I spoke with Gino about getting a tire replaced under my tire warranty program. He said to send him over everything he needed so I sent him photos of tires and all the warranty paper work and he decided he would just not respond. I called and texted him over the course of the day but he ignored it all. If you do not want work then you should just tell your potential customers that you are not interested instead of just ignoring them.
