I have never seen anyone more genuinely committed to Customer satisfaction than this individual named Lou at this auto parts store. And as I waited for him to install the windshield in my car, I witness him do this two more times with other customers. He needs a promotion.

I was helped by Lew today 04/17, I was given a battery back in August last year and it stoped working on me. He switched it out for me, set it up good for me, cleaned the area and put protectant. He did the test and re assured me. Also gave me some good info. We wanted to tip him but he didn t wanna accept any tips. A very awesome man, this is my first car and i get stressed with little issues, he helped me feel ok. Thank you so much Lew!!!

"Awful experience at this auto parts store. The manager, a short Latino man with glasses, was incredibly disrespectful and unhelpful. Not only was he rude, but he also seemed disinterested in assisting customers. I would advise avoiding this place if you value decent customer service."

The manager at your store #09416 is not very bright, he argues with his customers. I guess he is not smart enough to understand that he is there to cultivate his customers. Maybe he should be told where his paycheck comes from.

Terrible costumer service! ARTHUR was giving me attitude speaking in Spanish saying macho you re complicated rolling his eyes didn t want to help when I asked to check my battery because my car wasn t starting. I had warranty was trying to kick me out and get me to take out the battery when I had no equipment and never had done it before. He seemed very miserable and irritated with life definitely not suitable for a GM role he said he was for 3 years. I have a 2012 mustang and the car is a bit old started saying I had an old car with an attitude. If you hate your job find another one I just needed help to see what was wrong with my battery before going to work. What a terrible experience!

Shout out to female empowerment right here! Karen is the GM of this Advanced Auto Parts and Gen is one rockin' customer service rep! They insisted they help me replace my cabin and a/c filters instead of getting it done and paying $$$$ everywhere else! Replaced my washer fluid too! Amazing! Women running the world! Thank you guys so much!The "DEETS" (Details) Gen greeted me with a smile and immediately asked how she could help me today. She was very knowledgeable about my car and even offered to teach me how to replace my cabin and a/c filters! She introduced me to her GM, Karen, who also helped in the process of getting my car in tip top shape! I ended up buying more than I set out to buy, however, because I felt that they were so genuine. They took the time to go the extra mile to provide stellar customer service, in an industry dominated by men! I felt the company deserved my money because they empower women like Gen and Karen to excel, and be the role models they so clearly represent, to females all over the world!Also, since this review, I came back today to pick up another seat cover for my mom, since she absolutely loved it! I got the opportunity to talk to Ernesto the man who hired Gen and Karen, he shared that he has no problem rewarding employees who excel and show leadership no matter what gender! I say BRAVO & big thanks for Ron & Gen in his assisting with my purchase for my mom! GREAT TEAM!

First I'd like to start with the positive.... The store itself was clean and stocked very nicely. The young gentleman that was helping another couple was nice and helpful to them. Now for the negative..... The young lady that attended to us had a really nasty attitude. (The I hate this job and don't want to be here approach). Not only that but the language was extremely unprofessional. I hope management sees this post and maybe have another round of training in customer service. Or better yet, replace her with someone who will at least appreciate the position.Ps. It was there around 7:30 pm today.

These employees took for ever to just charge me for something I found by myself and brought to the cashier. Really badly run just not professional attitude from the workers there.. management needs to train them better.

This place was nice but a little to pricey for me. The staff was very nice and greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. I was looking for a battery and they showed me all they had to offer. They offered to put it in for me as well for free. But like I said the batteries were too much there. Not the employees fault. So I declined. But he followed me out to my car anyway just incase I needed a jump start. I thought that was pretty nice. Great staff. Clean store. Very helpful. To pricey!!

Don t waste your time on this store, 20 waiting to have some employee show up so I can buy something, only heard laughs and loud talking in the phone at the back. Best store if you d like to shoplift that s for sure!!

Great service from this location. I was having issues with my Jeep and the manager on duty along with the store associate Cece went the extra mile to assist me. They were very accommodating. They saved me time and money. Thank you!

