This afternoon Sandra took great care of me. She ordered my new 2016 Volkswagen GTI A/C compressor and it arrived in less than 30 minutes. I totally recommend R & Y A/C Compressors.

I am thoroughly impressed with R & Y, both their products and service. I ordered a compressor and it came in great condition in a timely manner. More impressively, I made a mistake and did not have the correct wiring harness I needed for install. I contacted R & Y customer services looking for some help finding the wiring I needed. Instead they immediately knew what I needed, found it in their shop and shipped it to me at no charge. That kind of customer service is rare today and truly appreciated! Best part is, it worked flawlessly and my wife has AC again. Thank you R & Y.

Ordered AC kit (compressor, condenser, expansion valve) shipping was very fast! Unfortunately I had a faulty compressor in the kit. I reached out and they responded very quickly and shipped me another compressor and again fast shipping! Great customer service would recommend and will continue to order from them.

I will review your product, however it has not arrived yet. It was supposed to be here last Sunday. I don t think the problem is with you but rather with shipping. I am told that it made it to Orlando but no further. Frustrating.

Part was delivered very quickly in excellent packaging. Part slightly different than the Infinity OEM taken off, but did fit, and is now working well. Highly recommend R&Y!

I want to say thanks for your speedy service and the quality of the parts. This is the first time I've had the pleasure of using R &Y but will not be the last. Great customer service and extremely fast shipping. Placed an order and with in 2 days half of it showed up. I contacted customer service to find where the rest of the order was and by the next morning I was given tracking information for the rest of the order and it showed up when expected with no damage at all! Highly recommend doing business here.

I was not familiar with R&Y, but they listed the a/c clutch that I needed for my Subaru. I placed my order and received my order almost immediately! High quality part allowed me to make the repair myself and save HUGE money. I will not hesitate to order from them in the future:)

Great service. One thing the expansion valve wasn't the right one and the pressure switch threads in condenser were stripped. Had to use old condenser and buy new pressure switch. Also buy new expansion valve in local store.

The pulley bearings on my 23 y/o civic were shot along with the coil being deteriorated. Purchased this new clutch kit from R&Y. Really nice kit seems high quality and everything fit perfectly with no issues. Once I got it all back together ac is working like brand new. Thanks!

Ordered a compressor from R&Y back in July and since I live up north used it for a few months and then did not need it through the winter. It s now march and the weather has started to warm up enough to use the ac in the car and it doesn t work. Clutch is coming out of the middle of the compressor. Called to see about getting it replaced and was told it was a reman and only carried 6 months. I feel that this is ridiculous for it to be used for a few months then no longer works and I have to pay another service bill to have another one put on so soon. Shame on you and your company. Sent two other people here which they also purchased compressors from you I will never recommend your business to anyone else.

The AC unit works great. Mine only needed a new bearing but just replaced the whole thing. Shop wanted $620 to fix my issue i did it for $130 . Thank you !! 2013 acura tsx 2.4l

The kit itself, purchased for a 2010 Honda Fit, is of good quality and fit the existing compressor. However, the kit did NOT include the C-clips as pictured and I had to source one to complete the installation. This was very inconvenient as it's difficult to remove the existing clips without damaging them--and I had to demolish the larger of the 2 during removal.

I ordered the remanufactured AC compressor for my 2003 Civic Hybrid and it came in 4 days and was a perfect fit. The only thing you should know is that you have to transfer over your connector to the AC compressor. This is where there was a problem. The remanufactured part AC compressor I removed was a 3 wire connector and the one they sent me had 2 of the wires just cut at a temperature sensor and then an electrical butt connector on the clutch power wire. I just connected the power wire for the AC clutch but have not charged the system yet.Fit was perfect though exact fit for my car. Just need to watch the electrical connectors as they may need to be transferred from the old compressor to the remanufactured one you order from them.

Worst company with bad customer service. They provided me with an AC compressor that had a leak and they send me a new one. The part did not fit. When I called to follow up they informed me that there s nothing they can do.

Needed a A/C compressor for my older vehicle which had seized up. Had a question so called and quickly explained the difference in the two compressors I was looking at so I was able to order the correct one which fit my need (compressor only or compressor system).Online system was easy to use and simple to order the part and was shipped out quickly and arrived on time and without issue.Installed and working great.
