I recently took my Audi A3 in for a technical issue and had a very pleasant experience. In particular, I want to commend service agent Juan Carlos for his outstanding professionalism who kept me posted of my car's progress throughout the day. The service area is ample and comfortable with seats, desks (if you have work to do), TVs, and coffee station and cold water bottles while you wait. Don't miss the outstanding Pynch Cafe upstairs with delicious empadadas and lunch bowls.Dr. J. G.

I bought my first car here, and have been using their service center for all my needs. Giovanni is a great rep and I always feel like I m in good hands when I express any concern. If you re wondering why 80% of Audis in SoFl have an Audi North Miami plate frame, visit and you will see why.

I went in last week because my car notified me my tire was losing pressure, they didn t want to take it back because it looked okay and said I could have taken it to a gas station to pump it up my self, but I insisted they check it anyways. They brought it back out and said it was fine, so they reset the tire pressure notification and I left. Apparently It was a slow leak/ small puncture and I noticed it getting flatter so I go all the way back to have it patched. After waiting over 2 hours they tell me they see where it s punctured but they re having technical difficulties and can t even patch the tire. So I wasted 2 days and a lot of time dealing with this service center. Lesson learned the hard way.

As a curvier woman, I went to the dealership to explore some new cars. Upon entering, I noticed a salesman casually leaning against a car, engrossed in his TikTok videos on his phone. He glanced at me briefly but didn't bother to greet me or ask if he could be of assistance. It made me feel ignored and unimportant.As I sat inside a car I was interested in, I observed the salesman's behavior when two other women, both with slimmer figures, one even wearing a crop top, entered the dealership. I couldn't help but notice that his attitude completely changed. He quickly pocketed his phone, and suddenly, he seemed enthusiastic to help these women, giving them his full attention.Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling upset and undervalued. As a result, I decided to leave the dealership without further engaging with the salesperson. While some might consider it petty, I believe that such differential treatment based on appearance is unacceptable, and it influences my decision not to do business with this particular dealership.Every customer deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of their size or appearance. It's essential for businesses to promote inclusivity and ensure that all customers receive the same level of attention and assistance. Discrimination or bias of any kind should not be tolerated in a professional environment, and it's crucial for the dealership to address and rectify such behavior to create a welcoming and fair atmosphere for everyone.

Seamless service. I've went to Audi North Miami for a while because I lived closer.. Sometimes their is a waiting list for a month for a rental. Moved closer to Pembroke Pines & was able to get a loaner the next day.They diagnosed & fixed the evaporater issue w/ my B9 S4 within a day.10/10 will be back.

"The great part was dropping off and picking up the car; it was quick, and I got a great loaner for the entire week. The downside was that it took one week to perform the maintenance and recalls. It's understandable that it takes time, but I never received any updates or expectations about the timeframe. Even after calling my adviser, Luis Pagani, three times on different days, he never returned my calls. In comparison, BMW's maintenance service is free for the first 50K miles, it takes a couple of hours, and they even wash your car!"

We brought in our 8 month old Q7 for service and the rudeness we experienced from a gentleman name Alberto Reyes was unbelievably unpleasant. Our rear sensor was loose and was hoping the mechanic can take a look, we live in the Keys which is about 4 hours drive from this service center. Right away this gentleman talked to us like we re hard of understanding to his intelligence lol. He repeatedly told us how it s not a defect without even giving our vehicle a glance. And as if the gaslighting wasn t bad enough he was extremely passive aggressive as he throws out phrases such as I ve worked with Audi for 11 YEARS , and I m working with a skeleton crew on Saturdays and I m already doing you a favor by having them look at it for you! . Sorry sir I wasn t aware that have you do your job was a favor to us, the customers. Hey everyone has off days and I hope your day gets better Mr Alberto Reyes.

Diana the service center manager. Was terrible. Very rude and very unprofessional . She refused to provide service to me. She told me I had to repair my car door in order to receive service. She seemed very annoyed and aggravated to help me . If I have to fix my car door . She could ve been more polite about the situation. She didn t even offer any help on finding a body shop no help whatsoever. She was happy talking to a Spanish she was helping before me . But when she saw she had to help me .. her whole demeanor changes. That seem very racist , it made me very uncomfortable..She s very unwelcoming. Crazy things is I m a loyal customer to the Audi of north Miami. I only bring my car there to get service. I literally spent over 10k out of my pocket. On repair and maintenance just to get treated like a homeless dog . Diana if you don t like giving good customer service to all customers who walk thru the door . Then you shouldn t be working for Audi of north Miami. You make the company look really bad honestly. Kerlym thank you . You are always professional and friendly keep up the good work Kerlym

Great service. Really appreciated Gino helping me with everything from the Warranty to a loaner while my car was getting serviced. Everyone in the service department was really nice and efficient. My car was returned to me in awesome condition. I would definitely recommend coming here for your service needs.

I went to that store to buy a car. I had a high expectation related to the customer service and as well as to the courtesy sales persons. It was a big dissapoiment! After waiting for 3 hours the process to get the car; they told me, I will call you later the system is down has been there all day...(they never called me back)..I was not aware that in order to treat you with respect you have to buy a new car.I realized that Audi North Miami is not for the average people. By the way, I went to another car dealership with much better customer service and bought a car...Happy End in Another Place!

Cristina and David were amazing but someone there damaged my seat and the manager doesn't want to take responsibility for their own actions. They are claiming that the car was like that and won't fix it under any circumstances. Now they want to profit from the damage... Service manager is a disgrace.

This was one of the worst experiences we have ever had in any luxury car dealer. My wife was discriminated against because she is a woman... when I showed up, things got different. Do not go to this dealer, service is horrific and if it is a car for your daughter, sister or mother, they will be discriminated against, I have been driving luxury cars for the most of my adult life, never have I came across such "pigs".

When you purchase a high-end vehicle, you expect high level service and your time to be somewhat respected. Suffice it to say that I am currently at the BMW dealership trading in my Audi Q5 and will never own an Audi again.
