THE BEST SPRINTER MECHANIC EVER!I went to Mikes shop to find out why my DEF system have faults and needed to reset "starts to emergency mode"Mike was very professional and explained to me every single step how system works and what is causing problems for my van. Job done perfectly and he even gave me advice how to do job if I decide replace parts myself. Definetwly going back if I will ever need mechanic help in Florida.HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS PLACE!

After having the ABS light show up on the dash at 4pm on a Friday afternoon, I quickly googled a local sprinter specialist and found German Auto Master.I called and Mike promptly answered. He said I could come that same day and he would diagnose the issue (he was closing at 5pm and graciously gave us his time!) He truly is a Sprinter Specialist with knowledge about everything Sprinter related.I ve done all of my own mechanical work on the Sprinter thus far and have a good understanding on the vehicle, and when talking with Mike it was very clear he had knowledge above and beyond regular mechanics.He had the sensor I needed replaced in stock and was able to install it Monday morning. He was able to get us back on the road quickly as we were passing by on a road trip.Highly recommend for maintenance or repairs, Mike will get your issue sorted out the right way!Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Mike and the German Auto Masters shop is everything you hope for in a mechanic. Honest, straightforward, clear communication, fair pricing and quality work. I had brought my Sprinter into a Mercedes dealership and was told all the wrong information, given quotes for thousands of dollars (for work that wouldnt have fixed the problem) and only after days of chasing them did I ever get it (and had to pay $600 for just the diagnostics). Mike was better across the board, and had me out and back on the road within two days and he spent the time to really find the true issue and diagnose and fix it. The cost was much lower because he took the time to do it right, and that's what makes Mike and his team so trusted. Highly recommend, and I'll be back for additional regular maintenance services. I really can t stress enough that if you need sprinter work done, you need to come here. My only complaint is he lives way too far away from my hometown (we stopped here on a road trip). I don t think I ll ever be able to happily use a different mechanic again.Mike took the time to listen to our laundry list of issues on our 2006 dodge sprinter T1N. He was able to diagnosis the issues easily and was able to fix everything in one day. He has a great mentality and will try and use/fix parts when possible rather than throwing a new after market part in (the latter of which would make him more money but often don t work as well as the original parts).We never felt rushed and was able to point out issues we had from going to a Mercedes dealer who didn t know what they were doing. He stayed 2 hours late to finish the job because he knew we were staying in it on a road trip, and then still took the time to top up our fluids, even checking our transmission fluid levels.I can t stress enough how wonderful Mike is, as well as his lovely wife and shop employees. 11/10 experience!

I don t trust even my self with my sprinter. So when I couldn t find out which sensor was causing an issue, I decided to find a sprinter specific shop. I travel a lot and know many specialists. As soon as I can in, he accommodated me, diagnosed the error code and found nothing wrong and decided to only get a sensor change done. Trust me when I say this, no body only does a sensor change. Others will charge you extra for something or the other. Part ordered and fixed in about 4 hours. Plus he gave me a free side door panel. Thanks Mike :)Service: Exhaust

All I can say is the Sprinter Gods showed mercy on me when I found this company. I found Mike to not only be knowledgable and fair, but generous and passionate about what he does. Gasoline was put in the Sprinter (diesel engine) and Mike was the 2nd place we called on a busy Monday that was even willing to help. We were over 800 miles away and even though we never met anyone at the shop or even read the awesome reviews, we felt very reassured. Everyone else was pricey and non responsive at best. Mike communicated from day 1 and was realistic with the pricing and expectations. I even had his direct line and he always made an effort to answer my calls or text . All of the techs seemed knowledgeable and very friendly. We left with our vehicle fixed in 2 days and came out with a lot of knowledge for the future. We need more honest mechanics with integrity who love what they do. Thank you Mike and the team for the excellent job. Keep up the great work!

