Best Advance Auto Parts I ve been. I been going to this location 10 years plus. Management and staff are top quality. Customer service is excellent. If you come in with a problem they will do their best to help you with their best knowledge, and you interest.

I ordered a condenser online from Advanced Auto Parts and took it to my repair guy to have the old one replaced, as I was having issues with my A/C. However, I was told by my mechanic that this condenser was defective/no good. I then called Customer Service to inquire the steps needed to return this product. I was informed by the representative that, at the store's discretion, I could take it to a store near me as a defective part and have the store issue a refund. However, unfortunately, the store manager refused and provided a weak excuse that they do not have they option to accept the product as defective and issue a refund. I did not want to argue, so instead I went to another nearby Advanced Auto parts and successfully returned the condenser and received my full refund without issue. I understand that perhaps the manager was looking out for the store's profit/loss performance, but it came at the cost of poor customer service. No empathy or willingness to assist. Will not be coming back here.

Mr. Happy, one of the reps, went over and beyond to help with my vehicle issues. Not being knowledgeable with my vehicle info and the needed parts, Mr. Happy was very patient in guiding me to a positive completion of the needed task. He even went outside to verify the vehicle's data in order to get it right. He is an awesome customer service rep.

They sell you car batteries at any time of the day $276... even at 8:50pm when they close at 9pm but they don't want to switch it or install it for you.. they said it has to be at day time for security reasons?? Really?? No even at 6:30 pm?? The next day? I have to work at day time! They don't even have this rule posted anywhere!! Not in the website or any part of the store!! But the $$ they take it at any time.. they don't care if your car is not turning on!! So I have to do it myself too? Or pay to someone else to do it?? So what's the service?? I am single mom!! So I don't know anything about car stuff! Thanks for nothing Advanced Auto Parts!

Bad customer service. There s an old white man very rude. I don t know if he is in charge or he thinks he is. He was telling all others employees who were taking care of customer very good, to stop and take care of others customers. Then my battery still have one more year of warranty and still didn t change it. But the battery isn t not the issue to me. The issue was the customer service this man was giving me.

I was lucky to have Ray. Had been having problems with the parts that don't fit, even when they say it fits your car model and year. This attentive person guide me through to a successful purchase. Top person to person customer service.

Please be smart dont by in adavance. We have a shop for more a 10 year with account and every time when we ask for a warranty ( normal daily for a low quuality ) no have warranty !!! We have a mechanic shop....

Ray who claim to be the store manager is the worst customer service I ve ever seen in my life. I stop by to buy a part I ve been waiting in the line for 30 minutes. I made the purchase and I went on my way. On the drive I open the box and I see that the part is broken (which no problem mistaken happen). When I got back to exchange the item I went straight to Ray who sold me the part 10 minutes ago and he started to shout at me to go back and make the line again. After I made the line AGAIN he snatch the bag off my hand process the refund and send me away in the most brutal way.Horrible experience!!!! Never come back to advance auto parts!!!

I called the store prior to arriving just to verify they sold what I was searching for and to make sure they would still be open. The gentleman that answered the phone, Kel, was pleasant. Once I arrived, I totally blown away by the customer service I received. Kel went above and beyond to ensure the transaction was as smooth as possible. When he saw me walk in through the door, he waved me down and welcome me with the items I was going to purchase already in hand. I did not even have to waste time searching for it or making a decision, instead just walked over to the register to pay. Amazing experience. Would definitely recommend to visit this location if you ever need anything.

I ordered ahead i was ignored service is terrible employees are rude. I just walked out I plan to do a return. Will never shop Advance again. Whole point of ordering ahead is to get in get out.I returned to this store today 4/24/21 my pick up order that I had ordered 1 hour earlier was not ready. Ray store manager told me sometimes when they are not bizzy they get online orders ready ahead of time. There was 1 customer when I arrived with 4 employees this place is a joke. Now I have to watch another man walk 12 feet away & grab my Armour all. THIS PLACE SUCKS.....

Very poor customer service. I went to buy a light bulb and they refused to provide any information or suggestion about how to install. Manager told meto go to the close garage. I asked for refund. He accepted refund rather of giving a simple advice. Auto part in Miami Beach works much better.

Called and spoke to Ray about a battery jump box and told him I would get an Uber to come pick it up. When I got to the store, Ray knowing I planned to use it right away had plugged it in to be sure it was fully charged! What a great guy providing an excellent customer experience!

After left my battery charging for a 5 hours they told me my used battery was deadI pick it up and went back home and connected it with battery cables.And it works well !!They realized it was replaced one year ago trough code bar and tried scam meNO MORE !!!

I bought a battery two days ago for 212$, at the end my car is now in shop repair due to an over amperage. I tried to explain my case for a refund but it s was no!! They told me now YOUR battery is used so it s no refundable!! Horrible experience . And now a big bills for the repairs

Horrible.....I went for the a car diagnostic and the guy I asked for help was very rude and acting like going to the parking lot bother him. He even told me to plug the scanner cable in, and when I told him I had no idea where I to plug that in , he in a very rude and sarcastic way say, I don't know either i am not a mechanic. The guy was super rude....I think his name was Alex but not totally sure. I ended telling him not to worry about it and going to another store located in 163st and 6 avenue and the experience was very pleasant for exactly the same service.

Wil was extremely helpful and kind! My dad bought a car battery for my Toyota Corolla earlier in the day from this same location but the previous sales rep that assisted him was hesitant to install it as the old battery was severely corroded. I went back later in the day and explained the situation to Wil who was more than willing to assist me in installing the new battery. He made sure to really explain each step of the process to me. He's very knowledgeable and hardworking, and his customer service is 10/10. Can't thank him enough!!

I had a bad battery for my ford explorer and was lucky to find Ray who has great knowledge and helped me get the right battery and the right tools for the installation . I was able to install the new battery and new termimals in no time thanks Ray and this great location . I would definitely be back for any automotive needs and would recommend this place to family and friends. Thanks again.!
