Super nice and helpful. Came in for boxes and was explained the bundle deals - def look into that if you need more than 10 boxes. Stephanie was great, they have sample boxes too so you can see before you buy.

I had ceramic tint installed on my Tesla Y. Steve (who I learned was the owner) walked me through my options and gave me his suggestions. I am very particular and was concerned it would not be perfect, but my concerns were unwarranted. IT CAME OUR GREAT, it looks AMAZING and I am very happy. Use Auto Glass Specialists with confidence!

Many shops were helpless with my Bentley glass. Auto glass specialist did it. Stephanie is very helpful and she knows exactly what to do with insurance. Highly recommended. 6 start service.

I chose this business because of the ratings and the proximity. Man, am I glad I did! I was more than happy also, to support a smaller business Safelight auto glass gave me a quote that was absolutely ridiculous!Steve really took his time explaining everything to me and gave me a very fair price and did excellent work on my 2004 GT Mustang 5 speed convertible.It needed a new driver side window, regulator and motor and the inside door panel replaced. It can be a little challenging when it comes to parts for an older car But it was no problem. When the switch plate didn t lineup just right, my bad I got the inside panel for a coupe and not a convertible he quickly figured out what was wrong and we were able to get the right part and quickly fix it.He spent the extra time to make sure that everything was done just right.

Auto Glass Specialist put a new windshield in my 2023 C8 Corvette. I had to special order the windshield from GM. Steve sent one of his guys to the Chevy dealership to examine the new glass for me, before we accepted it. The service I received was exceptional. The whole team was talented and professional. I highly recommend this auto glass shop. They also tinted my windows and did an excellent job there as well.Service: Auto windshield repair

This shop is legit! No one ever wants to have a windshield replaced (except me lol!) but sometimes we have to. Everyone at Auto Glass Specialist have always been very helpful And pleasant to speak with.When the technician arrived he was super polite and you could tell he was a car enthusiast. To me, I prefer like minded people to work on my cars. He was also very efficient, well organized, and informative. Just an overall pleasant experience to correct an unpleasant situation. Thank you all!

I have to replace my windshield because of a stone road crack. Steve from Auto Glass called my insurance and deal with them to get an approval for my original Mercedes windshield. I wasn't planning to tint my windows, but I decided to go for it after they explained to me how will improve the comfort in my vehicle. I choose the ceramic tint. 3 h latter I am rolling out the place with a great looking car.Thanks a lotServices: Installation, Window tinting

Had a side window on a rental car get shattered. They were cheap and super fast. Had it replaced within 24 hours of it being shattered. Very nice and knowledgeable staff

Barbara thank you a thousand times!!! Did all she could to get my insurance verified to begin work on my car. I was in town for a family emergency and something or someone shattered my windshield and Barbara was supportive and concerned! I didn t expect anything from Auto Glass Specialist but they delivered the unexpected. My windshield was Porsche certified and repaired beautifully.

I was very impressed with the quality of the work, experience and knowledge when they replaced my windshield and re calibrated the lane departure system. I will only call Barbara and Randy at Auto Glass Specialists for any glass repair I need on all of my vehicles from now on! Their customer service and work is far superior than Safelite! This is the second time I have had to get my windshield replaced this year because of highway debris. The first time I went through my insurance and they recommended Safelite. That was an absolutely agonizing experience. It took Safelite 5 different attempts to properly replace the windshield.The second time my windshield cracked I decided to use Auto Glass Specialists. Stephanie and Steve were amazing! I called them today and they had me in and out same day! They not only replaced the windshield but did some tinting for me. Auto Glass Specialist installed new Ceramic Window tint to the front windows of my 2022 Tundra and they matched the tint perfectly to the factory tint of the rear windows. I love the way it looks, and the tint was installed perfectly. They did a great job centering the tint on my glass windows and positioning it up close to the top edge of the glass. I was driving down 95 and a rock cracked my windshield. Contacted AGS and they were great to work with. The team did a great job on my windshield replacement. Kept the vehicle clean and the windshield looks great. Really enjoyed the service and quality of work. 5 star operation! Steve and his staff are absolutely fantastic.a rock cracked the windshield on my Audi sq5 and I called another place who wanted to use an aftermarket windshield which would not work with my sensors, but Steve went out of his way to get me the proper OEM Audi windshield. I would use them again any time! Everything works perfect and you can t even tell the windshield was replaced. Thank you!Service: Auto windshield repair

I had broken windshield and called the Auto Glass Specialists for repair estimate. They scheduled me for installation the following day and sure enough they came in the afternoon. One installer came to the house and seemed to be rushing through the job and off course that never ends up well. As a result he damaged passenger side Garnish of my car which cost $475 to replace. Called the office and they promised they will order a replacement and have it fixed. That was a month ago and since then I called and texted so many times and I've heard every excuse there is in the book of why they are late. Lately, they stopped taking my call or replying to my texts.Yes we all love to help small business owners but if this issue was to happen during the installation from the inexperienced Safelite technicians, they would have replaced the part instantly.It is your call on who you choose to fix your car but this is not the company I would recommend to a friend.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Fabulous company. I went to have my back window in my Audi replaced because after tinting car, the tint wasn t covering defrost lines fully. I thought the defrost was not going to work and to replace window. They inspected my car and were honest about saving me money and not replacing the window. Guess what they were correct haha. I checked defogger after a rainy humid day and the defogger works. They saved me a lot of money and time. They could have easily just changed the window to get paid but, they were honest. Although Habs fans I will only change my windows here in the future and tint my cars here haha. Thank you guys.

Auto Glass Specialists was absolutely amazing!!! They came out to me to replace my windshield, they were fast, professional, and very nice. They even did all of the work with my insurance company too! I will for sure use them if I ever need another replacement or my windows tinted. This is the second time we have brought our car to Auto Glass. First was for tinting. We cannot say enough good things about them! They were super quick to get us a quote, order the part and do the repair. All in less that 24 hours. Most importantly, they were honest, friendly and professional. You don't always know the best place to go when you have to get your car serviced for any reason, but if this is the speciality you need, this is without a doubt the company to call!Service: Auto windshield repair

Happy I chose these guys to replace my windshield after it was cracked from a rock on the highway. Good service, courteous, they ordered my car model's windshield and it arrived in a day. Very easy to set up an appointment over the phone at a time convenient for me. Service took about 3 hours as promised-- check out the great taco place across the street while waiting. At no cost to me (free in FL if you have comprehensive insurance-- I have Geico). They calibrated the car's camera sensors too. 5 stars is not enough for the service I was provided. I came here yesterday for an estimate and the price was unbeatable. Steve took care of me right away and answered all my questions I had. Walking in I felt I was in a reputable business and not a fly by place. Steve told me he was able to replace the back glass on my 2000 Ford Expedition and the very next day. I came in this morning given a time window and it was delivered. The glass looks amazing and it's a privacy window . Anyone putting less than 5 stars is a complete lier. They do other services and I will definitely be coming back for my window tint. I recommend anyone to get your glass replacement done here. Thank you very much Steve for putting my worries at ease. Excellent work !!