I ve been here in Miami for 6 months. I ve visited the shop eight or more times with two different vehicles. The customer service from the door is top notch. From the evaluation to getting you the best price and part ordering is unmatched. The mechanics in the garage is very professional and knowledgeable. The mechanics did not mind taking time and explaining in great length the service they were giving and what to expect when your vehicles work is completed. They have the space and manpower for any job and most importantly the capabilities to do a great job! I am so happy I found Mike and his team at German Auto Masters to work on my Sprinter. An excellent experience! Mike really took the time to explain everything in detail and for the first time felt I was in the right hands. Mike is extremely knowledgeable and fair. It has not been easy finding someone reputable to work on my Sprinter. Now I have found it!

Mike and his team are incredible. My wife and I are full time Vanlifers who live in a 2011 Sprinter. Not only did he replace our engine, but he has plenty of spare parts of various things we needed replaced(floormats, lightbulbs, cabin filter, etc). We've dealt with all sorts of mechanics who specialise in Sprinters, and Mike is by far the best.If you have a Sprinter, this is the spot.

Extremely satisfied with the provided service and good atmosphere. They are the best diesel engine specialists. Mike and Mirek very friendly and honest persons, which is very rare in repair industry! If you need Mercedes quality service with all certified tools and diagnostic - this is the right place. Good alternative to Mercedes dealership. Safe money not quality. Definitely Recommend.

G. A. M. Is a trustworthy auto repair shop which is almost impossible to find in the industry. They charge reasonable prices and always offer honest business transactions . I believe that 99% of the public has been exploited by auto repair facilities ... Not by these people! Mike has such a large established clientele that I make an appointment and the next available slot is 2 weeks later . I live in Orlando and I drive all the way south to Fort Lauderdale to service or repair my vehicle. I know that they will repair the car professionally and they will not charge me for service that is not required. They specialize in Sprinter vans which are also available as buses or RVs.

I did not use this shop for service....I purchased parts.....over priced. I was in a rush to get my vans rear A/C going and never looked up the price of the parts. That's my fault.....but I can help others by posting this ..... don't trust them on giving you a fair price. Everything I purchased was 3x as much.... only if I looked up the cost for the parts.

I dont think there is a better mechanic in this Area as Mike Berk, he is such a humble person. And no Matter how many time he Will take to get a job done. Am always thank full for his professional work as a mechanic-technician and his great crew

Mike and his team at German Auto Masters has over 34 years of experience working on Sprinter engines and any owner of these vans will know what a rare find that is. Not only was he super knowledgeable about every aspect of my van but he also treated me with respect and took time to explain exactly what they were going to fix. He presented me with several options for the repair and transparently showed me what my costs would be depending on what I chose to do and with the parts I wanted to go with.His driving philosophy of not just replacing an entire component but rather making an accurate diagnosis of the problem and targeting the fault with as few parts as possible, ended up saving me a lot of time and money.His prices are fair and reasonable and with his work ethic you will come out miles ahead of going to any MB dealership. Gems like these are hard to find, I knew it the moment I walked in and started chatting to him. Can t recommend him enough!

This guy is the real deal he know what he s doing . He Got my Mercedes sprinter running great, I got it used and had several problems. He was honest and took his time to explain everything to me . Haven t had a problem since.

Balanced my front tires to eliminate the wobbles at 60 mph. Another repair shop tried to tell me it was a linkage problem for around $2000.Changed oil and my sprinter is good to go.

These guys went above and beyond! I recently bought a used Dodge Sprinter van and took it here prior to purchasing to have it looked over. They took the time to look it over and give me estimated repair cost. Weeks later I was on a time crunch getting ready to leave town and they went above and beyond and took it to another shop for me to have the front end alignment done. I couldn't be more appreciative of their help and customer service.

big respect to mike and staff at GAM sprinter from the moment i met this guy he has never let me down or the ppl i recomended to him, he is such a knowledgeable person when it comes to sprinters which i owned, and he is easy to communicate with, he explained your problems in details, this is where am very comfortable fixing my van. this guy dont tell what he thinks he tells what he knows.
