This is our first time using these guys, and I ve never been so impressed by a mechanic. Though they were unable to help since what was wrong needed fixing by a dealer due to an active recall, they went above and beyond to give us everything we needed to make it easy. They were kind, thoughtful, and accommodating. We will definitely be back next time we need service.

1st.review ever. Truck needed power steering lines and cooler replaced. quoted $1,600 what?Had my son (Auto technician & engineer) from Ma. call to verify work needed. Was given lame reason for the price. Definitely was grossly trying to take advantage of a 70 yr old man.Another shop is doing it for $770.00. That's $830.00 less.Just shameful.. He also charged me 75.00 to diagnose. so sad...There is no excuse, the stress you caused my husband having to find a ride, buy more fluid to pickup truck and drive to another auto shop while loosing power steering twice is why I wrote my 1st review.There isn't any excuse to justify your price. NONE! Do better, treat people farely even if they know nothing about automobiles.

Drove in with my car 1st time everBrandon Bucks took care of us. explain the problem with the car was able to say to me. This is what I think it is the type of test he was going to do and then we asked if there was someplace close to go for coffee so there wasn t .Gave us a loaner car so we can go get some breakfast+ I thought this repair was going to be $150 or more just for the test and it was less than a third !!!!$36 to be exact) ++This place is A1 with a five star rating for care concern and customer communication. I would take any vehicle that I own to him without any question and have him do my repairs. It s too bad there are not more businesses that take pride, morals and high standard of ethics and dealing with customers Like Bucks Master Care Care !!!!!!

Warning, bad experience here. I am fair but these guys don't care enough about their customers or business. I brought my vehicle in, and left with it shaking violently on the highway. They worked on the tires and my take was they didn't properly balance them. I brought it back and they immediately said it wasn't their fault and wanted to charge $60 to balance them so I left and will never return. There's more, but I 'm done with it and just won't do business with people that would rather lose customers and get bad reviews instead of just fixing something they obviously caused. I will be contacting Good Year even though they are just a franchise but they still carry the name.

Brandon is great. They were on time and the tech was fantastic. I would recommend Buck's to everyone. They were about 10 minutes behind but they were short staffed and they still got me done in an hour. I have gone back and will go back again

Brandon and his team went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed properly. They even gave me a loaner car. I will continue to use Bucks and will recommend them to others.

With a tire steadily losing pressure, I pulled into Buck s to see if they could help (I had already stopped by 4 chain tire businesses). They immediately checked out my tire, told me I had a tear in my sidewall, and put my spare on. They would not accept any money. They were fast and courteous and I appreciate them so much.

I cannot say enough good things about the folks over at Buck's. We started having issues with our work truck, a fully loaded down E350 box truck. It's not a small truck nor was it easy to figure out what was going on with it. Despite the hassle our truck gave them, Marty and Brandon worked tirelessly to get us back up and running. They understand the plight of being a small business. Their communication was great and although it took quite some time to get the issues ironed out the price was very fair. I am very very happy and impressed by these guys that did a full brake job and new wrangler tires on my 2010 Dodge Ram. It was a great pleasure doing business with Brandon and Joe at the front desk. Outstanding pricing ,work, and promised time work would be complete. All on Que. I moved to this area 2 yrs ago from Polk City. Not too familiar with good mechanics until referred to this place. I met new friends and mechanics that I will brag to my customers where to go for good work.! Thanks to Mike top notch mechanic!! Technical group John, Dominic, and Kat. I don't trust many shops but my experience here will have me coming back. I had my tires balanced and an alignment completed. The alignment technician took extra time to make sure it was as perfect as possible.

Buck definitely has impressed me with his car service, time, and prices. I ll defiantly be coming back here for any and all my car needs. These are beautiful tires at better prices than I could find anywhere else, and I checked 5 places. Buck himself even filled out the tire rebate for me. He couldn t have made it easier!

Called to set up an appointment for my truck. I want to only use Ford Part no aftermarket when working on my F250.. I told the guy on the phone this he said it's their policy to use only part from goodyear when i said i was bringing my own. I asked him does good year make Ford parts or sell them he laughed and said no then hung up. SAD..

