So we took my car to this location on Wednesday in the morning , my boyfriend got a call with int the hour saying that , there was " some issue " with the diagnostic and they were looking into it .Later that evening , since we didn't get a call back , we went up to the shop around 4 pm . They still needed more time and had no answers for us. I checked with my boyfriend around noon on Thursday , still no call so at 3 pm we went to the shop . We immediately notice , MY CAR WAS NOT AT THE SHOP . We never got a call saying , they had to move our car .This poses a number of issues for me . We brought our car here in a unknown state for you to "figure out what's wrong " with the car. 1.How do you know driving the car further ,didn't cause further damage? 2.What were y'all going to do if the person driving our car (without our permission, might I add ) got into a car accident? 3.What makes you think that because you have two locations its OK to transfer my car with out checking with me first?? Then you want to argue that because its the same owner its all the same ? We had ZERO knowledge of this other shop!!!Then we say OK , so just bring us our car , NOW please ONLY to make us wait more than a HOUR to bring us our car ,only to tell us to go get it ourselves when we ask why is it taking so long ? when we never even took our car to THAT location in the first place?? its just ridiculous!!!And then to tell me after two days oh " its the transmission , you should just get rid of the car" but when I look at the diagnostic sheet it says the Engine Control Module, which is the cars computer. This entire scenario makes no sense . And then to tell me , I wont charge you for the service , You damn right you are not gonna charge me !The customer service here is Trash !!! I don't understand in ANY of the circumstances ANY of this is OK ! I was left Frustrated and confused and I'm very worried that them driving my car further caused more damage , Its different if they towed it to that shop but no they DROVE it . SMH

They denied warranty on my alternator two weeks after it got replaced. After presenting my receipt, the manager excused was that the alternator was replaced after he had left the garage for the day.
