I had a great experience at this Goodyear store when I scheduled an oil change on line. Allan, the store manager, took great care of me. My car was ready at the time he promised and he gave me some tips and pointers to keep it running smoothly. I will return for sure.

From the moment I walked in, it was evident that customer satisfaction was their top priority.A big shout out to my 2 new favorite service advisors ,Jason & Daniel at Goodyear are true professionals who go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience and I came in for simple oil change and these 2 gentlemen won me and my family over for future services whether it s tires or other needs etc .They were knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely concerned about addressing my automotive needs. They took the time to explain everything clearly, providing me with options and recommendations, and never pressured me into unnecessary services.What stood out to me was their transparency and honesty. They provided a detailed breakdown of the costs, and there were no surprises when it came time to settle the bill. This level of trustworthiness is something I truly appreciate in an automotive service center.The quality of the work performed on my vehicle was top-notch. Allan and Jorge are amazing!!! I came in with a flat tire and no appointment and they were able to accommodate and help me out. I appreciate all they did for me! I will definitely go back if needed and tell my family and friends to go to them.

Wow. What an awesome place. It is hard to find decent, honest, trust worthy car repair places and this Goodyear is all that and more. I called and spoke to Allen when I noticed my BMW had a nail in the tire. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I stopped by and he was able to fix it and even expedite my repair. I was in and out in no time. I defenitely recommend this Goodyear and their great staff if anyone ever needs car repair . Thanks for taking care of me

What an Amazing place! Alan was super attentive, patient, and honest. He explained everything with such care and ease, making sure we understood in detail. These are rare qualities to find in an auto service shop or anywhere...period! Thank you Alan for everything! Worse service, they are lazy, they said was unable to fix my car because was 1Pm, but the website offer appt options until 4Pm, why they offer appt available if they cannot assist you? They do whatever they can do to kick you out and don t work, they wanted to charges me $250k ONLY TO CHECK MY CAR!! The website offer FREE INSPECTION. Don t take your car there! It deserve ZERO STARS!!

I had a really great experience at Goodyear in North Miami. I came in very frazzled as I was on the way to meetings and had a flat tire, come to find out I had driven over a nail. I was nervous I was going to have to wait for a long time and the manager Allan took care of me right away and his team worked on my car so I was able to drive out of there in less than a hour with a patch on the tire. I hate dealing with anything car related because I always feel like I get hustled and this was not the case.

Angel helped me out to get a tire patched. I had a very small issue (the cap was left off the center of my tire that got patched), but when I called and talked to Allen he was very helpful and resolved the problem. Everyone I encountered had a good attitude and was really helpful. I appreciate that a lot. If I need tire work done in the future I ll definitely come back. It s a bit more expensive then a few of the mom and pop shops close by, but well worth it for the customer service offered. Thanks everyone

Beware they scam using goodyear brand name .worst customer service ever .First as soon as the garage opened i was there .Oil change denied .than i requesed tyre air check that also denied and excuse was tyre air checking gauge is broken . this is second bad experience at this place .First experience was they tried to scam me buy selling me a brand named edge instead of good year and i caught them but sad thing is i called my brother cause he bought fresh tyres for his Toyota camry from them and i was shocked they did it to my brother already .scam is everyone comes to this shop to buy goodyear tyres cause it is offical shop .What they do instead is sell you a brand named edge and without telling you than if you ask question after reading name on recipt they will try to convince you by telling it is also goodyear sister company .My brother have toyota camry they charged him money for goodyear tyres but put tyres of brand named kelly and series edge he is simple person he did not knew i found what they did atleast 4 months late and cause my brother signed so we cant challange cause we did not check at the time what they sold us .goodyear tyre have clear name branding on them they will try to force on you to buy another brand named "Kelly edge" saying it is goodyear it is not beware you are warned "edge" is not goodyear .Double check on receipt before signing edge branding is there do not buy .

