They did an AMAZING job repairing my car after the front bumper was all but destroyed. They even went above and beyond by cleaning the interior and exterior of my car as part of their service. Also the staff was knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Just overall great customer service. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for efficient and thorough auto body work.

I was rear ended by a city bus while at a complete stop letting pedestrians cross the road. The whole bed of my truck was twisted to the left and the damage was pretty significant. I brought the truck over to Clancy's Auto with the recommendation of Lipton Toyota. The 2 front desk ladies, Betty and her daughter are the absolute sweetest. They called me several times through out the process to give me updates and were always super helpful. The repair took about 1.5 months to complete. When the truck was finished, and I went to pick it up; I was amazed at how great the vehicle looked. You would never know by looking at the repair that a bus rear ended me. I would highly recommend Clancy's Auto for any and all of your repair need's.

I don t think I have ever had as good an experience with any auto repair shop I have ever used in my life. In addition to doing great work, they know how to communicate and update you along the way. They handled all of the insurance backend with ease, educating me about the process along the way. Betty, who often answers the phone and works in the office, is incredible. This is just an all-around excellent place.

John, Betty, Athena, Hooman, and the rest of the Clancy s crew; are top notch! My 21years old Toyota Tacoma looks new on all the areas where they did the auto body work on. I would give this shop 100 stars if I could! Everyone there is so nice and helpful, and I want to give a special shoutout to Bianca and Betty who were so pleasant the entire time!I got my front bumper replaced through insurance and they got it done quickly. It almost looks like a brand new car just from getting a new bumper! They also cleaned out the inside of my car a bit which was really awesome.I would totally recommend this shop to anyone, and it will be the first shop I go to if I ever need repairs again!

Went to initial estimate on a Saturday and Paul did the work totally Professional totally sold on this but I had to come back another Saturday for photos and other things that the State farm adjuster wanted so I called earlier in the week to see if he s going to be there this personnel said I m not going to give them that message strike one but will he be there on Saturday yes I was advised. I went there on Saturday he wasn t there same bad person attitude there did not do what was asked for by the estimator I showed him the exact email to me about showing everything in Photos to justify the estimate he did what he thought he was going to do even had to ask him to open the hood to take pictures of the battery let alone the other damages he refused to do the estimate he said they have the estimate, it was requested by the State Farm. Warning don t do business with this place because the personnel are not qualified to deal with the public other than Paul. I waited on hold today for almost 10 minutes to talk to Betty and what did I get again the same bad estimators attitude called State farm said I m dropping them.

Clancy s auto body is one of the best body shops in south Florida. They really cared for me and my car and really fought my insurance on fixing it. On top of that my car looks amazing better than when I first got it. Paul, Betty, Bianca and even John are the best. 100% recommend for repairs of any sort.

I had to get a rear bumper replaced on my car, and had a couple other details on my car to be worked on like replacing a broken side mirror. Clancy s gave me a very reasonable quote very quickly, very professional and efficient. Most importantly, their service was super friendly and professional, and they worked around my schedule well. I would highly recommend Clancy s to anybody who needs auto body work done.

The service that this company provided was excellent they did a great job on my car made it look like it just got off the dealership. Equiste I tell you!!!. The staff was very friendly. I loved it and Thank You!!! Amazing! The service is the best, friendly, very easy ti work with and the customer service is the best around. The work was amazing, my car looks like nothing ever happened and the quality is super amazing! The best place in town. I needed to replace my entire trunk and back bumper from a hit and run accident and Clancy's made the entire process headache free; the team there were polite and welcoming, updating my insurance and I frequently about all repair costs and time frames of job completion. This was my first time having to deal with repairs to my vehicle and they were the most straight-forward, professional and efficient auto body shop I came across in the entire area of Fort Lauderdale. I will definitely be returning here and recommending everyone that will listen to go to them from now on! Thank you again Hooman!

They repaired my car and it looks so nice! The paint matches the original color, so I m extremely happy about that! Excellent customer service. I called a few times to check the status of my car and they never became frustrated with me. Overall, wonderful experience! I highly recommend this place!

Great shop to have your vehicle worked on. Primary for Toyota repairs , and many others. What I find interesting about the shop is that the owner and managers are actively involved in the repair process. Place is clean, techs are certified and have a clean work approach on every vehicle that is been worked on. Love the office personal that actually answer the phone. This is the place to go in the Fortlauderdale area.

When i hit a box on the road and dinged up my wife's new car a bit, i knew exactly where to take it. They repaired the car incredibly fast and affordably! I've been laughing at the Clancy's Auto Body tiktoks since the first one was posted. From the moment I walked in to drop off my truck for repair until the moment I picked it up, everyone was amazing! They were all so friendly, kind and personable; and very informative about the repairs needed and the completion of the job. My truck looked 'prettier' than the day I purchased it just 3 months prior! It looked so good, in fact, I inquired about bringing it back to them for periodic detailing! Thank you, Marlene and Hannah, and all the guys for making the best of my unfortunate situation! I will definitely refer you always.

They are the best from the time you walk through the front door and meet BETTY, She is the glue that holds this wonderful team together. They didn't give me a estimate when I when there it is always places trying to get over on people these days why is it that you can't give me a estimate if you want someone to come to you for a job you have to treat them right I will not got back there again this place is bad for the community

I would not recommend Clancy s Auto Body shop to anyone!Betty at the front desk was charming and professional and frankly that s the only positive about this place.I took my car in for a paint job and after a week, I went to pick up my car and was shocked at the deplorable condition of the vehicle.The car was filthy.. it was not cleaned, there were scratches on both front doors and small parts(strips) were missing. It was a sloppy job!!! What got me was the nerve to deliver such a dirty car to the customer.This place is more expensive than other shops and is overrated!I m disappointed and there are many opportunities for improvement!Service: Painting
