Had all my items available. Placed order online and dropped in to pick them up. The store was clean, and shelves were fully stocked. There are plenty of staff on hand to assist you. The parking lot is small. Handicap spot right in front of the entrance.

I needed help fast with a low beam bulb. Connie found it in inventory with ease, and double checked for absolute compatibility. Zack changed both low beam bulbs, and instructed me to save the "good" bulb (how good can it be after 80,000 miles) for the next time I might need an emergency replacement. Great idea! The best auto parts store experience! 10/10. A+ Don't waste your time with anything less than this excellent store!

Came in worried because my engine light was on (I do not know anything about cars and just moved to the area) and Mary and Ruben were the nicest!!! Very kind and knowledgeable people. They went above and beyond and with myself working on retail this is definitely what an awesome customer service is. I would definitely come back again :)

My boyfriend and I walked in to see if my battery was bad. Mary told us the battery wasn t good and gave us different options. She went above and beyond helping us and was so informative and knew exactly what she talking about. Mary was really knowledgeable and provided the best customer service I ve ever recieved in Florida. Honestly I am so thankful for her because she not only helped me out but she also made my day. I will definitely be coming back to this store only. AUTO ZONE YOU GUYS ARE SO LUCKY TO HAVE MARY AS AN EMPLOYEE SHE DESERVES A RAISE! Thanks again Mary God bless you.

I'm a few weeks late but I need to let everyone know the amazing service i received A few weeks ago from one of your agents, Harold. I had An issue with my Mercedes battery. I was Told that this couldn't be done at the store but Harold said not on my watch and he got the tools necessary to get my battery out and fix my issue. AutoZone you have an outstanding rep. Thank you!

I stood in front of 3 team members (one name tag read as a leader position) after following the line stanchions that directed me to the counter, for a good 3 to 4 minutes without even being acknowledged or looked at. 2 of the team members were engaged in some non work-related exchange; one standing feet away from me, the width of the counter the distance separating us with his hands in his pickets while the other went outside for something. The third team member (her name tag identifying a manager role) that ignored me entirely either just arrived to work or was returning from a break and used the POS/ Register I was standing at to clock in. After doing so, she walked away from me without even looking up. I'm not a ghost nor am I invisible and I was clearly positioned and poised in the universal "I need assistance" stance with one, polite index finger raised high enough to attract attention, with my eyebrows also raised, suggesting I had a query. After the 3-4 minute non-interaction I had standing there ignored, I left the items I intended to buy on a shelf and promptly left, assured I'd never patronize or give my hard earned money this location.

I was give the wrong breakfasts. I went back, and was met by a super agressive manager looking lady. When I told her Autoze gave me the wrong parts, she said, she didn't do it, and I should not talk to like that(!?). Uuuummmm...Who should I talk to if not the manager? She yelled over me, with wide gestures and discussingly condescending tone to one of her co-workers to take over. A manager hiding behind her employees...really?? The guy that sold me the stuff (older guy with glasses) took on the manager's job. I would give him 5 star for stepping up, taking on the role as a leader. They weren't able to solve the problem. I went to Autoparts and got my breaks no issues at all. Will never be back, untill Coney the manager is GONE!

I needed some touch-up paint. I was on the fence with my choice because I believed it was the same one I had already purchased but was too light. They were easy to talk to and assured me it could be returned without a problem. Sure enough it was the same. They greeted me with a warm hello and took it back no problem.

To :HaroldConnieMarshaWillieCollinsWhen I came into your store today I was running on very little faith. You guys completely turned my day around. The 5 people listed above all went completely out of their way to ensure that they could help resolve my issue. Even going to another store to retrieve the part I needed and bringing it back to replace it for me. They saved me from having to do it myself and risking my own safety, when most would have just told me I would have to go to that other location myself. I have never had such a great experience in such a stressful moment. I truly thank you guys for putting your best feet forward and helping me through my issue. Zachary and Mary were the best way to start 2024! We came in with a battery connection problem, but it turned out to be a corroded terminal. They explained everything in super simple terms, and Zachary cleaned and tightened it for free. Highly recommend to everyone!

Today 11/14/23 I visited AutoZone store #1264. I was shopping for new wipers for my car. I had an amazing experience with Connie later on find out that she is also a store manager.She did found out wipers in my price range, she also installed them. I just want to say that customer service in this store is always number 1!! I was helped by two lovely gentlemen, carlton, and the manager Mr . Brian who went out of hes way to help me with my car problem! . He took the time not only with me but with other persons and help us all one at a time , but made sure we left the store with our problem fixed! Connie from Oakland Park, Fl store #1263 went above and beyond to help me replace my battery under the warranty. The battery was purchased in Illinois by my mechanic, on a commercial account what created more difficulties. Connie called the store in in Bartlett IL to find out all the credentials needed to perform the battery exchange under the warranty. On top of everything she was super nice and compassionate. 5 starcustomer service!!!

Planned on purchasing a new battery for my 2010 Camry and installing it myself. The salesman, Zachary, explained that he could do it for me at no charge. When we opened the hood of the car, there was a lot of corrosion on the old battery terminal. Zachary professionally and thoroughly removed the corrosion and installed the new battery. I highly recommend this Autozone location!

I would like to personally thank Mary H for her excellent customer service that she provided to me and my mother-in-law. We made several trips to the store she works at and both times she was determined to help us find the parts that me not her (My Mother-in-law) had any knowledge about. I can tell that she s a very passionate person and takes pride in her position. Mary is definitely a shining star and her personality shouldn t go unnoticed!!! She deserves a raise and promotion.
