Place sucks, have a 2022 Honda CRV and after the oil change all of my lights on the dash were on, everyone dummied up when I told them the problem, one guy says take it next door and have them put it on a scanner, so I did, he comes back and says it s it s my Computer system that runs the car and does my car still have a warranty so I can take it back to the dealer? Lol the most unprofessional uneducated place I ve ever been too.

I would like to give a proper 5 star review for Grease monkey in North Fort Myers. I went there on Sunday morning and was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The employee came out of the office, asked me what services I would like and did not try to upsell me or convinced me to buy anything that I did not need or want. I am regularly used to paying anywhere from $60 to $75 for an oil change and when I received the bill for the oil change it was $47. I was so surprised and happy with the service that I immediately went home and got an oil change on my other car, and that bill was only $37. I would dare anyone to let me know of another place that I can get a full service oil change for under $50. FYI, unlike other places in Cape Coral every employee I dealt with spoke proper English.

staff is courteous and fast, work is dependable. they remember your vehicle, and things that need to be done. satisfaction is a guarantee. been going there for the last ten years with no problems. highly recommended

I wish I could give zero stars but I think 1 is minimum.I m writing to let you know how frustrating it is to leave work, drive 5 miles each way and upon parking in your lane be told, we don t want your business.Twice I have been told I was too late even though I arrived prior to closing time.I understand that you had enough cars in the lane that it may have had you work past 5pm, well then list that for your hours, not a set time.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Put it out there online, we will close when we deiced to, based on how many cars need service.I was sure to arrive today by 4:45PM as the last time I was turned away, I parked in lane at that time. At that time I was told that if I don t arrive by 5:45 I will not get served. This time I Arrived at 4:37PM, as it is hard to get there any sooner with how far I have to travel after work.I find your level of customer service lacking and I will take my business elsewhere. I also plan to post about your poor service.Yes, upset, I am. You would be too if you drove expecting a company to honor their time commitments and then be told, sorry we don t want to service you.Fool me once, shame on me, fool me twice ..You have proven to be the fools. My cars and my money will go elsewhere. Feel free to assume a jerk wrote this but no it was written by someone who wanted to vent and let you know you will miss out on 8 oil changes per year for the rest of my life.Don't go to this location and if all locations have this policy, well one day it may bite you, in the butt, if you go they are too busy to help!SignedStupid Mad in a Genesis

Great service. Needed a special order oil filter for my Land Rover LR2, they had it delivered and performed my oil change.Quick and easy! Always a pleasure!!!

Honest place I watched the technician replace my oil drain plug that was stripped he also took the magnet out of my transmission filter housing and cleaned the metal shavings off and stuck it back in I would highly recommend

Door says open until 5 pm website says 5 pm yet here it is 440 and I'm told their closed but doors are open guys standing around but I'm told there closed......great way to do business

Grease monkey on Cleveland avenue is the only place me and my husband get our vehicles service at, also the gentleman at your Auto body store next door is fantastic, totally professional as well as Grease monkey where you get the oil changed. I can't say enough, my oil change cost me around $109 yes it's a little pricey but I put the best oil in my little Toyota Scion. My glorified golf cart loves all of the workers there and she purrs every time I pull up into the drive. LOL fantastic people plus you also get a free oil change every five stamps on your card which is a wonderful added bonus I am coming up to my second free oil change that's 10 oil changes that I've had done. If you want quality work, and superb customer service which is important because money spends anywhere Grease monkey is the place to take your vehicle to for an oil change and next door my husband is having new brake pads drums and The works done on his truck. The gentleman that helped him said if the drums are not needed I will not charge you for them and put them on he said I'm not going to charge you for something that is unnecessary. Granted a business can get more money by tacking on more charges however if the customer is unhappy and feels that they were taken advantage of they will not come back and one unhappy customer it takes 10 ecstatic elated customers to make up for that one bad customer. That shows you how important honesty and customer service really is in the automotive industry. I love you guys and so does our vehicles God bless all of you. I left disappointed. I will never go back. I went in to get a oil change and to get a engine flush. The lady after register show me what they use for the engine flush I stood there watching them the whole time. They got rid of the old oil They put in some other sturn the car on for 5 minutes. Turn it off and said it was done. They was supposed to flush that and put fresh oil in. I did not see any of that. They did not do it flush. I went back to the lady and asked her and she said they did. And I knew they didn't but I was not gonna Stay there and argue I will never go to this place again
