child to school and has been happening ever since. I contacted them again and never brought the car back because Fadel wanted to tell me nothing was wrong after the 2nd relay replacement& I would need to pay for another diagnostic and if they found out the issue was their fault they would refund me. Not happening!! I never went back because no matter what they would not have admitted fault and would have charged me for another repair. In the mean time my car has continued to throw the same code on a computer that I originally brought it in for nearly a year ago & if I do not disconnect the battery the fan runs until the battery unable to be jumped because it is so dead. I was reminded to write this review because Fadel TEXTED me 2 days ago asking why he hadn't seen me come in and that made me feel like something shady was done to my car to make me have to keep coming back over and over. I gave them 3 stars because previous interactions were favorable & I am generous but beware that they are charming at first and not so charming after they feel like they roped you in. I can also back up everything I said in this review.

New Era Automotive upheld the definition of professionalism. They worked with me and spoke with me individually as a customer, not as a client of my insurance carrier.Although the vehicle was a total loss, they were kind and considerate, exploring any options that remained.

Highly recommend!! In and out with new brake pads and rotors same day with exceptional customer service and very reasonable prices. Hey Fort Lauderdale, I would really like to share my review of New Era Automotive. They came recommended through my Costco membership. I can honestly say I am completely satisfied with the work completed on my vehicle. I have patronized their business twice & the owner Fadal is a great guy. I can honestly say again, I have found an auto repair shop to service my vehicle on a regular basis. Thank you New Era and you have me as a regular customer.

Last year a friend recommended New Era Automotive. I was totally impressed with the staff, and the service they gave. I have a sent a family member there who now also will not go to any other mechanics. I am never disappointed each time I have my car service there. Fadel and his staff gives the highest standard of service that I have seen. Honesty, quality service and cost effective. Full brake and rotor replacement. Very clean and well organized shop. Jeff and Fadel were courteous and price quoted was the price paid. I waited for my car and they kept me informed throughout the repair. I will return for future service . AAA recommended them and that came with a proper warranty. This is my second time using New Era and i am thrilled. They repaired was needed, pricing was great and the miata is running smoothly. They did not go overboard with unneeded repairs for my 15 year old car. They were honest in their dealings with me. Jeff and Fadel are always helpful and honest. I bring my 2006 jeep wrangler in anytime something feels or sounds wrong, and even though the place is always busy they take the time to explain the issue and possible solutions whenever I call. I know the jeep is in good hands and that we re never paying more than we should be. I will continue to be a loyal New Era customer. Thank you Fadel and Jeff!

Scouted out several shops to repair my 2013 ford fusion. This place was recommended by AAA. Went and asked for a ballpark number, was told by Jeff we don t operate in ballpark, we operate with specifics ; thats when i knew these guys mean business!! They were kind enough to run multiple quotes for multiple scenarios of jobs needed on the car. Price was fair and the work was FAST. Shop was clean, welcoming, and organized. I highly HIGHLY recommend these gents for all you work on cars. I will be returning for all of my automotive needs from here on out.Service: Engine repair

I was in a car accident and I had my car towed to New Era Automotive at the recommendation of AAA. Even on their day off, the New Era Automotive team accepted my car and was super helpful in understanding what the insurance claims/evaluation/repair process would look like. Their team communicated constantly, gave me fair pricing for repairs (new tire, realignment, some body work), and most importantly left my car like new. I wish I lived closer to use them for regular, ongoing maintenance. 10/10, would recommend to anyone.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

Flooded gas tank. Exceptional service. Fadel immediately sent his tow truck, moved the car to garage and performed his magic with minimum complications and same day completion. All that with invaluable free advice and personal attention . No comparison when looking at what I would have had to go through at the dealership. Reasonable price Would definitely recommend to anyone seeking professional, efficient and courteous service.I don t always need a mechanic but when I do, it will be New Era from now on :)Thank you Fadel !

Amazingly friendly staff, thorough and did not try to sell me on things I did not need (which is a huge peeve of mine as a young woman, sadly many mechanics assume that I don t know anything about cars and try to take advantage). They were very respectful and honest and fairly priced, went above and beyond and Fadel even called to follow up and make sure my car was running well a few days after service. Got me in on short notice and had my car back within a day. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was referred to this shop by AAA. Fadel and his team were extremely welcoming, professional and courteous. He kept me informed with what was going on with my vehicle and even followed up a few days after I picked up my car to see how everything was going. Honestly this was the best experience I have ever had at a mechanic and will be coming back for vehicle maintenance in the future. Ladies BEWARE!! Rip offs... Estimate $5000+ and all the black guy with dreds did was take 1 picture. Did not lift up hood at all. Told me estimate is not final but only going on visible damage. Stated my compressor area looked damage and I stopped him there. Informing him I already been to two shops with the same report but difference is price. They out to get you or your insurance. My damage is no more than $3500 so how they get almost $4300 without lifting hood? Then the boss man tells me I will need a $1000 more dollars over estimate (4229+1000=5229)...saying he would lift hood but won't be able to close it if he does. Really? But two other shops opened and closed it with no problem. All I am doing is shopping around. No thank you!
