As a small business owner, who owns a mobile detailing company, I come here often for supplies. Alice was tasked with assisting me, I was simply looking for an engine cleaner or treatment. After a short recommendation, she said she would look for some help to better assist me, which ultimately ended in her walking away, and just never returning. She even seen me there afterwards still stuck trying to figure things out. Needless to say she never approached again to assist. I eventually figured it out on my own, and the young Spanish looking gentleman at the front helped me very much. Her customer service skills are horrible. She looks like she didn t want to deal with anyone at all.

My battery randomly died and I had to jump it yesterday. Today it kept needing multiple attempts to turn on. I called AutoZone asking about cost on the battery, and the woman on the ohone was so nice and patient with my cluelessness (first car). In the store, a man was also very patient, checked my battery, and thoroughly explained everything to me while I purchased a new battery. Awesome staff.

Stopped in because it was actually open and my tail and license plate light were out, a murder sentence in my town. They didn t have the tail light, but due to the elevated need of the situation the clerk was nice enough to give me the part number to try another store, something I very much appreciated because it was late I was tired and really, really, really, didn t want to get pulled over for something I had been to 3 stores prior, trying to correct, only to find that for some reason they had all closed before their time. Due to the fact that not only was the store open but the clerk cared enough to go above and beyond in an extenuating circumstance to help me (when he could have easily turned me away) I can honestly say I ll be shopping Auto Zone for all my future automotive needs. I was in such a tizzy I ditzed out on getting a name. The peace of mind he gave me after such a horrible day was priceless. (I was able to find what I needed thanks to him!!)

Bought a product and tried to exchange 4 quarters for $1. The manager 10 ft away wouldn't help. I waited 5 minutes and left. Managers should be capable of multitasking. This is a simple request that was avoided irresponsibly.

I was so pleased with my experience here from beginning to end. I don t know a lot about cars, so one of the associates, Michael helped me pick out the best windshield wipers for my car, and he even even offered to install them for me, which was such a big help.

I would like to add to the new reaction of the Autozon manager that he showed to me. 3 days ago I turned on the hazard lights and left the car. With the engine turned off, the car stood for approximately 40 45 minutes after which I could not start the engine because the battery was dead. I have a warranty on the battery that lasts until December 26, 2023. I went to Autozon to replace the battery under warranty, which was denied to me. First, an Autozon employee said that I had a bad starter. After 2 minutes, the worker said that I had a bad alternator. He told me that I had a bad alternator; it does not charge the battery. I suggested to the manager to turn off the engine of my car and turn on the lights and hazard warning lights. After that, if the car does not start, it means that the battery is bad and it does not hold a charge. the manager refused me. I want to warn other buyers, visitors to Autozon, check several times with another company, do not rush to change the Starter generator and other parts, it will be very expensive. I was under the impression that the Manager of this company would pay money out of his own pocket when replacing my battery. I confirm once again that I have a guarantee until December 26, 2023

I walked into AutoZone in North Port at 5 minutes til closing tonight. I was having car problems obviously hence the reason I went there and as soon as I walked in the man says You have 4 minutes until we close up! Then I say OK can you help me find the water remover for gas? He points and tells me where it is. Still having trouble finding it I hear dudes phone watching some cartoon or something like dude you re in a hurry to close up ..wouldn t you help me a little more after I say I don t see it! Like really?

The other morning was not the most ideal. Had a crazy busy day scheduled until my cars battery decided to die completely. I barely made it three miles manually steering my car before I somehow made it to this AutoZone. Erika and David explained that my battery was dead because my alternator was completely done for. Luckily I had a warranty on my battery, but I did need a new alternator. Erika was able to grab the right alternator for my car and set me up with an appointment right next door to get it installed. The only problem was, the battery I needed was only in stock 5 miles down the road at a different location. Erika, David, Liz, and Vincent collectively decided that Erika could run down the road and grab it while my alternator was getting installed. Once my alternator was finished being installed, Erika conveniently showed up at the same time with the battery! Dave and Vincent then installed it for me and I was on my way within an hour and a half. True hero s of the day. They went above and beyond because they knew I was having a tough morning. All that being said, yes my pockets did hurt for a few hours but the feeling of gratitude for these people and my new parts quickly overshadowed that. This AutoZone is far superior then the rest, Thank you again guys I ll remember this experience forever.

very rude customer service. gentlemen in his late 50s, early 60s will not cash to you but throw towards you instead without any receipts to offer and was in hurry just to turn his back on me. this is not first time when people at this store being rude. thanks for your service though!

