Outstanding service from start to finish. I watched the whole process in my driveway. Will & Daniel worked in unison replacing my truck windshield. They used great care taking out my old glass and installing the new one. Will even used a portable blower to clean any debris that might have fallen in our driveway. If you have any auto glass issues, I highly recommend Lloyd's Of Shelton Auto Glass. You won't regret it!

Contacted Lloyds of Shelton regarding a crack in my windshield. Truck kicked up a rock and the crack kept getting bigger. I reached out to Lloyds as I was impressed with other customers reviews. Every thing that they stated, I agreed with! Very personalized service. Arrangements for a conference call with my insurance company. Follow up regarding the scheduled appointment was spot on. Technician contacted me prior to arrival. Repair was done at my workplace so I didn t have to take time off of work. Tech was done with the install within 30 minutes. Calibration was done on vehicle and I was set to go. My out of pocket expense was zero. I highly recommend any one to the best windshield repair/replacement. From start to finish .professionally installed and professionally handled every detail!

If anyone needs auto glass replacement because of Ian hurricane, I highly recommend this company!! Kristin was awesome with scheduling/advice on what to do and the tech Kevin replaced my back windshield glass in 20min max!! They both were so helpful and priced reasonably (I paid out of pocket) they also work with insurance if yours covers it. Give them a call if needed definitely happy to have mine back now!Service: Auto rear window replacement

Lloyd's replaced my Honda Pilot's windshield after a rock caused a large crack. They ensured I was 100% happy with the results and have earned a happy customer who will recommend them to my friends! First class operation !!! From first call to job completion!!! Total professionalism with experienced technicians. Took care of all obstacles dealing with insurance and made it painless!!!! On time to install windshield and 30 minutes later second technician showed up to calibrate camera for collision avoidance!!! Clean installation!!! One call service without ever leaving home!!!! Thanks for doing what you do !!!!

All I can say is wow! After a horrible experience trying to get my F-150 windshield replaced at the name-brand shop, I am SO HAPPY I found Lloyd's of Shelton! Being a "gear head" and having always been particular about my vehicles, I know exactly what I want. Will immediately put me at ease and did an awesome job! And he did it all by himself in my driveway - amazing! They scheduled next day service with at my home installation appointment. Service technician called ahead with approximate arrival time. Installation was complete within 30 minutes. Everything just like new. Office staff and technician courteous and business like. Lloyd's of Sheldon Auto Glass is a top notch company. Under Florida law you can select where you get your windshield replaced, I initially went with the company my insurance had contracted with-first appointment the tech was a no show, next apptmt they ordered the wrong glass, third appointment they still didn't have the right windshield.So I cancelled and went with Lloyd's-they were prompt, efficient, and professional. After my windshield was replaced, I noticed a leak.....they scheduled me for the very next day and Will put me at the top of his call list so I didn't have to wait for hours. STOP LOOKING ELSEWHERE! They did an amazing job replacing my windshield. I called around for estimates and Lloyd's was almost $100 cheaper than everyone else, plus they did a great job, came to my house and it was done in about a half hour. I will definitely be using them from now on. What an amazing crew!! If you need a windshield repaired or replaced, CALL THEM, you won t be disappointed. Kristen was awesome from the moment she answered my phone call. She walked me through the whole process and got me on the schedule super fast. The next day Will and Danny showed up to do the job - on time, super friendly and very professional. In less than an hour I had a brand new windshield and it s totally perfect! I hope I don t ever have to deal with another broken windshield but if I do, they re the only ones I ll call. I recently had my windshield replaced on my Pontiac and Lloyd's of Shelton did a great job!Kristin in the office made setting everything up and handling my insurance a breeze.The technician was very efficient and had the job done quickly.All in all, five stars! I'd definitely recommend them and I will be returning with my business in the future.

Brett did an awesome job on my windshield replacement. He called ahead to give me a time he expected to arrive so I could plan my day. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and provided a clean car upon completion. They were able to accomodate my schedule and I would recommend them for this service.

Needed to have the front windshield replaced on our new Honda Odyssey. Brett and Steve did the job. They were amazing. They called and notified me within 30 minutes of their arrival. The job was done quickly and efficiently! Super courteous, Would not hesitate to recommend these men, and this company at any time !

Lloyd's is the BESTTT!!! The office responds to phone calls immediately and schedules your appointment seamlessly, and the technician arrives at your desired location at the prearranged time. Had Lloyd's of Shelton Auto Glass replace my windshield last week on my Honda Civic. The technician was pleasant throughout the entire experience. He called before coming to make sure he had the right address and it was a good time. He came to the office in which I work, wasn't a bother to anyone and when he finished we had a short 2-3 minute chat. I would recommend for sure.

I had my windshield replaced by Lloyd s and it was an incredibly painless process. I filed a claim with my insurance company and within the next day I had heard from Lloyd s. They were responsive, friendly, and kept me up to date on the windshield they had to order even though it was delayed by the manufacturer. The fact that they were able to calibrate eyesight cameras (I have a new car with advanced safety features) on site was incredible and made it sooo much easier for me not having to go to a shop, which was what other companies said I would need to do. Lloyd's of Shelton is a pleasure to work with. Im a service writer at a very busy dealership, and I refer all my customers for windshield repair and replacement. They do amazing work and I get excellent feed back. They handle all the insurance details for the customer and usually get out the next day. Great company!
