Calvin and the team at this certified Mercedes shop do a very good work! They explained in details what my Benz needed and were very honest about all the repairs. They sent me parts pricing and hours needed for each task for me to approve, repairs were done very good and fast. Car drives like brand new now.Thank you guys!

OUTSTANDING experience! Jose and Calvin go above and beyond. I recently moved to Miami and had no reliable mechanic. It is my experience that the dealership is not trustworthy. I have a 2017 Mercedes GLC 43 AMG. Jose and Calvin addressed the issue with my car and did so quickly and fairly. My suspension compressor had failed and needed to be replaced. I m beyond impressed and will continue to bring my cars to them. I highly recommend Mercedes Services! This is what car service should be. Thank you!

MercedesServices was great. The staff was very professional and the shop is very neat and clean . I drive an Audi A3 the car was having 2 1/2 years of repeated problems with the oil light sensor. Audi of North Miami could not fix the problem. However , the staff at MercedesServices diagnosis the repaired the problem within 24 hours of drop off and my car is driving great.Thank you MercedesServices , I look forward to a continued car maintenance relationship with your company.

I had a fantastic experience at this car shop! The service I received for my VW Tiguan's brakes was top-notch. The prices were great, and the customer service was truly exceptional. I went in for an air conditioning issue that I was having. The service was very cordial in both languages (English and Spanish) they explained what was need to be done in order to fix my issue and had the car ready for me to pick up the next day. I will keep using them in the future despite the fact that they are not close to south beach.Service: Auto A/C replacement

Had it towed there because they told me they were "Specialists " joke more like thieves. A light came on the dash & put my car in limp mode so I couldn't drive it. 1st time said ignition coils so fixed that then a week later same thing! Said catalytic converters (2) fixed that! Then weeks laterthey said battery fixed that. Then days kater same problem, they said ECU!! Problem not fixed happend again! Car only had 70,000 miles well kept. After $6000 or moe dollars they just want their money $$$$ The "Specialists " afters wasting my money and time from work and family they couldn't diagnose the problem on my Mercedes !! Mercedes fixed it 1st try. Saddd save your money and spend a $100 more 1 time! Trying to save $ cost me thousands!

Took my 2019 s 560 for a B service. George, the owner was very pleasant and reassuring and with decades of knowledge to back it up. He certainly took care of me and sprinkle In a little extra. Additionally, I saved a few hundred dollars and he called me to make sure all was well with my car. My car has found a new home with these guys. They are legit and I can tell they prioritize customer satisfaction and have a passion for what they do.

I just bought a 1980 450 SL , I was not sure what my new fabulous car needed, so I brought her to Calvin and Jorge.They gave her a full diagnostic test and went over everything she needed. I felt reassured because they both have owned this vintage car themselves. They were very careful and thorough and I felt like their work was professional and their pricing was very fair, which is important because I imagine that I will have a long relationship with them as they will be my go to mechanic for my vintage beauty . I thought I will save money by going to an external Mercedes Certified satellite instead of a dealer . I Was wrong my oil change paymen was not such of a difference if I would have do it in a dealer. Upon arrival I waited 30 min to be attended I was not even greeted while waiting. They did told me about a tire that need it to be change. However they did not put air on the tire. I think I will go to the dealer next time.

Alternator replacement best service in town. This is my first buy in a few years (I leased for the last 10 years until recently, that I bought a used BMW) and when the car broke down I honestly panicked. I was very lucky to find Mercedes Service European Auto World. These guys are fantastic! I brought in my '05 BMW Z4 for some oil leak issues, and they were able to give me a clear diagnosis for everything. They also caught a transmission cooler hose leak that would've turned into a disaster if I didn't come in in time, as well as bad serpentine belts.They charge a fair rate for fantastic work ($100/hr labor), they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and they took care of my issues in no time at all (took 2 days for 15+ hours of work!). Also, they offered me a 1 year/12,000 mile warranty on their repairs.They were also incredibly helpful, informed, professional, and were able to give me a valid reason for every repair they needed to perform. These guys are good, honest, hard-working mechanics and I would wholeheartedly recommend their services to anybody.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Oil change

