I contracted with this company to replace my windshield. They needed to negotiate the price with my insurance company and would call me back.No calls from them. They now don t return my calls and missed their scheduled appointment time to replace my windshield.

I am not one to leave reviews but in this instance I felt it necessary. I had two large cracks on my windshield that had been from a rock that came off a dump truck on I 75. I called my insurance company to let them know what had happened and the referred me to Safelite as they had a contract with them. Well.... I make the apt for them to come a week later on a Mon between 8 and 12. At 10 someone calls me and says that there was a mistake and that they did not have the windshield and would have to reschedule but it would be at least a week to get the new windshield because it was special order. Either way I had taken the day off and now had to take off another day off to get it fixed. SO that is when I called A Star Auto Glass out of North Port and they had the windshield that day and did not have to wait. So they came out and fixed the windshield that day in a half hour. Extremely happy with the quick service and professionalism showed by this company. I highly recommend them to anyone. You do not have to go with who your insurance company wants you to, you have the choice to pick who you want to do business with. I would be waiting another week if it was Safelite. Do yourself a favor and go with this company to save you the headache.

I had my windshield installed a few weeks ago by a different autoglass company and my windshield started to leak when it would rain. I called A star auto glass to come and fix the problem. The prices were great for the quality of the work. Dont fall for cheap low quality shops! A star came to my house I didn't have to travel or go out of my way at all. They were done within an hour, and I was still able to make my nail appointment! Will always use and recommend this business.

My experience was great. I used A Star Auto Glass two days in a row. The first day they came to my home and replaced my windshield. Due to their promptness and professionalism; I called them again the next day to do another job for me because I thought I wouldn't be able to find someone to do as good a job and as efficiently/cost-effective as A Star Auto.Thanks A Star Auto!

A Star Auto came to my house in Punta Gorda to replace my broken window the same day! They were quick, professional, and have the best prices I've seen! I would recommend them to anyone who needs broken windows replaced!

Broke my back windshield and called them first thing the next morning. He gave me the cheapest price I found anywhere and was willing to do it that day. I was worried I was going to have to wait around for him to get out to me because the family and I were going out to Englewood beach for the day. When I told him that his response was "No Problem! I'll meet you out at the beach and do it there!" I was so ecstatic we left right away and before we could even get out there he called me to see if we were ready for him yet. Service was fast and well done couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thanks so much!

Brought my 2012 F-350 here. Had a better price than anyone around lee county and fort Myers! Had me in and out quick and the job quality is awesome. Any broken windows bring to them!??

A Star Auto did a great job tinting my Jetta, very happy with service and price. If anybody is looking for a good Auto Glass or tinting company, I would only recommend A Star Auto Glass.
