You would think a parts store corporation large as this would offer their customers some of the best pricing on auto parts ! SO WRONG !Walmart sells the 5 gt jug of Mobil one over $5.00 less, OEM Toyota, Ford, filters were also found much cheaper !

I came in for 1 quart of oil because the newer 5.3 Silverados burn oil. I asked if there were any deals on oil change packages. The young man said "yes 35$ for 5 quarts of high milage oil and a filter". I said "darn my truck takes 8 quarts". He said "no worries I can over ride anything extra that your vehicle requires with this promotion". Sweet let's do it! He rung up the 5 quarts and oil filter for 35$, then additional 3 quarts. It came to 75$. How is 3 additional quarts of oil more expensive than 5 quarts and an oil filter? He said "I meant I can over ride the cost of a "special oil filter if it needs it". I never said anything about an oil filter. I specifically said my vehicle takes 8 quarts of oil. I can get a oil change and not have to do it myself for that price. This deal is great for people with smaller engines that takes 5 quarts or less but if you have a V8 it's a rip off. They need to make a deal for the peoplewith larger engines. And they need to not mislead customers.

Today is Thanksgiving and I called and spoke with Forrest I was so stressed out about my car he was reassuring and told me to come in and he would help me he got the relay switch I needed and tested my battery I am reassured he was so kind he is great he deserves a thousand stars thank you Forest

Got the parts I needed, but I felt I was talking to the wall when asking for parts. The manger who waited on me was about as welcoming as the Hamas would be to an Israeli soldier.

Got a dead battery at a gas station close by. Went to the store to buy a new one. Ask for help to manage the situation because my car still was at the gas station 150 yards away. They refused despite me the only customer and 3 clerks at the store. Never again.

Only 1 star because I got the parts I needed. After the transaction I then was curious about what the hourly wage was at the store. This short little old man w/ glasses gives me attitude the entire time and says "Depends on what type of person you are?", and this was the response that I received after asking a VERY simple question. Shows me enough that if they can treat a paying customer that way, I can only imagine how they treat their employees.1 STAR!

I was in late at night before they closed. No one else in there. Needed some brake fluid and fix a flat. Had it available, checked out very well. And we left. It was a fine shopping experience

Very helpful right when I walked through the door. The only this is when I put the place in my god for some reason it brought me to wrong place. It brought me to opposite side of the main road for some reason. But other than that it was a great experience. Thank you!

Prices are prices, but customer treatment is in its own category. I had a terrible experience after ordering a part that was due to be in the store by 430. I swung by about 6:55 p.m. to retrieve the part I have ordered and was told they don't know what comes into the store after an order has been placed and a truck shows up with deliveries so apparently nobody goes out and inventories what comes into the store and what does not therefore no courtesy call no nothing stating that my part did not make it instead nothing but excuses and a very arrogant man named Philip. Who is lucky I didn't pull him across the counter after he threw my money at me gave me no receipt for the credit.

It's the closest one to the house so I do go there more often than another places. They're about 10% higher than everybody else, that I've dealt with, to supply my needs with my car repair business. The people at AutoZone, some of them are just rude, but some are very nice I just don't feel like rolling the dice and figuring out which one I'm going to get when I go there.

Brought a starter 2 weeks ago and it went bad the assistant manager Fred went to the back and put it on a computer and told us rudely that it's not the starter. We overheard the other employees laughing when we went to the back. We put the new starter in and it worked. Worse customer service I have ever received. I paid $350 for a part and was told any issues to take it back.

I have been to the north port locations a few times and each time I felt the employees were annoyed they had a customer. The last visit I heard an employee say I m going on lunch as soon as he saw me. I was there for a simple battery exchange. As a non mechanic I will not go back again. I don t think they like the average do it yourselfer.

I was driving home and my wiper blade flew off my van, I set my GPS to find closest Orielly's and it brought me here.The Rep Steven was great he searched for the correct wiper blade and did not try and sell me 2 blades for more money. Great service !!

I believe in supporting local businesses as they are the backbone of our community, however I can't by any means understand how a local business can justify a 400% markup over internet pricing on an air filter.
