FYI!!! They won't take responsibility if they damage your rim(s).I took in my Audi a few times, I'm at my second set of tires with Costco. I guess I got lucky so far, apparently it's not a matter of If...but When, they'll damage something.This time, while shopping, I decided to drop the car for a slow leaking tire, Costco will fix a leaking tire under warranty. So they only did work on this one tire/rim.When it came out, it had visible damage and scratches, that weren't there before.I understand mistakes can be made, or a technician can have a bad day. However, when brought to their attention, they completely denied it. They had me open a damage claim, which I did.Their claims are handled by a third party. They also said that the damage doesn't seem consistent with Costco's operating procedure, over the phone (not on writing), and we never heard back ever since.We provided proof (photos of damage, and their work order that doesn't state any damage was there previous to them handling the wheel), we sent emails and made calls....literally no one will answer in any way.So all the savings that we got from buying tires at Costco, went down the drain on replacing a rim they damaged.If you have a car that you care about, do not take it to Costco for tires. Do a Google search on how they handle this type of situation.

I came in at 10:20 for a 10:30 AM appointment, they have a line for the appointments only but everyone is on that line, even if you have an appointment you have to wait at least 45 mins to an WHOLE HOUR just to make it to the desk because they make tire sales at the appointment only line so be prepared to have the slowest service very disappointed in Costco after today.

They won't take responsibility for damages to your vehicle/wheels. We provided proof of damage, however, they completely denied it. Also, their claims department is useless, won't answer phone calls or emails. We are stuck with the damage.Please do your homework before buying tires from Costco.

They will not take responsibility for damaged rims.Do your research on how they handle damage claims.If you have a vehicle that you care about, do not get your tires from Costco.I'm extremely disappointed with their attitude.

Horrible place. A year after getting our tires, they are worn out and are garbage. They weren t properly balanced, they don t do alignments so it was done elsewhere. You get what you pay for. Please stay away from this place!

Very nice and knowledgeable staff. The place reminds me of a formula 1 pit stop all is handled very coordinated and super tidy which is rare for regular tire shops in miami. Prices are great and service as well. Nitrogen conversion is another great offer and free refills. Strongly recommend !

Very nice and very helpful folks - they helped add air to my tire when I needed it and weren't try to scam me when I needed to replace one of my tires. Overall really great service at pretty great prices because its Costco.

I came in and needed a tire plugged. Even though there was a long wait, they helped me with my tire by making sure the problem was a leak and checked all of my tires. Then, when I waited, they said my job was easy and quick so they made my wait half the time they originally estimated! It was greatly appreciated and they were very friendly and accommodating.

Can't say enough about the great service and prices---these guys are awesome! But do yourself a favor and make an appointment; otherwise, you will be waiting for a long, long time (probably because they are so good at what they do and because the prices are so low, EVERYBODY goes there but it's still worth it. They take very good care of you, and they don't work on commission, and don't accept tips; I tried!) :-)

We love shopping at Costco, but their tire center needs an adjustment . We have been shopping and buying tires from this Costco center since the day it opened, in fact, I was personally at the grand opening party North Miami. Our biggest complaints surround our family minivan and the never-ending Costco policy changes. Issues range from over-tightening lug-nuts, lost hubcaps, and an over torqued spare tire rack, tires wearing out way below the warranty, and patching flat tires. But of course, none it they claim was their problem, but ours. And the last straw that broke the camel s back was when they blamed it on my wife.First off, the lug-nuts were over torqued. Upon getting a flat, and changing out the spare, we discovered the lug-nuts wouldn t turn. Upon this I had to get a � inch breaker bar 20 inches and use a five foot pipe, and to my surprise, the breaker bar broke. Since I had been an auto mechanic in my previous life, I knew they had at least double-torqued the lug-nuts. Note that this was not due to rusty threads because I had put Never-Seize on all the studs. So for this, I had to confront the manager, and of course, he denied everything, saying it was impossible to over torque anything our policy.On another issue, they had tightened down the tire rack all the way to the ends of the thread with the impact gun that it had broken off. And they had a wire holding it up. So when I approached them about this, they said it wasn t their fault.So like any good citizen would do, I wrote a letter to Costco hoping that the guy hiding in the office would sort this out, but he chickened out, and said that I would have to talk with the manager, who would deny it and doesn t ever want to help out the customer. It s amazing how they are always quoting there company policy , that s never in writing and ever-changing.Flats are always fun, because you know what their policy is going to be when you bring the tire in. The last one threw me for a loop when they told me they couldn t patch the tire because it was within two inches of the side-wall. Not on the side wall, not on the corner, but two inches on the flat portion of the tread that meets the road.Sorry ran out of space see next post:

Horrible. We went in and purchased four tires with the whole installation included and when we picked up the car they then tell us that alignment is not included and that they recommend we get it, but they don't do alignment and we would need to go elsewhere. Alignment in a tire service is standard, not offering such service is as if they would not offer filling the tire with air. They should clearly state that they don't align so customers can choose to go elsewhere instead of saying they offer a complete tire installation service when they don't. This is misleading and as I see it intentionally. I expected better from COSTCO.

Absolutely incompotent, do not let them touch your car. Triple check everything they do. Took my car to have tires inflated with nitrogen. First dummy checks the door to see what psi is required, clearly says 44 front 47 rear. Second dummy fills my tires, 40front/48rear psi, while hot. So really they were 37/45....costco wan tour me a new set of tires? $1600.00, or next time hand me the hose and ill do it properly. Bozos.

