Thanks, Agustin did a great job explaining me about the changes in the 2024 Alfa Romeo as compared to my previous 2021 Guilia, and the management and staff provided a low pressure, enjoyable experience. Also the lease deal was very competitive, and the 2024 Alfa Romeo Guilia Ti is a great driving car, I think the best in its market category- fast, smooth, and really well balanced.

Can t recommend Louis and the team here at Palmetto Alfa enough. In and out only 45 minutes with the car that is as looking for. Got me into a BMW X5 that looks impeccable honestly. High quality cars and amazing customer service. Really happy I stopped by.

Ive honestly never had such good service like ive had here at Palmetto, they win me over every single time. The new tonale is great and Louis who was my salesman was amazing. Took care of me from start to finish, didn't rush me and made sure i understood absolutely everything about the car before i took it away. Cant recommend them enough! Thanks Louis!!

Honestly I can t recommend this place enough! Bought a used Lamborghini Urus and I am so impressed by their service, the quality of the car and just how well they took care of everything! Louis was the salesman that took care of me and he made it super simple from start to finish. Made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. These guys are a real gem in a world of bad dealers.

All I can say is wow!! My wife and I recently leased a 2024 Stelvio from Palmetto Alfa Romeo. All my years in business and buying cars I have never had a more honest and up front bunch of guys. The dealership had so many choices and the sales person Louis couldn't do enough for us. From all the dealerships we visited not one made us feel comfortable to make a purchase. We drove 110 miles each way and glad we did. Anyone in the market for a new Alfa, Palmetto had more choices in stock than any other Florida dealer. They also did not pressure us and gave us a better deal than other dealers. Our return vehicle coming off lease went well. Raul, the general manager was there to oversee our experience . Thanks Ron who spoke to us on the phone to make the trip, along with the well trained and informed sales person Louis who knew exactly how to transform a first class deal. I am so confused by what happened at this dealership and I know it's not right! My husband and I wanted to buy a used Tesla here. It was explained that they priced the cars lower than market value to get sales . It wasn't explained that the car had to be financed or an expensive warranty had to be added. My husband was talked into financing saying it would save him money and that he could walk out the door and cancel the 9.14 percent financing. The $5,600 dollar warranty extension was not needed. Tesla warranties their cars up to 10 years. I went back the following day knowing it is not legal to force someone to finance. They told me they could ask the bank for a price to buy it directly but did admit some payment of financing would need to be made. They undid the sale and assured us once the sale was undone in the computer system they would call back and that the bank could give us a price. The call never came and I called back 3 days later and they said they sold the car to somenoe else with financing. They said " all car dealerships ask you to finance". This is the way the money is made but it is not transparent. I don't know if the car really sold or they just were not willing to sell it direcly. It makes me mad and sad. They could have at least called back and said they won't sell without financing but that's illegal. I really liked the car and wanted to buy it but I didn't want to throw money away for something that was not needed. I wouldn't trust these people and they need to know they need to tell the truth up front and financing can not be required for a sale!Lynne Hyde ( local resident in Miami Shores)

wonderful experience . Everyone is very friendly and made me feel like family. The service as great and the purchase/transaction went smoothly and without any issues. I am happy to have leased my new Alfa Romeo at this dealer. Juancho, my sales guy, was very experienced and professional. Raul, Finance, handled the deal in minutes and without haggle. Carlos, the owner, was great and made me feel at home. I highly recommend them

I was calling this Fiat dealership to begin some parts sales transaction since they were going to be closer. I got the run around with the operator not wanting to do his job of doing a simple transfers to the parts dept. He only had an attitude in telling me to press option 2 on the recording of the main number when i called and quick to dismiss me and hang up.Well options do not say for parts sales, it says service. Either way, did this and it went to a voicemail, which then was too full to even take a message and it hung up on me twice. I called back, again same person and it seems i wasbothering him, after explaining the issue with the phone system they have, he didnt care, then gave me the serivce dept # to call direct. well same thing, voicemail and full.I called back a 4th time, got someone different, i asked for the dealers manager name, he gave me a Raul, then I had to pull teeth to get his last name. So Raul Espinosa apparently is too busy to take my call now as I was told. After the first gentlemen told me he would get him for me. Was on hold for 6+mins and then the same initial person again gets the phone and tells me Raul is in a meeting. I just dislike the runaround and not giving a calling customer any importance, only to fend for themselves in trying to get a hold of someone.He then goes on to tell me that they are busy in the service dept to get a call. Like i mentioned to him, you can't even leave a message. It seems they only have 1 person working there. So i recommend going to another dealer that can take calls and assist for sales. Apparently they do not need the business.If this is the treatment of a caller, I can imagine how bad it would be if you actually bought a car here.Unfortunately I wasted about 20 minutes of my time and my life dealing with incompitent dealership.Stay Away.....

I had to edit my first review as what I thought was a great experience, has turned into a nightmare.Jacob sold the 2020 black Giulia to me on a Sunday. The car was extremely dirty and I could only see a couple of scratches/bumps that made me hesitant to purchase the vehicle. The seats were also scratched. Jacob reassured me stating that they will fix all of these cosmetic issues after the purchase. He pressured me into buying the vehicle that Sunday, as "he had someone else interested in purchasing the car". He claimed to have set up an appointment to "take care of everything" on Monday.I arrive at the location he shared on that Monday and it turns out he never made the appointment. The service team also told me that they have not even serviced or inspected the vehicle! I Ubered to/from work (which they never reimbursed me for) and at the end of the day when I picked up the car it was still filthy. Jacob provided me with a loaner and said he would have the car cleaned and the cosmetic issues taken care of as soon as possible.I was called 3 times where they informed me that my car was ready for pick up, and EACH time, the car was filthy and has not been washed/detailed. They also took care of 1 scratch only, not the other cosmetic issues that were promised to be taken care of. I did not get to drive my car for almost 2 weeks!! The last attempt when they told me that my car was ready, it was not washed properly and there was a condom in the backseat. It was extremely humiliating.

Started dealing on a high spec 2022 BMW M3, with very low miles. It's difficult to find, I admit. They weren't overly interested in my car, although it's also a very high spec low miles M340, but said to take it to Carmax and whatever they would give me for it, they would match. Got that done and asked for final out the door cash difference and my salesmen stopped responding to me. Started over with a new salesmen, who was great. However when their finance people got involved they decided not to honor the carmax quote, but got close to it. Not great but ok. Then decided to also increase the price of their car by over $5,000 as a penalty for not financing through them.(which by they way, put their M3 $2,000 over the original MSRP when it was brand new) They say it says on the website the listed price is for financed vehicles only, but I couldn't find it. Maybe it does say that somewhere. Regardless they didn't come across as anywhere near honest or trustworthy. Be very careful in dealing here, especially if doing so from a distance.

Raul and Jacob made it extremely easy and smooth for me to purchase a vehicle. Amazing hospitality and super friendly. If you need a car I definitely recommend you to come here. They make anything happen.
