The experience that I ve had at this business has been nothing but professional, realistic, reliable, and a pleasure. I had my doubts originally as my wife reached out them to get some work done and recommended Luan after service to her vehicle. After the few visits at this location Luan and Moises have been hard-working and respectful. Thank you for such awesome service gentleman. Need to return here here after year! #FiveStars

Overall great experience. I replaced all four rotors and break pads on my car . Luan (owner) was very helpful and reasonable with price set forth. I then had a minor non mechanical issue with my son s car and he was able to fix it on the spot and saved me a ton of money and headache. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good reliable mechanic.

I am very pleased with the service Luan provided. For me it was a 2 for since he was knowledgeable with VW s and I was so relieved. The outcome was excellent! The repair was quick and the service was as if they are your next door neighbors! Highly recommend! Thanks guys!

I m writing to review to say thank you to Luan snd his son for being such a life saver.just a few moments ago, my car broke down while I was right across the street from his shop. At first I was a bit disappointed my car broke down and the only auto shop nearby is brakes & Auto Specialist and already closed for the day but thanks to Luan who was just bout to leave with his son, he decided to stay late and assisted me with parking the car by his shop and offered to complete a diagnosis for me does thing tomorrow morning. Super grateful for his help. Once again, thank you

I recently had a terrible experience, and I feel compelled to share my story to prevent others from falling victim to their unprofessionalism and incompetence.My car suddenly stops driving, and upon taking it to him, he diagnosed the issue as a faulty transmission and charged me over $3000. The problem persisted even after the transmission replacement; my car would stall after driving for a short period.I finally took it to a different mechanic. To my relief, they identified a minor issue that was causing the repeated breakdowns. The fix was straightforward and cost me less than $400 BUT NOW I M STUCK WITH THE FAULTY TRANSMISSION HE PLACED IN MY CAR and lost over $3400.To add insult to injury, when I disputed half of the charges with my credit card company, hoping for some accountability and fairness, he responded with a blatant attempt to deceive. He submitted fake receipts to the bank; receipts I had never even been given.IT S ABUNDANTLY CLEAR THAT HE IS NOTHING MORE THAN A SCAMMER.

I used to hate every time I had to go to a car shop, before going to Brake. I ve never experienced such incredible service and customer care. Specially as a woman, it s really hard to trust this kind of service. But Luan put all his effort to explain to me what was wrong with my car. He and Moises took me to the fixing area and showed everything that was wrong and how they would fix it. Despite of the complexity, the service was done really fast. Luan also offered me the best price in the market, making sure I d get the best pieces for a better price. Also, he followed up to make sure the car was working well and I was happy with the service. So glad to know I found a place that I can trust with my eyes closed. I ll definitely come back

This is a great place to get RIPPED off! Luan is a FRAUD! SCAMMER!!! Beware!!!!!Luan didn't address anything.. He kept talking over me and gaslighting me! You are a Scammer!Just go straight to the negative reviews and see how many people he conned.. This place has a lot of complaints with Consumer Affairs.. Beware!BEWARE of this place.. They charge you for things that they lie about replacing.. I got ripped off twice..Beware of the fake reviews below that mention Luans name.. He has you do a review before you leave and tells you what to say.. It made me uncomfortable..Read all of his negative reviews.. This shop has a history of charging you for things they never replaced!

Great help from Luan. I had a last minute issue with the gas tank door not opening, Luan came outside of the office and met me outside offering his help right away. He was able to determine the issue went on to explain to me what it was and how to get it fixed easily. Definitely appreciate his help and would recommend this service 100%

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. The new owner has ruined this shop.I brought my car for a routine oil change. I always bring my own oil and filter. The mechanic did not put the undercarriage cover on properly.The cover was dragging on the ground because they didn't screw it back properly. I came back to the shop on Monday, they rigged it so that it held up temporarily. A few days later it was dragging on the ground again. I called, they told me that they would fix it. I came this morning. They said that all they can do is put the broken part back on. They had no interest in solving the problem that their mechanic caused. I will be taking them to small claims court. Don't trust your car with these people, they couldn't do a simple oil change

Recently came in for transmission work/ oil change. I brought my mustang to Luan multiple times, And I m happy to say that the quality of work is fantastic. Prices are fair and reasonable. My car needed the entire engine gasket replaced which came with lots of parts. We dropped the car off to him with our own pieces and was told my car would be ready the next day. Literally like two hours later Luan called us that out car was ready. The car is running beatifully. I highly highly recommend if you want your car running back in no time. Price is reasonable and the job was done in a fast and efficient manner. Luan was very professional and speaks both English and Spanish.

Living in Miami you have to know someone who knows someone to do the job correctly and efficiently. I was blessed to be referred to Luan. He s an honest man with good intentions. Before getting the service done he would show me why the services needed to be complete. Educating me in what I needed. I came to him with problems of my vehicle and just passed on info from what other mechanics have told me. I thought I needed new parts for everything because it was what was told. Luan being an honest man, he gave a walk down to what was actually needed and showed me why I needed the services. I m blessed to have my car serviced with him. My car feels amazing. I feel safer to be on the road again. He just found another guest for life.