Excellent service! I brought my car for a slow leak. They identified a nail, made the repairs and evened out the pressure in all tires. It took about 30 minutes to do the repairs. When I asked how much, I was told no charge! I couldn t believe it. The next time I need tires I ll will definitely purchase from good year. And they were nice too! Highly recommend

Hands down the BEST place to get your car repaired. I have been going for almost 10 years, have taken all of my cars, my family members and even some of my friends. The store manager Allen is the most experienced and customer service driven individual. He would always guide you in the best direction for your repair. Customer service is great and the techs are very professional. Highly recommended, don't go anywhere else. Go see Allen and his team!!!

It was my 1st time visiting a Goodyear store and WOW! I m a little intimidated by those type of establishment, for the simply fact I m not knowledgeable in cars at all. But the staff of the store at 12850 W Dixie Hwy definitely took it above and beyond, but one person who shined above all was Rogelio Wallace.I worked in retail for 20 yrs, from the middle end to high end stores and trust me when I tell you, he s phenomenal. He was informative, personal, professional, approachable and went that extra mile helping me find a body shop to fix my car (been looking for a body shop for about a month)- he pulled out his phone and made it happen- my car is getting fix next week. He made me feel at east during the entire experience, and that s the key word, EXPERIENCE, something you don t expect to have when you go to get an oil exchange. That s my new spot to take my 2021 SUV for any issue.Thanks Rogelio- we need more people like you.

Allan the store manager was amazing. He explained everything in detail. Didn t feel like I was being overcharged. Took the car in and he was able to order the part needed the same day. I was able to have the car all fixed by 3pm.Will always take my car to this location. A+

The manager / staff were very helpful. Attentive to my concerns & worked with me to figure out the best solution to my automotive problem. He took the time to ask about other possible needs as well. I will definitely be coming back

The whole staff was very friendly and professional! It was a great experience and it was my first time going and using them. They were fast, flexible, understanding. Really appreciate the communication and work ethic of the staff and especially grateful to Allan, the Store Manager at the West Dixie location. It was a crazy day and they were understaffed yet he took the time to make sure I understood everything. Car drives really well! Love my new tires thus far!

Have nothing but love for the workers here. I called and they answered all my questions with no hesitation. I arrived and they told me an estimated time it would be until they could service my car and even held my spot while I grabbed a bite to eat. Specifically Allan makes this location shine!! Get him a raise! Can turn any bad car day to a good time. Will be coming back soon!

Angel & Allan in the North Miami store on West Dixie Highway are great. I appreciate Angel s honesty & both went out of their way to help me despite being busy. They are both professional which is hard to find these days. They are an asset to your company.

I am reading the reviews some gd few bad. I decided call because it states they do Electrical work on hold 2 x red flag. Explain to person he right away says the best place to go is Hallandale Electrical. I said do u not do that kind of job? Yes $125 for testing but if it's more then a hr its addn $125 per hr really I said. But i know u all not paying that mechanic $125 hr. HWY robber I said hv a nice day Theze people money don't grow on trees.

ROGELIO WALLACE the assistant manager is amazing. Thank you so much for everything. I live a long way from home and getting stuff done on my car stresses me out. He honestly made me feel like his daughter and took care of absolutely everything. Can t wait to go back and see him! Just ask for him ROGELIO!

This place is amazing. Very professional. Being a woman, you expect to be taken advantage of higher prices when you go to places like this, but NO. Allen explained to me exactly what was the issue with my tire and got me the best price ever. Its been about 7 years since I stepped into this place and met Allen, He is very professional and the costumer service its A.M.A.Z.I.N.G.! Allen dont ever leave this location! You are great!

Just wanted to say I ve never been to any auto shop and had the experience I had today. Angel Bruno is the man. I was on a super tight schedule and he went out of his way to work on my car himself. Thank you Goodyear for having such an amazing human being on your staff.

Clean and organized facilities, and very knowledgeable personnel that immediately identified the problem of my 1991 Mercedes Benz s vibration, and solved it quickly and to my satisfaction. I was personally attended by the store manager, a great and amicable person. Definitely will recommend this shop.

I came in for new tires and an alignment, the guy in the front helped me compare two types of tires I was interested in, and also helped me understand all options I have as for road hazards and alignment. They are very patient and answered all my questions and concerns I had. I came here to get a new water pump and oil change a couple months back and I continue to receive great customer service. The reason I continue to return is because of the great job they did with installing the new water pump during the summer, since then, my car been driving great without a clacking sound.
