My wife's 370z needed a battery not easy to change but the young man was great and did it right there in the parking lot. It was during dinner time whe not many customers. Great shop!

Forrest is a consummate professional who strives to go out of their way to help me find parts. I come in specifically for his attention to my car s needs and he comes through for me each and every time. Moreover, he leads his staff by example and excellence in service is noted. He should be considered to train and mentor many more employees.

I used this part store in the past, and have been using it since I have been here 5 years ago. Renee helped me find a fuse for my car. It was the wrong fuse. So I went back in on a Friday to exchange the part & the sales person was rude, and crude. I walked off. I approached the young lady that was at the counter and explained to her that I just needed to exchange the part she exchanged and I mentioned it to her & she said oh that's how he is. If this is the way you train your people to handle customer service, this is not good. I will not be returning to the store anytime soon. and I spent 100's of dollars at your establishment, I'm gay and it obvious. This is not good for your establishment

Amazing! Installed my new replacement battery for me in 20 minutes. Gave me multiple discounts, were kind, and even told me where I could find what I needed cheaper. However, their honesty and kindness ensured my business. Robert was highly efficient and knowledgeable.

Your store is one of the cleanest stores I have been in. The guys there are amazing and very customer oriented. Michael helped me order my parts and install a few parts when they came in the next day. The customer satisfaction is through the roof. I recommend this store so much just because of him. The team work and environment is everything.

Walked in told them what I wanted and they went and got it for me. I got a few things. Nice place to go. I have been to other places and some do not even tell you where to look for what you want.

AutoZone was the only place that had the one item I wanted to purchase. When I arrived there the manager was busy helping an elderly lady who was having problems using her credit card to pay for her purchase.The manager completed the transaction for her. She then rang up my sale quickly.Then she took her tool box out and Installed the elderly lady's battery. Fabulous customer service!!!

Had to get a new battery and have it installed. Mike was a great help and was very knowledgeable and professional. Fast service and even helped me protect the terminals in my vehicle with an additional product he recommended. Great service at this location and is the main reason I only use Autzone for my vehicles needs.

With only 10 minutes till close, they were able find me the parts I needed for a friend of mines car. The two employees were very helpful, kind and patient and I was out of there within 5 mins. Kudos to good employees working as a team.

Thank you, Vinnie L. for helping me to get the iPhone holder. I chose the wrong one, and then, using Vinnie advise, I found the proper holder. He even installed the holder into my car. Great job!Marina.

Needed battery terminals cleaned (minor electrical issue because of some build up). Big Mike R. Sold me the battery installation kit, only a few bucks, and came out, cleaned the terminals, sprayed them, and added the kit! I was shocked! Free!Really really nice guy also. Sometimes it only takes one little nice thing to turn a rough day around.I appreciate this store and this service and him.Good job whomever hired him.

I traveled to see my parents, and of course my wiper fluid would run dry in the beginning of love bug season, so to AutoZone I went. The staff was super helpful and in the middle of restocking when I asked for wiper fluid( which was pretty much in front of me!) I asked if that one was worth it against the bugs and he suggested that I buy the one made for bugs. I was so happy to be in a clean store with happy people and fast quality service. Very pleased with my visit! Will use it any time I m in town and in need!

My car died 4 minutes down the road - I got a jump and came right to auto zone. Renae came to the rescue and replaced my battery literally SO FAST. She was kind, professional, knowledgeable and attentive. I was very impressed with the customer service here and had an overall pleasant and painless experience. THANK YOU RENAE!!!!!!

The only auto store I go to!! Desiray is always an amazing help! She ll find the part you need in record speed it s incredible. She ll also help you install your battery or windshield wipers. If you stop in and she s there you ll be getting the best help there is!

Needed a battery. Big Mike installed it with a smile in this Florida heat. (Yes, he was masked up) Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, plus several tips. Definitely recommend this autozone. Been there sever times now, the service and quality is always the best!!

This morning my fianc�'s car wouldn't start. We were able to jump it in the afternoon after we were both home from work. We took it to AutoZone and Renae at AutoZone tested the battery, alternator, and starter. Since the battery was the problem she couldn't test the other two things until the battery was replaced. Renae changed the battery for us and then tested the alternator and starter. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and gave great customer service! We will definitely be back to this store whenever we need any car related items due to our great experience working with her!