Highly recommend Calvin and his Mercedes Service team! We needed a repair as we just moved to Miami. Calvin took care of our problem quicker than expected, it was not an easy job cause the trunk of our BMW X3 was very locked, but at the end it was perfectly fixed and without charging us the extra time. Calvin explained everything along the way and was quick and easy to communicate. I couldn't have been more impressed with their professionalism, work, and customer service. I needed brakes for my car, I googled and call several repair shops, read reviews etc. Most of the shops were closing in 30 minutes when I called, and each day would be the same based on my schedule. I called Miami Mercedes Services in North Miami and spoke with Calvin, he said he would wait for me to get an estimate. He was professional and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the fact that they had only Mercedes pictures in the office and Mercedes cars in the yard; I felt comfortable that my car would be in the hands of an expert. I dropped my car off the next morning, the prices were very reasonable, later that day, I received a call advising me that I was missing 2 lug nuts and I needed to replaced them; which I was aware of but had forgotten to request it with service. To me; this was great service, and I was pleased that the service specialist was detailed oriented and cared about my car s performance and looks. My front and back breaks were replaced fully and got 1 year warranty, my car stops on command just like the day I bought it. Thanks guys! This is my shop now!

I am new to the area and used to having my 2018 Mercedes Benz AMG GLE 43 serviced at my Mercedes Benz dealer in my hometown. I am also a woman, skeptical of shops that may take advantage of women. I was apprehensive all around. I took my car in for brake replacement. I knew that the pads were slightly worn per my MB dealer service assistant. Interestingly enough they called and advised I needed rotors as well. I called my hometown MB service assistant, shared the quote, and they confirmed that the quote was reasonable and appropriate for my car. I also contacted the MB dealer of Miami, inquired about the cost for replacement of brakes AND rotors. They quoted $3500 for brakes and rotors all around. They confirmed that when brakes are replaced, the rotors MUST be replaced also. My hometown MB service assistant confirmed that because my car has the performance package it is the MB standard. So the $2200 quote received by Mercedes Services provided was appropriate AND considerably less than the dealers quote. I approved the work on my car. Still with skepticism. Then I received a call after the brakes and rotors were replaced; they found a seized caliper that required an actuator as well.... for an additional $1100. I considered completing that work at a later time, they shared the risks, and I mentioned if this could be covered under my extended warranty. They called, waited for the insurance company, and confirmed it was covered. Marcus and Calvin were amazing throughout this process, and my skepticism. I will definitely take my car here again. I will continue to offer reviews as they work and care for my baby. I appreciate their integrity and their level of standards when maintaining my car " Riena Del Sol".Service: Brake service & repair

Excellent service and price! I Spoke with one of the workers named Jorge over the phone first because I needed brake work done. Jorge was very professional and pointed out all the specific charges. He even asked me for my vin number so he can be exact with the parts for my BMW. When I finally took my car the owner Calvin was equally as professional and sincere with pricing and even gave me some good tips on maintaining my car. I was even more impressed that both Jorge and the owner reassured me that the parts they use will be genuine BMW parts and not some aftermarket parts. I was given a specific written estimate and all the work was thoroughly explained to me before signing to have the work done. The work was done in a timely manner. I am very satisfied. Stop by and meet Bengie the cat!!!!

I went to them to make a few necessary repairs and they also diagnosed the need to replace my intake Manifold for a 2007 ML350. Expecting to get excellent service at a better hourly rate, I actually had to pay over $300 more than the dealership retail. Because they were already working on my other issues, I went ahead and approved the work, but I am not going back. Their service level was nothing special, just average. Competitive and fair rates are more important than service level, so I'll go back to the dealership. The dealership will keep my truck purring like a kitten without the outrageous markup. They never admitted that despite the prices we both got from other dealerships, his was not competitive. Back and forth with fake concern for all of the money that I wasted.
