When other places failed, Prestige was the only shop willing and able to resolve my issue with the lock on my tire. The price was fair and the car was clean when I picked it up. The level of service here is unmatched. Thank you Laz and team. Highly recommend.

Amazing experience!!! Brought my M4 for an oil change and it was done quick. Since I contacted them for a quote, professionalism and great customer service was accomplished. I picked up my car 3 hours later and it was washed very well without being requested. Highly recommended!

Prestige put together a great inspection report for my recently purchased used Volvo. They were clear about cost of parts and labor and easy to communicate with. The work needed to be done was completed efficiently and effectively. I will be returning in the future for service and maintenance.

Honest and fair shop,very communicative. They went to bat for me getting my third party warranty repairs agreed and approved. Once approved they completed the work in a timely fashion using oem parts. I will bring my car back for service, they do better quality work than a dealer for a fraction of the price. I ve had my Audi Q7 serviced twice and also repaired at Prestige Auto Tech, and I couldn't be happier with their service. They are incredibly efficient, and their pricing is transparent and fair (unlike Audi of North Miami). I highly recommend them for anyone seeking quality car service. A great team that deserves recognition for their excellent work!

Excellent service providers! If there was a 10 out of 5, I would give them a 10. Laz and Cesar were very helpful with appointments, explanation of repairs as well as dealing with my extended warranty company. I would highly recommend Prestige to anyone!!!

Had my car done in less than 1h, complimentary car wash, all at a quarter of the dealership price. Amazing customer service, Laz it's very knowledgeable and fair, I will definitely recommend this location and be back for future service needs. Thank you! Complimentary Air Refresh, just awsome

Prestige troubleshoots and repairs vehicles with time efficiency and class. If you need work done to your vehicle don t hesitate. They installed transmission mounts and a flex disc guibo on my vehicle in one day. These guys are experts and very inexpensive.Overall one of the best shops in the tri county area.

**CONSUMERS BEWARE**A few days ago, I dropped off my Maserati at this location for a simple diagnostic and evaluation of a faulty light sensor/indicator for $200. The drop-off of my car marked the beginning of a complete nightmare.When I picked up my car several hours later, it was delivered with a noticeable scratch on the front hood AND severe throttling indicative of some form of engine damage, issues that didn t exist previously. The workers not only refused to admit fault and rectify the damage, but attempted to charge me an additional $1,600 to fix what THEY had broken 2x the amount of what my dealership is currently charging me to fix the problem they created.These people are dishonest, incompetent, and unqualified for handling luxury car repairs. If you value your car, time, and money, then consider this your notice of warning to go elsewhere, to real professionals with integrity that actually know what they re doing.

Asked for an oil change and service on my Mercedes . I asked them to check(service) the vehicle as well if further repairs were needed. And give me a call. When I picked up the car the dashboard was lit up with problems that should have been addressed via service. No call regarding additional repairs needed while in their possession. Oil change $240. I guess if I spent 1K I would have received better service.

STARTING FROM THE INITIAL TELEPHONE CONVERSATION , ALL THE WAY THROUGH TO THE COMPLETION OF THE SERVICE; EVERY TECHNICIAN FROM THE FRONT DESK TO THE GARAGE IS AN ABSOLUTE CLASS ACT OF PROFESSIONALISM. I RECOMMEND PRESTIGE AUTO TECH TO ANYONE WHO S A STICKLER FOR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERTISE. I MUST ADD THAT THE TOTAL COST OF THE SERVICE WAS AN ADDED BONUS!! I RECEIVED A COURTESY PRESTIGE TOTE BAG AND THERMOS UPON PAYMENT!! IVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO ROYALLY AT AN AUTO REPAIR SHOP. YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING!!!

Extremely expensive! I had worked all night so I didn t want to drive to Hollywood where my regular mechanic would charge me $285 to replace the battery. This shop charged me $590! This is more than double which I thought was ridiculous.

I recently brought my Audi A4 to Prestige Auto Tech for an oil change service, and once again, I was impressed by their professionalism and exceptional customer service. Not only did they perform the necessary maintenance, but they also went above and beyond by addressing a minor issue from my previous visit as a courtesy. I take great pleasure in recommending the Team at Prestige Auto Tech. to anyone who may be in need of professional, straightforward auto repairs diagnostic & repairs. My dealings were mostly with Laz, but everyone at this establishment was friendly, courteous & professional, from the way in which they answered the phone to the in person interaction. This service was such a welcome change and I appreciate the help and advice about my BMW 525I. The diagnostic was very detailed and even I could understand it No one made promises they couldn't keep and now I know exactly where to go for repair of my vehicles. The floors, walls, furniture are spotless. How do they keep everything so clean? I had a great experience with Prestige Auto Tech and would highly recommend them. Customer service was outstanding and the repairs where done quickly and everyone was super professional, especially Laz! I did not feel used or "bamboozled" as a female customer. Establishment was super clean and practically new. It is surrounded by restaurants and local business so I enjoyed walking around while I waited for my car :) I will definitely return for any future repairs but the car felt better then when I even bought it! Thanks again :)

I went to Prestige Auto Tech to have the oil changed in my car.I was really surprised to find such a clean waiting area ( including the restroom). I was told it would take 2 hours and that s exactly how long it took.The manager was very nice and polite.It was over all a very nice experience.Do I recomend them? YES!!Service: Oil change