I haven t actually gone in to have my tire repaired but out of seven different phone calls I made to local tire and or service places They re the only ones that booked an appointment for me (the other two both said it was first come first serve for tire repair and just be there tomorrow morning at 8 o clock said It could be anywhere from a one hour to half a day wait .. kinda hard to plan your day).They were also one of the only businesses that actually answered their phone. I didn t catch his name, but the guy who answered was professional, and didn t act like I was interrupting him Which seems to be the norm. Off to a great start and I look forward to doing business with you tomorrow afternoon.Thank you very much guys.Service: Tires

I started going to this business place in 2018 when it was a mom and pops family owned business. Recently, I took my car which was over heating and they took all day to work on it, but didn't fix anything because they said the diagnosis showed that nothing was wrong...I took my car elsewhere and they realised I needed a new water pump. The service at this place has changed dramatically since the couple's son and other young guys are now controlling the business.Also, they have a contract with the USPS, so mail trucks get taken care off first before anything else. I will never recommend this business place to anyone.Service: Auto water leak repair

While waiting for an oil change, I over heard a phone conversation between the shop and a customer. The customer supposedly dropped their car off for brakes. Buck s did an inspection and found the brakes to have 40% left on them. Another company had told this person that their brakes were metal to metal. It s so refreshing to see an auto body shop put the customer first and not just do the brake job. Buck s could have just taken this person s money by didn t. Kudos to the shop!

Service took longer than expected because one of their employees broke a part while fixing the original problem so another part had to be order which WE were expected to pay for. We were called and alerted that they broke the part and weren't even apologized to for it, just straight told what we were gonna be charged to have it replaced. A service was performed that we were not alerted to and charged for. The "free rental" you receive is pretty much someone's abandoned car that needed service repair. We were given a kia that had a Crack in the wind shield, and wouldn't run the greatest. You could tell that it needed service work desperately under the hood when you drove it, so we limited our use of it best we could. We had to call to get an update once we hit the estimated day of it being done, just to find out there was a delay that they could of easily reached out to tell us about. The only calls we got from them were when they broke the part to tell us the cost to fix it and that it was finally ready to pick up, which was 30 minutes before they closed. Never got any contact about them replacing the radiator cap, (something we easily.could of done on our own), only to find a charge for it on the bill. Highly recommend looking elsewhere, this place has terrible customer service, and seems to have no problem causing extra charges on your bill.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement

These guys are great. My fan belt was broke. I brought my car an old 2002 Benz to them first thing in the morning. They said they were able to do the job and should have it done that day. It was done by 3:30 and the price is reasonable.

Been using them for years, from my truck, kids vehicles and my sports car services. Loyal, honest and quality work. Even free tire plugging and cost matching/ and offers. Quality matters! Cost is subjective! Thank you guys, your personal professionalism and customer satisfaction has been impeccable to my family and my vechicles. Even pre purchase inspections for mr kids cars has been wonderful! Recently moved here from Ky. I ve had the same mechanic for 30 years and didn t know who to go to in the area. I heard good things about Bucks. They did not disappoint. Hands down the best mechanics around. I have found my new place to take all my vehicles to for whatever repair needs I have. Great people. Clean shop. Racks to hold even the largest vehicles and campers. The guys at this place are a rare breed. Hard to find good local shops like this anymore. 10 star rating

Buck's is the best place to have your vehicle serviced. They are knowledgeable, honest, and fair. They stand behind their work and will fight for you with warranty issues. I will not take my car to any other shop.

The trouble I was having with my Duramax engine was quickly diagnosed and explained to me so I understand what needed to be done. The costs explained and the service was completed promptly at quoted price. Their customer care is serious. I will return if future care is needed and for routine maintenance.

