The staff was welcoming and thorough. I came in for an oil change in the last hour and they made it happen. I sincerely appreciate that since I had just gotten off of work myself. The staff was very nice and the manager answered some questions that were beyond the oil change. I had a great experience here.

I went here solely for an oil change...While I waited, they went through the longest list of things wrong with my car or that need to be updated when you surpass x number of miles. My car is fine, you guys.Checking the air in your tires is included with the oil change and they lied saying they did it, when the pressure was exactly the same as when I pulled in. I'm not stupid. Just own a simple mistake instead of ruining the integrity of the business?The best part was that they said my front brake pads needed to be replaced soon. I just had all brakes and rotors replaced 2 weeks ago.........They said it's better to see during a more in-depth diagnostic visit. No, thanks. I had it checked by Jim himself at Murdock tire 3 minutes away and he said everything is good and safe knowing I'm a single Mom who drives a lot.This location or "Jiffy Lube" seems like such a scam. Take your car to a small, family owned business, please. I don't recommend Grease Monkey either and left a review there as well.

Everyone was very efficient and quick and they provided the greatest customer service I ve ever seen, I usually go to those Take 5 places and they are terrible however jiffy lube took care of me 100% and I will keep coming back :)

This place is super quick and very reasonably priced. The best part is the mechanic, Chris, great prices and he s not trying to burn you like most every other mechanic in the area. He works on my muscle cars and luxury cars. He has a muscle car himself, and he s happy to do mods. He s installing a new grill on my channel get now. They did rotors on my Lexus for the price of a Camry!!! Can t recommend enough.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

The owner and other employees went out of their way to be courteous, friendly and helpful. There is nothing that tops outstanding customer service, and also a very clean, comfortable waiting area. I will be a customer here for life.

Great Service!!! Honest employees that don't try to sell you what you don't need. They even vacuumed my car for me! Highly recommend! Also, if you are cramped for time, check out their website as it shows real-time availability. I was in and out in 30 minutes!

Great employees make all the difference.The tech who performed the work on my vehicle, Tony was EXCELLENT.In fact, everyone had a great attitude and went out their way.For instance, an elderly lady pulled up with a tire low on air.Rasheed filled it AND checked and topped off her other ones without her having to ask him.Price quoted by De'Andre over the phone was the price paid.The facility is newer and is very clean not only in the waiting area but also the work area.Couldn't be happier. I can highly recommend this location.

After having my oil changed and my tires rotated, when I got home I realized that my car was leaking oil. I brought it back and they fixed the problem for now. My concern is that there is no quality control. I had brought a few of my cars there before, but this incident destroyed my trust that they know what they are doing. Please watch your car after you leave there. I won't be going back.

The worst! The manager is horrible too! Manager just has excuses. I was told my tire pressure was checked and good, they never even checked it even tho my paperwork says they did. They gave me car back with dashboard light on for low tire pressure. Very shady business, I wouldn't trust them.

Only place I go to get an oil change. Always a quick and painless experience, never waiting around too long.Thomas is really nice and I appreciate his recommendations when it comes to my oil burning Kia Soul!Service: Oil change

I have been there 2 times now and won't go back... the time before this unbeknownst to me they put 2 oil gaskets on my car...I didn't find out til this time when I went back and the kid who changes oil there was going around showing his bosses and Co workers so I questioned if he knew what he was doing cuz yeah dude it's an oil filter.....but that's when they told me and I'm positive they never would have told me if I hadn't asked....I do not recommend and on top of that no oil sticker was put on letting me know when it was due next so I took my car to firestone.

I 100% recommend this Jiffy Lube to everyone! I had a taillight out and bought the replacement bulbs from O'Reilly. I called them to see if they would change the bulb even if it wasn't from their place. They were so nice on the phone and even kinder in person. They changed the bulb quickly and understood I had some tire problems. The lead mechanic broke down my options and the packages they offer. The speed and quality of service are unmatched and I'll be going back to them for any future maintenance!Service: Electrical

Devon at this center was able to replace my old oil plug which had been stripped by another shop with a new one. This guy was very helpful and nice, difficult to find service people of this quality. Steve

Wasn't given an estimated price . They just did the work and then gave me a bill for $105 after a $15 coupon. Full synthetic oil. The dealer only charges $65. First and last time I go here. If they had given me that price beforehand, I would have declined.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I had a synthetic blend oil and air filter change done. Rocko and the guys were all great. Fast, friendly and professional. This was the first time I was at this location but it will be my oil change place from now on!

I have been going to this place since it opened. I have taken 4 different cars here from everyday drivers to high end vehicles! They always do an outstanding job. I will always refer them to friends and neighbors!

Tried to up sell me on brakes and rotors that were just changed. Told them my husband just replaced all of them 1 month prior, that I would let my husband know. they instantly started backpedaling . Rotated my tires and didn't tell me 1 of my tires had a bubble. they allowed me to leave. I found this out the hard way after I left You up sell me on something that doesn't need replaced but you'll literally let me drive off on a potential life losing vehicle? Won't be back and would never recommend.

The North Port Jiffy Lube hits the three Fs- fast, fair and friendly. I stopped in to have my transmission fluid topped off and was out the door in ten minutes. When I asked Chris about installing new brakes at some point in the future, he explained the two options and the difference in price and did not pressure me to book the service. I received better service here than at the dealership and will definitely use them again.
