So after an extremely long day, 6 jump offs, I finally got to William at the store and he tested my battery confirmed I needed a new one, and replaced it. He made me day/night/week with his help that didn t make me feel like a burden. THANK YOU WILLIAM! It is such a good feeling knowing my car will start !

3 days ago I turned on the hazard lights and left the car. With the engine turned off, the car stood for approximately 40 45 minutes after which I could not start the engine because the battery was dead. I have a warranty on the battery that lasts until December 26 23. I went to Autozon to replace the battery under warranty, which was denied to me by an auto ozone employee. He told me that I have a bad generator; it does not charge the battery. After that, I decided to go to Advancs Auto Parts and asked the employees of this company for help to check my battery, he checked and said that my battery was out of order and needed to be replaced, that is, buy a new one. I thank the employee of this company for his attention and responsibility. The professionalism he shows towards visitors. Thank you very much to the employees. Advance Auto Parts. The photo confirms that the battery is not working.

The store manager Rogelio is awesome and saved the day! I got to the store after it closed early due to staffing shortages. He saw us while he was already on his way home turned around in his car and asked if there was something we needed help with after we explained we were visiting from out of town and had a dead battery he immediately got on the phone and got me set up to get the battery from another Advance Auto Parts that was close by and still open. This was a big deal as I had an appointment early in the morning the next day and would not have had time to get the battery and make the appointment in the morning. Thanks again for getting me back on the road!

Ordered a laptop because hurricane Ian ruined my pc for work, ups delivered it to a location I never approved, this store. This store currently closes at 5pm however they should not be accepting packages if they cannot honor what their online Google maps profile states (online currently says 9pm, which is 4 hours later then they are currently open for). So needless to say I have NO ACCESS to the laptop I ordered and desperately needed l. How many even more important items were delivered to a store that closes so early?

Great staff. Very helpful. Not only did they loan me a tool to get my battery out of my car, bit they charged it for free. As for going above and beyond the one employee was kind enough to give me a lift back to my car, which was down the street from the store, so that I didn't have to carry the battery the whole way back.

So many new faces in every service industry. I had a new employee help me find wiper blades for my windscreen. Nice guy, made a little error in emailing me my receipt. He quickly corrected his mistake by emailing me a copy. I'm sure it will all be second nature after a few shifts. Nice folks, lot of help.

Always helpful with wide range of auto parts and supplies. Have tools available for short term loan. You can save money by ordering parts on line or at the store to install yourself or take to Tire Choice or other mechanics. I did this when I needed to replace my AC System and saved $150+

Having issue with a tire, didn't have a jack in my car. Came in to purchase one, and the guy with crooked glasses was very short and provided little to no help. Very short with me with a bad attitude.I was ready to spend money here too, but that's my first impression. He seemed all to eager to get to his McDonald's at the front desk more than anything.

The guys in here were so super helpful. I had a couple of different problems with my Jeep and they listened to me and gave me options and even went out and looked at my vehicle. When all was said and done they hooked me up and yes I spent some money but everything worked and it was a lot cheaper than going to a shop and really not that difficult. I appreciate the extra time they gave me and this is a great place to visit. Ask any question you want and they will help you.

As of today the 24th of October they were closed again long before they were suppose to be. This is now the third time this has happened to me and its not always been on a Weekend. This National Chain needs to figure out how to either hire employees that want to work, or update their websites when they decide to randomly close for business. I am tired of their lack of professionalism however and will try more reliable places nearby. I am seriously shocked at the lack of oversight this location has on hours of operation! Fix it or I will never return and will make sure to let as many people in my sphere of influence know about this store as well! This is just ridiculous!

Not impressed with the knowledge of the employee. Did not have a good experience. Ended up putting the new battery in ourselves and the choices of batteries was scarce not to mention pricey!

I purchased a rear wiper blade for my Ford Edge in Venice, where I was told they don t do installation of rear blades on that type of arm. After failing to figure out how to do it myself, I went to this store in Northport where Brandon was happy to help, and discovered that a fitting was missing from the package. He quickly and easily installed a new blade in less than a minute and thanked me for stopping for assistance. Great customer service here.

Fix your hours on Google and your Website. It's Friday and both say you open at 7:30am, but your staff and sign say 8:00am.

I brought a lug nut in off of my trailer, the guy behind the counter was unable to match the lug nut without a year, make, and model!?!? Looked at me like I was the fool. I left

Holy Moly, I had to leave at the counter, it took so long to get one oil filter and oil. Three customers came and went on the 2nd register. The manager was arrogant, he did not help the employee, and I told him I had to leave. His answer was, OK. Three employees just standing around. Great teamwork and leadership! I went to the competition just down the road, and I was in and out in 3 minutes, and even saved $5.�Last trip to Advance Auto Parts in Englewood for me.

I really wish I could give this place more than 5 stars because they deserve it. Our van started overheating on our way out of the state so we pulled in here to replace the radiator and fan clutch. It was about 95�F outside of the vehicle (even hotter inside). Gabe and Fred allowed my cat and hamster to sit in the back room (in their cages) so they weren't out in the heat. On top of that they lent us every tool we needed to be able to switch the parts outs. It took us almost 5 hours and they were soo patient. They even offered to let me bring my dog inside for a minute to cool off. Just one more reason why I use Advance!

Very helpful staff who installed my new wiper blades for me today without me even asking. Most of the items I purchased were on sale today. This fact saved me about 10 dollars.

On our way to Key West on our honeymoon and realized that the tensioner pulley on my truck was going bad and ready to die. We stopped here. Unfortunately, they didn't have the part, but another store in Port Charlotte did. After checking with Uber, it was going to be $54 to go get the part and come back. Seeing our frustration, the manager offered to go to the other store 20 mins away to go get it for us. He brought back the part and even let us use his tools to remove it and put the new one in. Awesome customer service!!! Highly recommend! Thank you!!

We stopped to buy a specific item and it was 7:57pm. The guy had already locked the doors. He was on the phone and we knocked. He looked over then pretended that he didn't see us. How rude!
