(I m not originally from Florida, but the 1st thing I noticed when I moved here is good HELP is very very hard to find in all aspects of life) I wish I can give them zero stars but I can t. If you want your car to not properly get fixed, if you want your car to look worse than before, if you want people to dirty up the inside of your car(DISRESEPCTFUL) & to use your car for personal use/running errands, if you want employees to drive your car like a Ferrari or NASCAR, if you want your car to end up with broken parts & broken fixtures, if you want to deal with an owner that is missing brain cells, overworked, stressed, constantly lying and chain-smokes cigarettes, if you want some illegals to work on your car, if you want to be inconvenienced, this is the place for you. This place is overbooked and understaffed. Imagine crackheads or meth heads with jobs.My car had a rear quarter panel fixed BUT my armrest(very expensive to replace) my door sill, & a portion of my trunk all got NEW damage. Somebody got white paint on my steering wheel, white spray paint on my left dashboard. Unfortunately the paint dried so those spots are permanent. Sloppy. So whatever you need done, they will fix it and probably give you new problems. They have horrible quality of employees, pretty sure most of them is illegal, the only two good employees are coincidentally the 2 black guys. The Chicos there are out of control. They use people cars for personal use. That was confirmed by two other people who have cars there. I just realize one time one of the employees who is missing teeth had to drop me off somewhere and he did tell me he was using a customers car. No Bueno. All cars built in the last 10 years require high quality & high standard of expertise and professionalism, and they literally have people working on cars that is better off working in McDonald s. Google says the business is temporarily closed, they re not temporarily closed. They are just so overbooked, horrible, trash, and understaffed that their karma probably caused that remark. Also, it seems all of the 4star & 5star reviews for this business was from many many many years ago. I have photos, Screenshots, and text to prove everything I just said.

Ignore those two stupid reviews from a few years back, Platinum Paint and Body is an amazing shop to work with.From start to finish they were the only body shop I called who treated me with respect over the phone and were willing to give me a ballpark quote from a dozen photos. This got me in their door where after viewing it in person they told me exactly how much it was going to cost and didn't charge me a penny more when the job was done. In fact it came out being slightly under their quote - who does that anymore right?I stopped by several times during their repair of my car and documented everything fully with photos. I am truly amazed by their craftsmanship and how quickly they were able to get the job done. After seeing the paint work they had completed on other vehicles, I didn't want to take my car anywhere else for paint - so I had them do that as well. It looks amazing.Everyone at the shop was a pleasure to work with from Theresa over the phone, who is a great character and knows how to treat you right, to Carlos on paint and the rest of the staff in the shop. Nothing but good honest people who do great work and have very competitive prices. It's also nice that everyone is very friendly.I will recommend Platinum Paint and Body to everyone I talk to from here on out who wants a factory-looking car after the repair is finished. Thank you everyone, I couldn't be happier!

Theresa and Carlos are great people! They have painted my cars and even finished substantial work on a friend's classic jaguar in only a week!!! That friend was 90 and they even picked up his car for his convenience! That is completely unheard of. They've been in business for years and do top notch work.They were previously Platinum paint and body. They changed their name a couple of years ago and moved their location just a few blocks south. You won't find anyone else as honest as these 2.

I was referred to this shop by Lotus of Fort Lauderdale. They handled my accident claim very well and I have been back for 3 more repairs on 2 different cars(a string of bad luck that I hope is over!)The quality of the paint, body work and finish has been top notch. I had one small piece on the bumper pop out after the repair but the owner had me bring it back in for repair without issue.I have found them good to work with. Decent Value, recommended.

The nightmare of crashing and fixing your car was over once I got to Platinum Paint and Body. It was literally drop off your keys and come back for your new car. The owner who kindly told me don't worry about a thing exemplifies how customer service once was and should be today. They got the insurance issues resolved and put my car back together as if I was driving it home from the dealer. Do yourself a favor if your ever stuck in this mess and go there before you use some contracted insurance shop who will never treat you like they appreciate your business.

These guys are awesome!!! We called after hours on a Sunday expecting to get a recording, but Theresa answered the phone and told us we could drop our car off the next morning. We drove over from Weston and it was very easy to find. They gave us a great price for painting the hood of our 2006 Sonata, and had it done two days earlier than expected. When we couldn't stop by the day they called, Theresa came in on Christmas Eve just so we could pick it up. Not only had they done an outstanding job of matching the metallic color, but they had also buffed out our 8-year old headlights, vacuumed the interior, and "Armoralled" the tires. This is the only place we will ever go in the future, and we'll recommend them to everyone we know.

Carlos and Theresa took the time to repair some minor dings without extra chargeVery helpful and courteous.I really appreciated the show room look that you gave my car.I was really impressed with the fantastic job.I will highly recommend you to my friends and family

Teresa and Carlos are very customer service oriented and did a great job. They handled some minor body work and a door lock replacement on my Infiniti G37. It turned out great.

Carlos and theresa painted my VW Cabrio. They beat every other paint shop in town and delivered everything very fast. No headaches or hassles! They are great people.

I've been using Platinum for years, they've always been fantastic to work with, and do excellent work. You'll be hard pressed to find better in this town.

This is the worst body shop to ever take your vehicle to they take parts off of your car to replace parts on somebody else's that has the same car as you it's just overall disrespectful

Fund another shop if you value your vehicle they are rip offs . . Go to a reputable place with quality people .