6 months ago I had a bad experience at this location and the one by 79th Street. Again 5 months ago. Again 4 months ago. To be fair, the manager did reach out to me and I tried back once, but I didn't connect back with him and got busy and moved on with them out of my life. Whether or not I connected with the manager, my complaint should have stood on its own but at the time I vowed to never go again. I did have a good experience at the in Stuart and in Bartow. Well I had to go back because my battery has 1 year left in the warranty. two weeks ago. The staff person was friendly and helpful. There is always one helpful person at each of these two locations, but you only then him 1 in 20 visits. He tested the battery, said it looked ok, but needed a full charge, come back in 45 minutes. Of course 45 minutes later I got Mr unhelpful. Shoved the battery to me after taking it off the charger. I asked him to test it again and he said the other guy already did. I said how it was just charged. He had a hard time comprehending what I was saying, then said he couldn't test it then, that "free stuff has to wait". He didn't know it was still under warranty, as far as he knew if it tested bad it was not a free service I would buy a new battery. But, he just wanted to hit on the girl in line behind me. Well the car started twice off the charge then not again. Towed it to my mechanic. Battery completely dead. unredeemable. DOA. Must be replaced. Paid my mechanic for a new battery with a warranty still on it. Way worth it to never visit Advance Auto Parts Miami again. Luckily North Miami getting a Bennett. Clearly multiple and consistent experiences with horrible customer service are not a priority. I went recently to locations in Bartow and Stuart, what enjoyable, helpful experiences.

Went there yesterday 11/8, waited for ten minutes, seemed like no one wants to help you or ask what you need when you re standing at the counter, so I left. I called today to see if you had what I was looking for- fairly common part- I was told they don t have it and neither does the warehouse, and abruptly hung up, won t go back or use this location again.

I called in to ask if they would be able to help me change a battery on a specific vehicle and model. The lady that picked up would not check their system to give me an answer and told me to just come to the store. When I asked again if it was possible to check the phone because I did not want to take the car there unnecessarily she hung up on me. I called back in to ask why she hung up on me and put me on hold indefinitely. This store has very poor customer service. This was 2/10 12:45pm.

Lousy customer service.Stopped to buy some windshield wipers. Upon entering, no one approached me to ask if I needed anything no problem, I helped myself. When I got to the register to pay, the cashier tells me that she doesn't know how to charge that??? What??? I say can't you ask someone? He gives me an awful look and yells at one of his co workers who replies that he's busy now. Three employees two on the phone and one who doesn't know why she's sitting there. Very disappointing

The store was running on a Sunday with only two employees. One of them was the manager. The staff member was over worked with a huge line of customers yet the manager was obsessed with changing the price stickers despite the huge line of customers waiting. The manager literally told us (the customers) that it was more important to change price tags than serving us. I find this so troubling and frustrating. There were people with the need to change their batteries and he was numb on the request.

This Auto Zone Was Great , The Staff Very Knowledgeable, And Very Helpful!! We First went to Auto Zone on 59 Ne 79th Street and the employee told us they don't let you use the code machine . It was for SALE ONLY !! We told her that Auto Zone on Google it said they do. She said you can buy one but we don't let people use them. What A Lie!! GUESS SHE DIDNT WANT TO WORK. BUT THAT REFLECTS ON THE STORE WHO HIRED SOMEONE THATS NOT INTERESTED IN WORKING .WHAT A SHAME. WE WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN !! I PERFER A GOOD STORE WITH GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The young lady gennie has an amazing vast experience of cars other then recommending the exact part I needed she also explained too me how to instal it. .this is the most highest form of ocustomer service I've ever received.

Excellent service. I came there for a Battery replacement, but the car was on the other side of the fence. An employee came with me and stayed all the time until the problem was solved. By the rules of the Company, she can't helped; because the car wasn't on the parking lot.However, she allows me to fix the problem and carried the new battery. I did all the the job; but she found the adjustable solution to my specific problem. For that reason, even if it is a bit far, I would be willing to buy there, or in another near store of this franchise ... just because of the good attention I received and the help available to customers. Please, it would be good to congratulate that employee for the willingness and help the clients with difficult problems. She identified as Chanita. Thank you.

Price is right, but service is lacking. I placed an online order for windshield wipers. I came here because they supposedly install them for you, however this particular location gave me excuses not to.