Now we ve owned our family minivan since it was new, we have had a number of wheel alignments and no accidents and around the first 25,000 miles, and we needed new tires, so we had the Michelin pilot tires put on. Costco is the only company that has put tires on our van, and we have always put the Michelin tires put on our van. But, the issue is that we have had 10 tires on our van but it has only gone 115,000 miles if you do the math, that s 11,000 miles per tire, but we have the warranty on these tires which is around 85,000 miles, so how can this be?When we ask for a warranty, they always make an excuse up, and they don t want to help the customer because it s convenient for them, and they don t have to do the paperwork, so it s easier to sell them a new tire instead. Policy, Policy, Policy, they like to quote when it s in their favor, but the last straw was when my wife took in our new second car to have our tires replaced. The one tire was flat, and we had the spare on. The second tire we needed to be replaced had a big slash in it, and the tread was separating, and we had painted the word bad on it, with big, bright letters B-A-D. Well, I dropped off my wife to pay and she drove the car home, and later that day I went to use my car and couldn t believe my eyes with what I saw, that they had left the bad tire on and moved it to the front of all places, and replaced a good tire. So here we go again . I called the manager, and they said they did what my wife told them to do, so I went to see the manager, (he wasn t there) and they had the same song and dance, saying this is what your wife said to do .I want to ask everybody reading this post, is this Costco s policy, to give back to the customer a tire that has a big slash in it, the tread separating and being ready to practically blow up? The surprising answer I got? Yes, this is in our policy (Note that this bad tire was on the back, and they moved it to the front, so there is no way possible that they could have missed it.) Most all the guys working there are good, hard working individuals, but among the management staff there is an arrogance of disproportionate that they can do no wrong. And this arrogance has been with ALL the managers that have come and gone there. So I can only suppose that the guy hiding behind the curtain that sets the tone.

The people working there are nice but I question the quality of work sometimes. I will probably continue to go to Costco for tires bc I like my Michelin ones, the prices and warranty are great, and it's relatively close to my office...but depending on who actually does the job there are varying results. The last time they patched a hole for me, they either didn't balance the tire at all or they didn't do it properly (but they did overinflate one tire >+5 psi)...So lots of wobble at freeway speeds. Wasting two hours of my life at another Costco right now to see if they can do better.

I took my car in because I needed two new tires. When I left the car there Brad told me they will call me when it is done. After 2.5 hours I still have not heard from them so I went in to check what is going on and turns out the tires have been changed they just simply did not call me. Find it extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Very poor customer service.

THE WORSE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I always go to Costco for my tires but I go to the Costco in Pembroke Pines and NEVER HAD AN ISSUE. This week I noticed a nail in my tire and since I work in North Miami I decided to go to this Costco Tire center. I asked how long it would take to patch my tire and the guy said it's about a 2 hour wait, I asked him if I can leave my car because I have to get back to work and if they would call me when my car was ready, he said yes. I left my car and took an uber back to my job. Around 2pm I realized I still haven't heard from them and I decided to call to check up my on car. The guy who picked up said "OH, your car been ready", I expressed how I didn't get a call and he said "Oh, I'm sorry but your car is ready". At 5pm (The time I get off of work) I got another uber to head to Costco to pick up my "fixed" tire. They handed my car keys and told me the car was fixed. I drive all the way back home in Broward relying my tire was patched. The next morning I noticed the air tire light went off , I went to the nearest gas station and that's where I noticed THEY NEVER PATCHED MY TIRE!! THE NAIL WAS STILL IN MY TIRE. THEY STRAIGHT UP LIED TO ME THAT THEY FIXED MY TIRE WHEN THEY DIDN'T. I am also upset at myself for not checking my tire to see if it was actually fixed but this isn't my first rodeo with Costco Tire Center and I have NEVER had an issue to double check their work. They lied about fixing my tire when they didn't, it's sad that they have people like this working for them. I don't recommend this location.

Bought four Bridgestone Turanza Quiettrack last Friday. Amazing tire. Costco gave me an amazing price. On top of a very aggressive price, I got their coupon and free install package and easy saved $200 compared to the closest competitor. The installation was very professional (I stood outside the service bay and watched every step. The install folks were extremely flexible and helpful. Even changed an extra rim that was scratched (for the spare - I paid, of course) even though they were backed up. This tire is in high demand but when I went to my nearest Costco they located the tire at another local store and made the appointment for me, so they would not sell their last four tires before I got there. The only reason I did NOT give them five stars is that the attendant who sold me the tires that had been saved for me at the second store was outright hostile and refused to even let me see the total he was charging me before I signed the order. I stood my ground and he turned the screen so I could see the total. His attitude changed constantly from customer to customer. Bipolar customer experience.

Great job and excellent service. Had one tire ordered and installed the next day. The wait time for installation was under an hour. I would recommend them any day.

The tires were rotated correctly, I assume. But when I took possession of the car when the work was finished, there was greasy finger prints on the (white leather) door pull. Luckily I had leather cleaner at home and etc.

Damaged my rim. Told me to get estimate. Take time to get an estimate . Bring estimate back. Estimate to expensive for them. Are you kidding me . Waste of time. Now will need to get a lawyer

It has a good service. You need Costco membership to receive the service. They sell tires and give you tire's lifetime guarantee with a purchase.
