I had a tire issue on the interstate. I was over an hour away from home. They were not able to fix my tire. They were able to sell me 4 new tires and an alignment for under a $ 1,000. They also did it all in 2 hours. I'm so thankful they were able to help me. Everyone was super helpful and understanding.

I have been a lifelong customer of Firestone. I have owned a Toyota 4-Runner for 9+ years & I've taken exceptional care of it. Firestone has always been my first choice for trusted & quality car-care maintenance. I have typically had a better than average experience with the customer care sales reps and/or store managers.However, my last experience just days ago did NOT go well at all, initially. A man, who made a point to me that he was a new employee of Firestone (Chris), made our experience an extremely unfortunate one. This happened at the Port Charlotte, FL location on Cochran Blvd. Needless to say, he was rude, thoughtless, very salesy in his approach, & very uniformed of my loyal patronage.After treating me like I wouldn't know a thing about my own vehicle maintenance needs, I promptly chose to leave the store only having an oil-change completed at that point in time. We had been awaiting completion (4 hrs) of several items including a rear brake job. However, his lack of knowledge and/or inexperience left him awkwardly 'selling' me on the very services I had requested when setting up our appointment.I chose to stay with Firestone & drove up to the next town the following day in North Port where Chuck & Shane were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and especially friendly, which often makes all the difference to a loyal customer. Thank you to both of them for turning things around for me & also taking care of all our vehicle service needs.

I have been coming to them for about a year now and the guys at this shop care about the customer. They talk to you like you are people and they will help you out as much as they can. I had a bad experience at the one in port Charlotte on tamiami trail and these guys are so different. Professional, joke with you and everything. I just spent 1400 on my AC and they were so awesome with me. Thank you

I can't say enough of good things about this establishment. It all started with Superior Customer Service from Shane. He was able to get me seen in a moments notice. I also didn't have to wait long for my tire to be fixed. I left there confident in the repair service and I will forever be a future client

Car broke down on me on a Saturday at 5pm. Googled shops near me and Firestone was open till 6 so called to see what options were available. Im so thankful this wonderful man Chuck answered the phone. He helped made some decisions for me bc I was alil frantic with a broken down car. He referred a tow called with updates even step by step on what was issue and explained parts and pricing. Robert called when car was ready offered to send Chuck for a ride so I didn't have to call an Uber. Firestone, I thank you for getting my car fixed and being there for me when I needed you. Xo Mo

These guys have got to be the dumbest tire techs in the business. My son brought in his Chrysler with two bald front tires because of his bad alignment. He showed up and these idiots replace THE BACK TIRES!! Their excuse was when changing tow tires it s their company policy to do the back. But the back weren t bald Don t waste your time here. Even if they change the correct tires the likelihood their craftsmanship is worth the money is pretty slim. Go anywhere else but here. Shoot go to the neighborhood crack head instead of here. Yes, your neighborhood rock head is better than this place.

Been here three times previously to get the oil changed on my truck. Dropped it off at 11 am for my 12:00 appointment. At 4:45 pm after not hearing from them I called and they said they just pulled it in to the shop. At 5:40 they called and said their lift didn t have the capacity to lift my truck (even tho they ve changed the oil in that truck three previous times). I go back at 5:50 to pick it up and they left the keys to my $90k company truck at the front door with no one watching over them. I retrieved them and walked to the truck and could immediately tell that the truck very obviously had not been moved since I parked it 7 hours earlier. It s one thing to make a mistake, but to keep lying throughout the day is unforgivable.

Firestone on Tamiami in North Port FL. Entering the building you are greeted with a happy face. They took my vehicle in and did what I had asked, also a complete inspection, I was very happy with the results, they were honest and did the job right. I would highly recommend them.To the staff at Firestone in North Port, Thank You DB

Excellent management! Chuck has taken care of my Toyota since 2017. Lucky North Port that Firestone brought him back from retirement to manage this location. He and his staff are competent, reliable, and honest. He communicates clearly and simply essential points related to necessary repairs. Someone you can trust with your car!

I have used Firestone in the Past and:1) It is convenient about 1.5 miles as the car goes2) Reasonable 3) The Alignment included Lifetime 4) Much better than the Dealership prices and 5) I will be Back!David Grindel

When my wife had her passenger side front caliper seize up on her Jeep while driving, I tried calling a couple of repair places but neither could get us in to do same day repair. I then called Firestone Complete Auto Repair and talked to Chuck who got us in within a couple of hours. Once our vehicle got looked over it was recommended to replace the rotor, pads, caliper and brake line to get it back on the road. Since everything was going to be replaced and based on their recommendation to have the same parts, I decided to do the front drivers side as well. Both Chuck and Shane were very professional and explained everything as repairs were being made. I don t know the name of the person who did the work on our car but he did a great job. My wife couldn t be happier with the way her Jeep feels now while driving and braking. I will bring my vehicles there again when needed and will recommend Firestone to my friends who need repairs in the future.

