So happy with the way it turned out.Caliber was friendly, fast and communicative. I wish I could have said the same about my insurance. The repairs were perfect!

Excellent service! Caliber Collision did everything they said they would do. We were kept informed every step along the way. The job was done right on time and in a highly professional manner. The results are great - we have a brand new car. Highly recommend them to anyone.

I am extremely satisfied with the repairs of my vehicle by Caliber Collision. The staff were professional and courteous. I was particularly impressed by the many updates I received while the vehicle was being repaired. Repairs were completed ahead of schedule. My time spent was minimal in dropping off and picking up the car. The car looks great. I highly recommend Caliber Collision.

The customer service and attention to details that they provided was above n beyond of my expectations.The honesty n trustworthiness of their shop employees will not be forgotten. We had forgotten cash n expensive items in the vehicle. When the vehicle was returned everything was still there. Service was good, professional and friendly. Joe was responsive to a question and an issue I had with the car when it was returned to me. The work was very good and I am pleased. The only reason for four stars and not five is that the vehicle was returned to me dirty on inside from the work they had done -- dust and fingerprints. Other than that, a great job.

After numerous calls to other body shops, I m so glad that I decided to choose caliber collision. The receptionist Yolanda, who answered the phone, was extremely friendly and helpful despite my many questions and never made me feel rushed to make a decision. Entire process was smooth and easy from start to finish. Thank you guys!

This is going to be long but it's good, I swear.I was hit by a woman on the way to work and after calling 3 different progressive approved shops, they were the first to answer and were not only friendly, but helpful and put my mind at ease from the beginning. When my car was towed to their location, they were all very kind. They talked through the process with me and they also made sure enterprise picked me up. After the car was left, the office manager Cat was just a dream to deal with. Any time I had issues, she was the first to say she would call the insurance and deal with it so I didn't have to. When things with the insurance turned south and it needed to be taken somewhere else after a week of it being there, she made sure the car was picked up and did me a solid so I wouldn't need to pay anything more than necessary for their services. 10/10 recommend, especially if you're dealing with a Progressive Insurance claim.

I can't thank the team at Caliber Collision on Oakland Park Blvd enough, for taking excellent care of us at such a stressful time!! Their staff is professional, did an excellent job on our car repairs, and they made the entire process quick and hassle free. My husband was in a car crash on October 30, 2023 while driving down I-95; a huge truck tire struck his car wrecking the front end and driver side. I dropped his car off at Caliber Collision on Friday Nov. 3rd, where I met our estimator, "Joe", who assured me we were in great hands. We received updates on the progress of repairs, and to our amazement on Nov. 17th, we got a call from Yoli after two weeks, saying our car was ready for pickup. Yoli and manager, Maribel, greeted us at pickup, reviewed everything at checkout, and made sure we didn't have anyquestions. I insist everyone take advantage of the quality and service offered at Caliber Collision, you won't be disappointed.

Had great service 9 months ago when a driver grazed the back of my sports car and got the dent and paint completed.Cost was ~ $1200. Just came back from new graze on lower front bumper and their estimate truly shocked me >$3000!! I will be going somewhere else disappointed by price gouging Service: Painting

Simply awestruck at the quality of repair and service provided by Caliber, it's hard to find a good body shop with such friendly and helpful service, but they certainly delivered. I would highly recommend Caliber to anyone, regardless of the type of work you need done on your car.

People are very friendly while also being professional and knowledgeable. My car was returned when promised and it looked like it was straight off the show room floor. I am usually very OCD about my vehicles. When I had to use Caliber Collision I was skeptical, because I didn't want to be treated like a number. The management team specifically Maribel put my concerns at ease. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service skills made this transaction feel more personal. I took my car in for auto body repairs and the service was excellent. From drop off to pick up the staff was professional and courteous. First time here! I'm here due to a hit and run accident in the Home Depot parking lot. Driver was caught, and luckily, we have the same insurance. My insurance company picked this collision center for me. So far, so good! Only a drop-off interaction took place. The guys were friendly!

Nobody likes going to the body shop due to delays of getting your car repaired and returned. My previous encounter with a local Fort Lauderdale body shop was very stressful because they wouldn t answer the phone, failed to communicate the status of the car, and forgot to order the decorative part of my bumper. Even after my car was repaired, I had to go back to the shop, since they didn t fasten the bumper correctly. The entire car repair process was a stressful experience.I recently was in a fender bender, where someone backed into my passenger s side door. My insurance listed Caliber Auto Care as a preferred repair shop and so I looked them up on a search engine and Caliber Auto Care, they had great reviews. I selected them to repair my car and it was one of the best consumer decisions I made in my life!Start to finish, Caliber Auto Care provided constant communication via text (Which I opted into it). I was greeted by General Manager Maribel Caceres who was very pleasant. She examined my car and I showed her a scratch which was close to where my car was struck but not part of the accident. Maribel stated the scratch would be taken care of because they needed to blend in the paint regardless. I was very impressed with her body work knowledge. Maribel stated that many Subaru car parts where are on back order, but she would try to get them as quick as possible. I really appreciated her candor, which tempered my expectation of when I would receive my car back.I was thinking, that they would have my car for at least three to four weeks but I couldn t be more wrong. By the fourth day in the repair shop, they received the body parts and began working on them, right away. I was frequently updated on the repair status and on day seven, I received my car back. It s a 2022 Forester, and you cannot even tell that it was hit! Caliber Auto Care body work is amazing! The paint match was spot on and not a blemish could be found anywhere! I have a friend who rebuilds vintage cars and had him look over the repair. He looked ay my car door from every angle and stated he was really impressed with them and asked me for Caliber Auto Care s phone number.I hope, I never have to go back to body shop but If I do, Caliber Auto Care is where I would take my car! I recommended them to my friends because they are a body shop like no other. Ms. Caceres and her staff will take great care of you!Service: Body & Trim

It was 9:30 am Monday I just wanted to get an estimate for minor rear bumper damage. As my Insurance Agent suggest I go here. So I walk in and 3 people behind a desk doing nothing it seemed. I ask the person behind the desk just I just wanted to get a estimate before I decided if I was paying out of pockets or thru insurance. He asked me if I had an appointment I said No, well lets make you an appointment. Seriously I am already here 3 people behind the desk doing nothing and I have to make an appointment. WOW!! Yes made an appointment but now I can't get an estimate till Friday now that's ridiculous, but really an appointment for a estimate for body work that is a bit absurd.

Caliber Collision did this time an amazing job under the management of Maribel and technician Joe. Had to come back due to prior repair problems under different management. This time, was so different. Maribel did everything possible, courtesy, honesty, trust worthy, professionalism, truly care for us. Thanks God she is there now. Worst body shop ever. I'm here now 9/8/22. My first visit here was October 2021. Have been here many times. They didn't repair properly the first time, completely missed part of damage. Ordered wrong parts several times. My insurance company have them making repairs that were not taken care of. Came here for last part of repair and they mistakenly repaired a part that had no damage. They ordered wrong part again. Next month will be 1 year they have made mistakes.Service: Body & Trim