I recently helped my mom move into North Port and she had concerns about her car's battery and hood latch. Knowing I was there a limited amount of time, we set up an appointment in advance on a Friday. Buck's team had the vehicle fixed that afternoon at a very reasonable price. My mom also took her car in there this week to ask a question and they handled it very easily.The best part of a repair shop involves the customer care and taking the time for each customer. I feel very safe having my mom go to them when she has vehicle problems and I am VERY appreciative of having a local resource for auto repair when I'm not in Florida with her. I highly recommend Buck's Master Car Care and thank you for everyone's positive reviews as that helped steer us in their direction. Keep up the great work... I cannot say "Thank You" enough!

Brandon and his team are the only garage that took the time to investigate and fix the issue with my 1997 Lexus LS. Even Lexus in Sarasota was not able to fix it. Because it didn t show any error codes, things were replaced and cost me thousands. I was so frustrated with the car being towed. Brandon put the car in the bay and ran it for a couple of hours before it started to show the malfunction. Thank you!

My car lost most of its coolant and I was forced to stop and add water to get home. I called Bucks and made an appointment for the next Monday to check it out. Bucks got my car in and replaced a bad water pump and thermostat housing. It now is fixed and at a fair price. These are folks you can trust and feel confident the job was done right. It is hard to find an honest repair shop in today's world but I recommend Bucks as such a place.Service: General repairs & maintenance

A family run Goodyear franchise. They have good mechanics. Clean waiting room. The Son is at the counter along with mom. Dad is in the shop. So I think they have a good handle on what's going on there.

Great service, competitive prices, and honest people. I can't say how much a relief it is t9 be able to send my wife up there and not have to worry about them trying to up-sell to her. They always check my fluids, let me know of maintenance needing done in the near future etc. They do the job they're paid to and still keep an eye out for anything that shouldn't be

Brought our RV in this morning to get help after the plastic valve stem extensions to both rear inner tires failed! Brandon immediately greeted us and helped assess the situation while discussing potential options and the best long-term solution with James (the most exceptional service technician...ever! ). The RV s Alcoa rims required a specific kit manufactured for the Mercedes Sprinter chassis/wheels and only available on-line. Brandon helped research the part number and provided us with the ordering info/site for shipment...even though it would be installed later elsewhere. Meanwhile, he and James determined the best course to immediately get us back on the road was to replace the two faulty plastic stems with steel valve stems and gator caps...for ease of adding air, if needed before we could have the specifically designed long valve stems and supports installed. James did an incredibly thorough job of not only caring for and solving our immediate problem - but, he then serviced and inspected the five other tires (including the spare) to ensure they were all properly and digitally accurately inflated and in excellent condition for the extensive road trip we were embarking on that day!!!The care, professionalism, timeliness, friendliness and knowledge provided were World class. And, the cost was extremely reasonable and competitive. We would VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND Buck s Goodyear Master Car Care to everyone. Absolutely incredible people.

I took my mom's car here to get work done and she was a little Leary by not going to a dealer as soon as I talk to the owners any fear of going here soon left. They get real busy and I understand why after talking to them today when they worked on my mom's car again I was told they been in business for over 40 years. They very well could have taken advantage of any situation with her and sold her things that she probably did not need which is usually the case with an independent place but they are very honest people. If you need work done and you are in the North Port Florida area these are definitely the people to go to they will not sell you things you do not need and we'll fix the things that need to be fixed, and they are very old school type mechanics not just part changers I wish there was more places like them all over the place

Went to 3 places to have my tires balanced and was unable to do so. They could lot find the problem. Bucks Goodyear has a road force balancer. Located and fixed the issue. Wish I would have come here first. Best balance machine around and same price as all the rest.....only better... Thank you Brandon.Great service... Smart mechanics and knowledgeable staff. Not just a tire store but an all around good repair facility.

There's not enough good things I could say about Bucks. I recommend to anyone I meet. As a female, I've had many experiences with places trying to pull one over on me but that has never happened here. My dad came here years ago for a second opinion on a transmission he was being told was a goner..bucks came up with a fix that lasted for years, and saved my dad from buying a whole new transmission... My family and I won't go anywhere else as long as we can avoid it
