Had a great experience here! All staff made me and my baby feel like family.Mr.Rivera made me understand all the services that my car was going to get the day of my appointment. They made sure I didn t miss any information and I am very happy about that. My car feels/ drives much better since bringing it to the shop. Thank you tire kingdom!!

Great service , and very professional employees. Glad they kept the team even after the switch to Mavis . Have had good experiences and not needed to use any other tire shop since I ve been in the area.

Good morning. I made an appointment for alignment at this Tire Kingdom and arrived a few minutes early.Unfortunately, after 48 minutes my vehicle was still untouched.No follow up. No other alignments were being done. No customer service.My time is valuable. That's the reason I made an appointment beforehand.Fortunately, there was a Firestone nearby. I called them, explained my situation, and went to them.I received good service and good customer service.

Two issues with my Tire kingdom experience today.First as many other reviews state, my appointment was at 9:30, I arrived early and was told it would take 2 hours to change 4 tires. Total time was 3+ hours.Secondly and much more importantly, I let them know I recently got my Rims powder coated. I asked for them to go easy and be careful with them as I did not want any damages.Now, a small knick or two would have been disappointing but I could accept. However, one rim had 9 scratches. All the way through the powder coat to the metal beneath. Most small but a few quite large.Very disappointed, but not much I can do.I showed the tech just to let him know that he was clearly not careful with my rims. I did not ask for any reimbursement/discount or anything. I just wanted them to see, acknowledge and perhaps in the future not ruin the next customers rims.What bothered me was They FLAT OUT denied it. There was no way that damage could have been done in the shop . Now I didn t ask for compensation, didn t want it, as I know things happen. But they unequivocally denied it and that bothered me greatly.I asked for them to be careful as I knew there was no damage to the rims prior to bringing them in. They damaged them then denied it.So.Yep if you need a quick tire replacement this place is great. If you want good honest service. Look elsewhere.

The staff here really cares about you and works with you if you're on a budget! The store manager Hector is the heart of this place! I have had nothing but good experiences here. I would highly recommend you give it a try!

I'd like thank Hector, he was extremely respectful and helpful. I took my car to another Tire Kingdom and heard a rattling noise after leaving there. Took it to this Tire Kingdom in the morning and Hector and Joe helped me out with no problems

Love Tire Kingdom. I love their customer service. It's a pleasure to have my car service here. It's either my Dodge dealer or Tire Kingdom. You can trust them, leaving your car here. Hector and Allan are very professional and friendly. With their team they are doing an excellent job

I have to do a wheels alignment, they want to push me for tires replacement, nothing was wrong with my tires. They need to make a sale. I turned around and did my wheels alignment across the street just fine. Some other places ask to sigh for a acknowledgement release, but this shop does not. So that exactly what happened to my friend as well. I am not going this place ever.

I was assisted by Hector and he was professional, attentive and very knowledgeable. He ordered the tires I wanted and my car got serviced on the same day.Everyone was nice and friendly, the prices comparing to other shops are reasonable and they have a greater inventory. I got a great price on the 4 tires set. They also provided many other services that include change of batteries, cabin filters, fluid services, brake services, wiper blades and tires.The person who installed the tires and did the alignment also checked the cabin filter. He was so nice that even tried talking to me in Spanish!An overall great experience. Highly recommended to visit this shop!!

Absolutely terrible, stay away. I had an APPOINTMENT 9am for two new tires. However, clearly they very inconsiderate of their customers time. I asked how long it would be since I would be waiting and the guy at the front desk said 1 hour. I went to walk around and came back at 10am only to see my car parked at the same spot that I had parked at! One hour later and they haven t even touched the car. I went to ask another guy at the front since the guy I spoke to initially spoke to wasn t around. I said I had an apt 9am and was told 1 hour and my car hasn t moved. He went to check and told me oh yours is next, there was 2 cars in front of you, idk if the other guy told you that . I told him no he told me an hour and I have to go to work and he pretty much said it shouldn t be much longer 30 min .. once again an hour+ later my car was done and on top of it filthy because they can t clean their hands before they get in your car. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND HEADACHE OF DEALING WITH INCAPABLE PEOPLE.

Dont waste your time or money coming here. I came here to have my car diagnosed because it was shutting off while I was driving. Long story short $1246.00 later my car is still shutting off. I returned to a it checked again. The other empolyee was extremely rude sarcastic person who barely wanted to assit myself and other customers. Hey Hector my car need a FUEL PUMP dummie. You and your shop friends got me but you'll nver see a penny of my money again. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE TOUCH YOUR CAR, THEY ARE THEIVES.

Second time that I visit the shop and requested service to be done that was not done and they returned the call to me like if it was done just today another customer requested tires rotated. Luckily the customer marked his tires when they return the call to another the ties will rotate it scam city manager, Hector, ringing leader.

I ve been coming to this location frequently because it s close to my home. last I came I lost a hubcap the mechanic failed to put it back on. I just got a tire today and upon leaving my car was making a weird noise the mechanic failed to place something correctly. I was also given an expectation of an hr and a half wait that has turned out to be over 2 hrs. The level of efficiency is just not where it needs to be. I am very disappointed in my experience and would not recommend these services to anyone.

Having the audacity of asking for your phone to rate themselves 5 is a new level fraud and misleading any client, which led me to believe that a nail in each tire didn t warrant to buy 2 new tires. I will be taking this to a different level, I even had to correct this rating because the person at the counter rated himself 5 starts as well as the one Tire Kingdom sends

This is my 3rd visit in a week and i really wanted to write in as I m sitting here waiting for a new tire to be installed on my car, this location has the most AMAZING manager, Hector. As a business owner myself, i truly value his exceptional customer service and attention to detail. He truly goes above and beyond for all Tire Kingdom customers, with diligence, patience and care. I ve seen all personalities walk in this door since I ve been sitting here (handicapped, irate, upset, angry, injured ) and every customer has been treated with absolute respect and decency by Hector. He s calm and he gets things done. In my personal opinion, this location would truly fall apart if he wasn t here. Thank you to Hector for being an amazing, decent human . In a world quite honestly, filled with the opposite. Cheers.Allison

The two gentlemen in the front made the tire process very quick and I appreciate them getting this fixed. I came around 8 o clock and they finished in 20 minutes.

The service in this place is very bad, also the attention towards the customers is terrible, a few days ago I visited the workshop with my car to change the oil and my car keeps saying that it has too much oil, I took it one more time and They supposedly fixed it for me but that's not the case, very dissatisfied with this workshop!

Had an appointment today for 4 new tires. I arrived at 9:15 and left at 12:47 Not again.
