Never come to this place this guy Roberto overprice me for parts that he never install in my car. Also broke the electrical wires of my mustang I have pictures to prove it. Never repair the damage and with some chemical damage the console of my car. The transmisi�n never work well again. So please stay away from Roberto and this auto shop !

Trust and honesty is a must in auto repair and I love that Robert not only provides both, but also integrity too. Either he can repair your car or tell you it not his specialty. He truly wants to help and it involves combining great service with great care. He even values your time not wasting time with up sale repairs but cutting to the chase and getting you back on the road. If the tagline wasn't already taken I would tell him to use, if you need your car repaired, "CALL ROBERT!!" He is the gold standard of car repair. Thank you RobertService: Auto brake repair

The worst customer service. I rented a budget 12 ft truck from Monrovia California and drove it cross country to drop it off at this budget location. Not once did I create any damage to the truck. All damages were previously noted damages that shows in the invoice. The owner was yelling at my telling me this car is not driveable when it was out of my hands, that was the car that was given to me. Even after showing the receipt with the damages he continued to raise his voice at me and the employee at the budget in Monrovia ca. he was very disrespectful, unprofessional and had very bad anger issues to a point I felt unsafe.

They are honest and know how to fix cars well. But the main owner is no longer there and the original staff. One man works tbere now and he barely has time to fix all the cars. My car was there 1 week and he did not have time to look at it. I have used them for over 30 years but now things are differnt. Hope he hores more staff soon.

Had an issue with my Toyota and thought I needed some serious work. Robert was the one who I got in touch with and I m so glad I did. I was able to get top notch service and had my coil fixed up and I didn t have to pay the dealership price. This place is very fair priced and VERY honest. I saved so much money and I will come back if I have ANY car issues. This place is amazing. Thank you again!!

I've been knowing Robert for over 30 years. He is the most honest and dependable mechanic in the city. His son is one of the main mechanics and is very knowledgeable.

The mechanics are great and it s almost a great sense of guarantee that you will NOT get ripped off by them. Definitely recommend friends and family.

*NEVER* book a Budget truck rental through this location.They did not contact me to inform me that my reservation was not available. The reservation specifically says that they are supposed to contact you 24-48 hours prior to your reservation. They never did.This is particularly frustrating because I even called them! I called them 5 days prior to my pick up date and they told me to call back on the day before. I called in the morning the day before I was supposed to start my cross country move and was told they were "still waiting for my truck" and I should call back before they closed at 5pm. This implied that they fully expected a truck, which was just a blatant lie. When I called back in the afternoon they simply said they didn't have anything and that I needed to contact customer service. At this point it was too late to find an alternative because practically all the other truck sites closed at 5pm and I couldn't check availability. I am so frustrated that they did not communicate effectively, not to mention how rude and apathetic the man on the phone was. It was because of them that I was stuck booking another rental truck the morning of my move which cost me almost $800 more. Which I now have to dispute with Budget. Such a nightmare!

We have an E250 cargo van for business, it was hit by a sedan and the right front tire was damaged, the steering axle was broken. we had no choice but to call and ask for tow service. The guy who towed our car recommended this car shop to us. As an Asian and female, I've been through lots of unreasonable price gauging because they thought I knew nothing. But G P Auto, I can't believe that they only spent 1 hour to fix and replace the new part, the cost was only $145 including parts and labor before tax!!! This is amazing!!! And I own another Mini Cooper which I spent $100 on oil change on average, they only charge me $84. This is amazing!!

I love this place. Real "Old School" mechanics, real business. No back and fourth or trying to haggle prices or add in extra repairs. Feels like I was working on the car myself with my dad. - Family owned and operated for 20yrs!Good to know places like this still exist.

Honest mechanics. Straight forward and no playing around. Quality work I was very happy. My whole family and all of our friends come here for work. I drive from Broward County to get my work done here.

My mom has been coming here since I was 8 and now I'm 33 and my daughters 8 and dont know any other mechanic better then Robert!! Integrity and honesty is what you get at GP.. Hands down the best!

This is where DOLPHIN TOWING is operating out of. This is completely FRAUD & THEFT. They tow cars that are legally parked & have a SKETCHY window for you to come get them back from.The RED DODGE CHARGER is our car parked as we shopped in Marshall's. We came out & this blue car was parked in our spot & our car had been STOLEN by this towing company. They charged us $210 to get it back & they were pulling into the parking lot to hook up more cars & randomly tow them. The lost insane situation I've ever encountered.Be aware!!! This time, I'll take this as far as the prosecuting attorney will go! #stopthiefs

Good and honest mechanic. I have been their customer for many years and they have done a very good job.
