Advance auto Is the worst place you can buy parts, I bought a heater control valve That got broken in one month Do to cheap plasticspark plug that missed fires It cost me $500 to buy a spark plug Spark plug Wires and coil A $400 mechanic fees Only to find out I have bad park plug I went to the store to Return the plug They telling me they need that in the original box what A joke Don't waste your money go to autozone And buy better quality parts.

Customer service was pretty impressive especially for this day and age. I can't remember the gentlemans name but he was super nice about replacing my windshield wipers even though there was a little rain falling at the time. I appreciate the gesture and service

Absolute worst advanced auto I've ever visited in the last 20 years. When they understood that i was there for a warranty, Juan REFUSED to pull up my account , and REFUSED service. Worst experience I've had in any auto parts store.

I have patronized this particular store for 18 years. Always has the most helpful and knowledgeable employees. Shout out to the sweet young lady who helped me find the correct product (sorry for not catching your name) and Chance, who changed my wiper blades on a hot, steamy day.

Joe was fantastic and really nice And knowledgeable. He ran a battery test and let me know but I need a new battery and was able to take care of everything for me. It was a wonderful experience and I m really grateful for him

Big shout out to Tiffani! A bummer of a situation was made not so bad by the team here. My car battery died on Saturday and I had one delivered the same day from this location in my neighborhood. The next day I got up early and figured out/ changed the battery. It went ok but I dropped a bolt and couldn't get the bottom piece bolted back down. I drove over to Advanced Auto to get a new bolt and ask for guidance on how to get the bottom piece back on. Tiffani not only took care of the whole thing but she did it all for me right there in the lot! Thank you so much, made my day and made the whole situation so much easier.

I wish I could give less than 1 star for the associate from this store that just had me drive 15 miles to another location to buy a part that is not in stock. In fact, the manager at the store I drove all the way to, looked up the part and it's not in stock at ANY store.

I went in to get some wheel covers for a company vehicle and was quickly greeted. Didn't take long to find what I was looking for. There was no line. I was in and out. Good customer service.

I regularly rely on advanced for car parts and they've yet to let me down. They always listen to your inquiry and give good advice. If they don't have a part in stock they order it and call you when it's ready for pick-up. Never had a problem with an parts and never had a problem with an employee. I Highly recommend them to anyone who needs to buy a part asap and can't wait for an online order.

Excellent service. Very busy but attentive to ALL the customers. As I walked out from the store, one of the Sales person ran after one of the Customer just to hand him the receipt that the Customer had forgotten. I see it as going above and beyond. I always look for exceptional Customer service like that. ROY actually helped me carry the battery into my car. A big thumbs up!!

Helpful staff.Only thing keeping from giving 5 stars is they did not have everything I needed.Supply chains are affecting most businesses so I can't really blame this specific store

I visited today and I would highly recommend this location to others !!! The customer service was amazing , the store was very clean and everything was easy to locate . Jocylen specifically was a huge help she made sure I found everything I needed and she was very patient with me

A white male customer service representative named chance was extremely rude and disrespectful. I told the manager about it and she tried to justify his behavior by saying he was recently sick. Because of that individual, I will not come back.

Overall, horrible service. A simple return process couldn't aggravate the misinformed employee, Brett, more than anything. Speaking in an unenthusiastic tone, he declined to accept a defective item, and would not refer to the return policy nor give a reason on why I couldn't return my items. He was extremely unhelpful in reasoning why I couldn't return 2 items in conditions that are worthy for returning; therefore making the process a total hassle. At this point, evaluate this employee, for he seems to not enjoy his job nor people.

Ralston and Sean were very attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. I was having issues recharging my A/C and they were determined to figure out what the issue was and get my A/C running cold again. They also recommended a local mechanic for other issues. I don't visit auto parts stores often, but because of my experience at this location I will never go anywhere else!

The employees are great here. Any minor thing needed done for your car, there willing to help. If you buy a battery, they install it. Need wipers, they install it. Great people. Happy to shop there!

I think the manager(s) here does a really good job finding good employees. For years, this location has had friendly staff that knows how to look up parts and where to find them in the store. I never have to wait in line at this location since they seem to have it better organized.

I bought a battery here for my scooter, took it home to realized it didn t fit. I went back to return it and exchange it for a new battery. Manger said, that he couldn t exchange or get a refund for the battery because it was used. Even though I didn t use it.These guys just want your money and don t care for the customer.

Great knowledgeable staff and the service was quick. Tested my 8 yr old battery and as expected needed a new one. 3 choices as always and good advice for my needs.Thank you Advanced Auto Parts for always being there for emergencies and regular parts! 2000 Dodge Durango 4x4 used as our Tow vehicle behind our RV.

Young man Renzo was very courteous, diligent & helpful. Unlike many other companies employees who just tell you where something is do you can go get it, he actually showed me the options let me choose & went to go get it himself. He is definetly an asset to.your company.

Needed to replace a battery. Laura(I believe) confirmed by phone it was in stock. Arrived, paid, and a few minutes later my battery was swapped out and I was on my way. By the way if you order through the website a pop up will give you a discount code. You can still pick up the part at your local store. Free battery installation along with battery/alternator diagnostics and wiper blade install. They also lend out tools.

Where else can you go and you walk in and the first thing from behind the counter is how can I help you ? Certainly not. Do you have the number of a light bulb or part and tell you whereit is ? They just point in the direction that's where you need to look . Or there's somebody behind the counter it's willing to help you find what you need because most of us are in a rush to get our cars back on the road. advance Auto parts is the place to go .

I went to this location because I needed a battery and an air filter. There were several people working and I was told they couldn't help me until 1 p.m. and this was at 9 a.m. Then she told me maybe I should go somewhere else to get what I needed. Very,VERY poor customer service. Coming from a former Advance Auto employee.
