If you Wanna Pl., Tuesday for the night that s clean this place will fit the bill. A lot of the places are older, although clean they re just older we didn t have any problems with any type of bugs or any people was quiet the rates were high for what you got. There is no breakfast there was no coffee in the morning. The breakfast was just a couple packages of muffins and a banana and maybe some yogurt but there is really no breakfast but other than that if you just need a place to lay your head for the night if you re in a hurry, the accommodations are OK

Stayed here while on vacation and it was more than horrible it was complete disgust. The reviews are real! When arrived I was given a room to look at, and it had holes in the wall and stickers all over the other bed. It was awful. Then they gave me a second room, which was better than the first but the sheets had really big stains on them like body fluids from other people I go to tell the front desk and they don t believe me he s like I m gonna go check for myself so he did and when he came back, he looked really angry and then he handed us the sheets he should ve been handing us a whole sheet set. Obviously you can tell they do not wash the top sheet also the comforter looks like it has mold or something embedded in it...Cockroaches everywhere! I woke up to one crawling on the desk next to me. Then 5 more scattered across the floor! The hotel is not cleaned at all! The room floors are dirty Litterally can see it caked in the creases of the floor and walls. I m highly dissatisfied and it was not worth 125 dollars a day. Other things that were wrong with this room . Door to room has peeling paint, no smoke detector or any detectors,light on wall next to door has glass broken, no outlet covers,shower head extremely dirty, mirror to room not even on the wall it s sitting on the floor behind a table. The only good thing was it had hot water and a soft bed.Safety: Hotels and every place you stay at by law must have smoke detectors and this place had nothing at all not one.. comforters also and sheets should be changed after every guest stay. You don t know what the person before you had or if they had any diseases always have your sheets changed and make sure your hotel room was cleaned especially the toilet and shower.

The pool was green. The rooms were nasty with the smell of cigarette smoke, floors were filthy with hair and dust, ceilings like there was mold in the place. As for quiet, yes, very quiet and it served its purpose. Any port in the storm!!Great location, quiet little town. Walmart up the road along with a Lowe's or home Depot, restaurants.

This is a true do drop in. The rates were reasonable however, the room was very antiquated. I will say the water was hot in the shower. I never felt too, particularly safe there due to all the people hanging out in the parking lot and lack of a chain on my door. I had no safety issues which sort of surprised me, looking back. The garbage cans on the exterior of the motel were completely overflowing. The swimming pool is completely dilapidated and not available.

They should pay you to stay here! Save your Sunscreen and money. Make sure to bring plenty of roach spray and perhaps set off some bug spray fumigation before your night's stay for peace of mind. Otherwise, bugs will be crawling out of the provided microwave and mini fridge for your amusement. Safer to leave your luggage and personal belongings in your car for theft instead of the possibility of taking home some stowaway bugs. Drains back up with sewage and leaks without warning. Rooms also feature gang graffiti on select walls and bathroom mirrors.Do yourself a favor don't stay here. You would probably have better accommodations staying under the bridge out front. Non-refundable price point and required unexpected room deposit? The front desk's lack of concern and attitude are off the chart. The simple act of maintaining a clean environment and repairing the obvious and disgusting problems this location is faced with. The county should permanently close this location until a minimum standard is set much higher than the current owner/manager can provide. No star rating here.

So I normally don't post reviews. I'm places I stay, but this place was disgusting. I had to wash my feet 3 times during the course of our stay because the floors were so dirty. At the end of the day, all I wanted was a little extra time to leave and Instead of 11 o'clock check out I wanted a 1130 check out. And they told me they're going to charge me 10 extra dollars.

1st room not made up n looked like previous had a party . 2nd room sent to had Roaches, bad smell, frig didn't cool, phone n equipment in dresser drawer, Shower rod on floor, no shower curtain, under cushions on couch crumbs etc. Despicable condition. Amenities listed not available. Couldn't use pool, no breakfast or coffee, no bar or lounge.Expedia should be notified. Will do that!!!Noteworthy details: Sleep in car!!!!!

This place has no idea what they are doing. The amount for the deposit changed every time I called them. They finally called to confirm the reservation and told me the deposit was $30 more than the amount I was told the day before. So I decided to cancel the reservation because the woman I was talking to said she would cancel it with no fee. I just now had a man call me, like 8 hours later, and tell me that I need to cancel the reservation from my end when I was already under the impression that it was canceled since that s what I was told. When I went to the website it said if I canceled it from my end I would be charged for the night. As I m reading this I get notifications that they are charging my card without authorization. I was told by a woman on the phone that it was canceled without a fee, and now they won t answer my calls. This place is not worth the hassle. Find a place that actually knows how to run a hotel and treat their customers.

Easily the most disgusting hotel I have even seen. There s no way this place is legally allowed to continue to operate as an Inn. Unreal amount of code violations. We were in town to watch the Braves spring training game, and every hotel was crazy expensive because it s opening weekend for Spring Training.We didn t even stay in the room more than 15 minutes. Immediately walked into our non smoking room and it smelled like 5 packs had just been chain smoked in there. The smoke alarms had been taken out of the walls and disconnected so the previous people smoking in the room didn t set them off. We found big shards of glass on the floor as soon as we walked in. On of the beds was not even on a frame, it was just sitting on the floor (there s no way that s legal, right??). And we started itching as soon as we sat on the beds. Quickly reading through other reviews, we read about people having bedbug issues as this hotel and that was the last straw for us. Absolutely do no ever stay here. You could not have paid me money to sleep in that room. We immediately left and found another hotel that we felt safe at.DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!!!!!