I had a tire blow out on 75 panicking . I called Firestone and begged them to come to my rescue. Anthony and Shane immediately loaded up tools and came to our rescue and followed us back to the store and got great tires. The front employees, manager and assistant managers are very nice and are very aware of how long it takes to complete your auto service by checking with the repair techs to see how long.. One of the best things they make you feel like an important customer, whoever walks in. These days it's a great thing to do.

Woke up today to a normal busy morning - which was quickly disturbed when I realized that I had a flat tire. Wasn t sure where to go and needed my vehicle back in motion by the end of the day. I decided on this Firestone, mainly due to its close proximity to my location. However, from the moment they answered my unusually early (and semi-frantic) phone call, I knew I had done something right. Chuck assured me right away that whatever the resolution - they could get it done today without issue and he took care of me throughout the whole process. Robert is also wonderful, as he provided frequent updates and answered all my questions with ease. These guys are good people who truly care about the customer experience as well as the safety of your vehicle! They were willing to offer different pricing solutions and made sure I was taken care of. These days, a business running like this makes all the difference in the world. Thanks Again!

From start to finish, the service was 5 stars! One of my wiper blades was out of stock but Justin made it happen using teamwork from another location to get the job done! Not only that, but he also gave me a heads up for services I ll be needing soon along with prices. He made sure my vehicle was in and out, but thoroughly serviced, even though I showed up on a busy morning without an appointment and needed more than one service. I really appreciated all of the care that Justin and his team took of my vehicle and I will definitely use this business in the future and refer it to friends!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires

I started losing tire pressure on I-75 so I called the nearest Firestone as I purchased my tires from Firestone. They said bring it in we will get you done. Chuck and Robert are the best. They pass out customer service like candy on Halloween! I had picked up a nail. I pulled in off the highway and they were going to take care of me right away. I was so impressed I decided to leave the car. Adding an alignment and tire rotation. I have been a Firestone/Tires Plus customer for well over 20 years. Chuck used to be at the Peachland store. Great customer service. Chuck runs a tight ship. Honest. Dependable and knowledgeable. Hard to find that in automotive repair these days.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

The business practices of this place are borderline predatory. Quoted me more than the Chevy dealership to chance a thermostat, a job I ended up having a different Firestone do for 55% of the price. When I called them out on it the answer -in front of other customers- was: we don t care . Without being asked they quoted me $930 for new tires plus alignment. The car just had an alignment and the tires are good for another year (see photo). Besides, the same tires cost $75 a piece plus mounting at WalMart (less than half). Firestone North Port also wanted to replace a dead license plate light bulb for $18.30. Got the bulb for a buck and replaced it myself, within one minute. Stay clear of this place, or get at least a second opinion before you trust them.

Brought my 14 F250 6.7 powerstroke here a while back for an oil change. Only place I've ever brought my truck since I've been changing my oil since I bought it. Now I'm not a certified mechanic by any means but I do recognize when something is wrong. To fight my oil drain plug out the entire way just find the threads are stripped is extremely frustrating. Torque spec for said drain plug is 19 foot pounds. Tightening with an impact can and will cause damage to plug and oil pan. Now I've bought a new oil plug which is cheap, thay not my complaint. My complaint is simply the either the attention to detail is not there or there is a genuine disregard for what they are doing. Hopefully your experience is better than mine and they care about your vehicle like it was their own.

I have been here multiple times and the service has been great. They take longer but it s understandable and while you are waiting you can go across the street to grab a bite. The mechanics are honest and though their prices are a little bit higher, they give you the real accurate diagnosis without exaggerating or pushing.

Manager was so awesome I had a nail in my tire I told him I was a long time customer of there store in Port Charlotte and new the manager very well. Upon returning to get my car he fixed my tire and there was no charge!!! What an awesome thing to do. I now will take all my business to him due to his one simple act of kindness Well done FIRESTONE

I have only visited once, but I had a very good experience. Dustin and his team did a very good job at communicating to me what they were going to do to my vehicle. The covered cost, timeline and any other required maintenance that may be needed. They were polite and very professional. The facility is newer, so it is clean and neat. If you are going to be there for an extended period there is a 7-11 and a Publix across the street. This is useful as there are no water or coffee machines. Adding one or both would be my only suggestion! Great overall experience.