My car battery died right as I started the car to go to work. I got my car jumped and sped over to AutoZone to get a new battery. Even though it was only minutes after they opened, the older man there was super nice and said it was alright The inside of the shop was also tidy and clean, which isn't something you always get at an auto shop. The whole process took about 20 minutes to get sorted. The older man who changed my battery was kind and explained the whole process and why he was doing each part. When I need to get my car battery changed again, I know where I'll go!

The employees treated me poorly, I purchased a very expensive part and was told it would arrive by 4:30 the same day and the store would call once it s ready for pickup. I received no call by 5:30 so I called the store and was placed on hold for 15 minutes to be told that it won t arrive for another day. Then when I came in the next day to pick up the part they were still rude. I don t usually put in negative reviews since everyone has a bad day occasionally but the rude employees, poor customer service, and lack of communication had me shocked. I ve never been treated so poorly as a customer before.

I would like to personally thank hunter! Amazing customer service, helped me with everything I asked for quickly, even went to the extent of helping me get my oil cap off! Thanks hunter! This man deserves a raise!

They earned my lifetime loyalty on the 4th of July. My battery died while I was at a local gas station approximately a half a mile down the street from our nieborhood AutoZone (AZ). I call AZ and purchased a new battery over the phone. Frank, one of AZ friendly employees brought the battery to me and had it installed in my disabled vehicle in about five minutes. Frank then recommended that I follow him back to the store and get the core charge back for the battery and he would test the alternator to make sure it is okay, which it was.AWESOME JOB ALL AROUND!!!

White guy seemed like at manager and a black lady seemed like a cashier let me use the restroom and then both of them freaked out on me for asking for a blinker bulb for my car. Never going here again.

Great customer service everyone there is super friendly!! I have a commercial account with them and they always have parts available and are reasonable with pricing. I would highly recommend them for your automotive needs. Ask for Liz she is super nice and knowledgeable!

Workers were busy talking to each other to effectively help me. Worker couldn't find turn signal light bulb which I found by myself. Returned another day for oil filter, a different staff member quickly showed me the prices and different types of filters. Got a good quality filter for cheap.

I normally don't give reviews but this was special enough to want to share. As a women going into an autoparts store I was alittle intimidated but Rob and frank made the experience pleasantly enjoyable, I'm recently widowed and was scared to be taken advantage like you hear about all the time but this was the complete opposite they were incredibly respectful and helped me pick out exactly what I needed, kuddos to you Autozone for having this two lovely gentlemen representing your company, you've earned a customer for life.

Awesome customer service. Frank Zito came out to my car with no problems. He didn't try to sell me. He helped me without a charge. if i COULD SAY 10 STARS i WOULD.

The manager in his 60s was really rude to me when I told him that I can t understand what he was saying because he was mumbling and I asked him to repeat and he had an attitude and gave me papers with codes on it for my car. Will not come back to this one until employees learn respect.

Went inside to get engine coolant stood there for a good 7 minutes with no help. Could hear employees in the back goofing off and laughing while standing there no one even told me just a minute or anything, looks like it's just a place to relax for the employees. They weren't even busy, there was only one other patron inside. Not to mention the sign "no returns or exchanges" on the door, so I guess if they recommend the wrong part you can't even exchange it! DO NOT GO THERE. There is an Advanced Auto Parts just down the road who helped me the second I walked in.

AutoZone anyday....they have friendly staff and they always help me if I need it. Every location I've been too from Cape Coral to St Pete - they all are great customer service.

I have a HUM device in my car from Verizon that alerts me to problems. It started red battery but my car was starting and running well. Went to Auti Zone to have it checked and they said a cell was dead and a connector also. Had it replaced. Thank goodness for Hum and Auto ZONE I averted an issue on the road. Good employees and fast work