Great for the price. I usually stay at the Hampton Inn when I come to town but decided to try here this time since we do not d any time at the hotel besides just sleeping.I booked at $88 a night through priceline and for this area you absolutely cannot beat that. But of course you get what you pay for. We expected lower quality bit since it's just somewhere to sleep at night while spending the days with family we didn't mind.The first night the toilet wouldn't flush, my husband found d that the water was turned off at the bottom in the morning after playing with it so that was fixed.The next night the battery in the thermostat was dead when we came in and the temperature couldn't be adjusted and since we got back to the room after 11 pm there was nothing to do about it until morning. So it was warm, humid and muggy all night.We also noticed several blood looking stains on the white blanket on one of the beds.All in all I would still stay here again since we literally are only here to sleep but I definitely hope not to have dirty blankets or a dead thermostat next time. (especially when summer comes!!)

This place gets a lot more hate then it deserves. Hotel employees were very friendly to me and did everything they could to help me enjoy my stay. The room I was in wasn't bad at all I wouldn't complain it's better then sleeping in the rain or in the hot Florida sun. Location was extremely good easy to access food, shopping, and other leisurely activities, not to mention a river right next to the hotel where you can fish. Also looked out my hotel river one morning and saw manatees swimming in the river. So honestly most of these bad reviews are from stuck up Karen's and Ken's that expect to have a 5 star hotel and service everywhere they go.Walkability: From the hotel you have multiple places you could walk to it's very centralized with many places to easily get to by walking.

Listen to me now. Avoid this place at all costs. It's not worth staying here. We have been in our room an hour and the ac stopped working. And we are leaving out the room I noticed movement in the corner of the room. And it was roaches. So after going down to the office to get our money back they refused to give us of money and from where we have prepaid for 2 nights. I hope you see this and Avoid at all cost!!2 years later. Still haven't received my refund.

Place was a mess poor service and a horrible place to sleep. Smells really weird and the staff had no clue about my reservation.Hey if you haven't had a bed in a while and just wanted to find a place to sleep, the Lowe's down the block has a huge pile of cardboard boxes that are suitable for a great nap.Rooms: Place looks like Norman Bates does house keepingNearby activities: Skip rocks at the local canal with the Hobo'sSafety: It's safer to sleep on the streetFood & drinks: None, I had a hard time getting staff to give me utensils let alone find some ice. Better off bringing your own coolerNoteworthy details: Felt like I was in prison having to wear flip flops in the shower.

Insanity, rude, nasty place, smells really bad, picked up towels to wipe my face and a bunch of roaches ran, roaches in cabinets, shower, walls, place needs major renovations, booking said free breakfast, got up at 7:30 go to the lobby and there's nothing. Had to ask for a remote to the TV and still had issues. Bed sheets had food left over on them.

I found this place when all others were booked solid for the Memorial Day weekend!The rooms were relatively clean and comfortable with BASIC amenities.As advertised - it IS America's Best "Value" Inn...I suppose, the place being under new management, that the Indian national family running the place is making due as best they can, to make the place work.The beds were so soft and fluffy, I couldn't sleep, save sitting in the very comfortable, although heavily worn computer chair at the desk, feet propped up on the bed, all night.The towels in the bathroom were very limited and did have stains on them, however, the room was impeccably clean and the A/C worked incredibly efficiently.There were other people, loud and raucous, as guests, but that happens anywhere one stays. With the over 500 channels on the television in my room, I didn't really have time to scrutinize every negative detail of my room.When I arrived, having called earlier and had them "hold" a room, they wouldn't take a credit card and insisted on cash, pointing me to the obligatory ATM machine in the corner, which had a minimal $3.50 fee.All in all, my experience was pleasant, both with staff and amenities, and I am able to see they are trying to make it work on a shoestring budget.In time, this place can (will?) be an amazing hotel experience, however, I strongly suggest ownership seek a large bank loan to fix the place up and pay it off over time, because, the many negative reviews are not helping the place start producing the income they are hoping it does.Perhaps staff with a better grasp of the English language could also improve interactions with guests and smooth over any ruffled feathers.Sincerely, William Gwynn

We called at 10pm looking to make a reservation. They were prompt in their ability to help us for $99. You will not find a better hotel for the price in the area. We were worried because of the price that we would be staying in a less than desirable location, that was not at all the case everyone at the Hotel was very hospitable and inviting. There are stores close to shop and food close to eat. Not that far from the islands at all. We will deff come back to n stay again! Thank you!

The last behind the desk when I got there was very helpful and pleasant. The lobby looks really nice. Unfortunately that's where the good ends.The place is a pit. Dirty walls, dirt in the corner of the room, peeling paint, no hot water for a shower, and just a very run down appearance on everything. The air conditioner did manage to cool the room, so there was that.If you are looking for a place to stop driving and lay unconscious for a while due to extreme fatigue, this is your place. If you have standards, maybe pass this by and get something better.
