First off the prices are criminal. Taking advantage of those who are in need. Secondly, they will drop your job to go do something else and if asked about it the owner or manager will publicly talk to the employees badly about their customers in front of the customers. No regards for customer service. No respect for people. Do not recommend this place.The

Title: Unreliable Service - Look Elsewhere for RepairsI recently visited this repair shop for a much-needed brake job. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of disappointing. After the brake pads were supposedly replaced, my car's performance took a nosedive as it started emitting an unsettling rattling noise that only worsened over time.When I decided to return to the repair shop to address this alarming issue, I was met with disbelief and an inexplicable refusal to take responsibility for the problem they had caused. To my shock, they attempted to pin the blame on a barely used car's shock absorber and had the audacity to propose charging me to investigate the very issue they had created.Disheartened by their lack of accountability and frustrated by the deteriorating state of my car, I decided to seek a second opinion. I took my vehicle to a reputable BMW service center, and to my relief, they quickly identified the root cause of the problem the brake pads that had been improperly installed. After replacing the brake pads, my car was back to its smooth and silent performance, leaving me to wonder about the competence of the initial repair shop.I strongly advise anyone considering this repair shop's services to exercise caution and consider alternative options. This place is a scam, the prices are absurd, I just paid $107 just to change two new tires that I brought for two used ones from my car. They report damages that the cars do not have, it's a rip-off, report to the police. It's not trustworthy. Do not use this place. Do not go to this place, let them have no work, let them not be able to play with customers anymore, then they will have to close.Service: Tires

Nice guys they tell you they only charge $69.99 to check the car and then discount it from the total. What they don t tell you is that you have to get the job done the same day or pay. They also charge over $100/hour. I wanted to pay the check up(that s supposed to be discounted) and come back in a week pay the rest to get the job done since I didn t have the money to pay the over priced bill but because I wasn t spending money today they just took my $80 and said it wouldn t be discounted from my bill (they charged me $80 instead of 69.99 ) definitely not a place for locals to go, way too expensive and messed up the way he just took my money and said it wasn t gonna be discounted from the already expensive bill. I m not a mechanic but typical place I went to check one thing had to order 3 different parts seemed sketchy considering the fact I had researched what was wrong with my mustang and had other mechanics comment on it. If you got money to spend then go I m sure they do a good job but if you work minimum wage or live in the neighborhood not a place for you. Went to Metro ford. Payed $200 less to actual professional not greedy people and a company that is transparent and will always be responsible for anything that happens to your car as well as keeping records.

This place is a rip off they overcharge and they dont even fix the real problem because they want you to keep coming back and spending money the guys at this shop are crooks!!. Don't come here!! .. they tried to charge me $500 for an altinator +$300 labor, not to mention they charge $100 just to look at the car... I took my car to my dad's mechanic and found out the alternator WAS NOT THE PROBLEM, I did not have the correct battery in my car, that's why it wouldn't start ...I paid $150 replaced the battery and I have not had a problem since. Like I said, if you don't want to get pimped out of your money, drive past this place !

Ray and Raoul are the best. Have taken both my sons and my wife s car to them on a few occasions for various issues. They always give me a fair and honest price and my car is always done correctly and in a timely manner. I ve used many mechanics but this place is the best and my go to. Highly highly recommend

I needed all 4 of my motor mounts replaced. I know this job sometimes takes a couple days but they got it done in less then one! I already knew what the price range was going to be so I wasn't surprised of the estimate they gave me. They did a really great job and they were very professional and friendly. Plus they were honest in what they were going to do.

They over charge for a flat tire 45.00 to patch. I have lived in Miami all my life and never seen prices that high. I drive a VW Jetta, No a luxury car. Don t want to see what he would charge then. If you want to waste your money, then go to them cause they wax people out their money. I ended up going somewhere else to get my car fixed for $2100 and I have one year warranty!

I had a punctured tire, and my spare tire was also too soft to drive on, and I was an hour from home. I stopped by right as they were closing, but Ray and Raul decided to help me anyway. They turned the compressor back on and fixed my tire, and also checked my other tires to make sure I was safe to get home. They were incredibly nice and generous with their time, and I sincerely appreciate their help. Highly recommend.

Raul and Ray have always done good work for me, back on Biscayne Blvd and these days on 123rd st. I ve had many things done through the years, I ve always been able to find cheaper prices but I made North Miami Tire and Auto my goto place for my car needs just because I want it done right, perfect, the first time. I have been using this service for over a year. I have referred several customers including my kids. Today I drove all the way from Hollywood to find out what is wrong what my car. They wanted to charge me $40 just to give me a price. And just like that they lost my business and the businesses to all I have referred than I drove to the corner BP gas station and found Eddy the most amazing nice guy and in 5 minutes told me what was wrong and how much it would costSo this losers today trying to hurt me for 40 box in reality lost a big deal of money instead! But if they knew it they probably would be something else not mechanics I guess....

Do not, I repeat do not go here! These guys are trying their best to scam you of your hard earned money with no type of remorse. I came in to get an oil change, new wiper blades, and to change my front and back breaks which nearly cost me almost 500 dollars. Only two days go by and I notice my NEW breaks start to make noise. I went back to the shop and they tried to sell new rotors(Mines were brand new cause I got the car 4 months prior) and they also tried selling me new brakes which was suppose to come up to almost 1,000 dollars. I new my rotors were good so I said no. 1 month later my oil started burning up (I did not ride my car for not even 500 miles and my car never had that burnt smell). Also the wiper blade they gave me was not even good. I went to another mechanic who charged me everything that they did for 250 dollars.

We have used the same mechanic for more than 15 years, they moved to this place a few years back and we are still happy with the service. Definitely a good place to go if you need help with your vehicle and an honest estimate.

The shop charged me right at $300 for parts I could have purchased at local parts stores for $60. They also charged me $75 for 4 bolts, yes, 4 bolts, which were not put on my vehicle. The owner sounds so genuine, but I'm gonna assume he has a history as a car salesman. Very disappointed to say the least I can, and as kindly as I can.

I am so Thankful for North Miami Beach Tire And Auto And their exemplary customer service. I pulled in early one morning with a huge nail in my tire and they pulled it and plugged it for me.Had me back in the road in NO TIME! Staff was courteous and did their best to help! I would definitely recommend their services.

At first looked like I have found decent place to do tire jobs on my cars and motorcycle. Last experience was that I was way over charged for mounting tires and bringing pure quality like they don't care so much about customer service. Not recommended and never coming back !!!

This people order an engine for a Audi A8 thinking it would be the same as Audi S4, couldn t ask me if it fits, I would let them know That is complete different . Made me pull it out from my car just to check it. Totally a waist of my time

2nd time I went in to ask to have a tire repaired and both times they were too busy to do it. Today I went in a hour before they close and the guy tells me he wants to go home so he won't do it. I'll take my money elsewhere...
