Douglas did an amazing job at getting my daughter in her very first purchase of a vehicle. He was very professional, caring and patient. He made her and I both feel secure in the decision of purchasing this Nissan Altima! Not only would I recommend Douglas, but the whole team at Country Club Motors as they refused to give up on her dreams of owning her first car on her own!

Honestly I wasn't ready to buy any vehicle at all. I wasn't even prepared to buy one. Doug convinced me 100 percent that time is of the essence, He reminded me that one little but huge detail in life Essence ! Integrity, Honesty. Doug was the best sales man I ve ever encountered as long as I ve been driving. He is honest, kept it real with me unlike these other car salesman that just try to get your money. He l test drove multiple cars until I found the BEST one for ME not what he wanted me to get. He is an awesome person and makes you feel like family and will work with you until you leave with what YOU want you pay. I highly recommend coming to see him.

Showed up to get an oil change and nobody had time to greet me or help me . I just left. If that s how they are going to treat me how will they treat my car ? Wish this business was never sold.

This is an amazing dealership that I highly recommend, I was able to speak with one of the salesman Douglas and he made my first time car buying experience go smoothly he was able to pull some string to get me approved even with terrible credit couldn t be happier!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I'm beyond mad at this point. I bought a 2014 Mazda cx-9 from this place. I have not had this car in my possession a full 30 days. First it was a timing chain. The day we were told it was fixed come get it.( mind you they kept it over a damn month). As soon as we left the lot the check engine light came on. So take it back. They said oh it's just a loose plug. it will be ok. They did something under the hood and it went off. Soon as we hit the red light it came back on. I called them again. They said it was no big deal that it was ok to drive. I had to leave town why I wanted a car to begin with. Got to Alabama. And it ran hot before it red lines I shut the car off. Had to have it towed. Well come to find out the timing chain wasn't fixed!!! Which I paid 800.00 for it plus warranty supposedly paid some. And guess what yup the head gasket was warped so the coolant was getting into the oil. And now the engine is blown. If the timming chain would of been fixed that would have been noticed. Y'all best be glad I'm still stuck in alafreakingbama.. y'all sorry for taking advantage of a person with a disability when I told y'all I needed a reliable vehicle to get me back and forth to doctor's!!! I missed my appointment at UAB in Birmingham... And ended up in e.r y'all beyond despicable!!! P.s and Dylan still has not returned my phone calls!!!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Brian and his staff. I went there and met Andre who was so patient with me. He answered my many questions and made buying a car such a fun experience. I will always do business with CCM and highly recommend them!

Had a leak in our tire and not from this area. Called, they got us in next day and found a nail in the tire. Patched it, and within an hour we were out and good to go, and cost was very reasonable. Maricella was very friendly and helpful in the process. Thank you!

BEST TIRE SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I lived in Charlotte North Carolina for 10 years and got my car serviced there and could never find a good place where they provided good service , good customer service, honesty, and communication. Came here to Cape Coral about 3 months ago and have been looking for a shop for my Camaro since I got here. Thank goodness my friend recommended this place because it is AMAZING!! I will always bring my car here ! Good prices , great customer service , very communicative . Phill and his team are amazing and the best people I have went to for my car! Thank you so much for the great service on my car and treating me with kindness and honesty. You guys are great !! Highly recommend this shop!

It's been a week since I bought my truck from here, Thomas was an amazing sales man and since I've completely fallen in love with this truck! It's literally perfect for me and I still can't believe how affordable Manny, their financial guy, was able to make it for me. I HIGHLY recommend this place. All their vehicles are very nice and they will do what ever it takes to make it affordable for you.

I had service work done on our 2021 Armada. Excellent communication. Excellent quality. Excellent pricing. Super friendly. Very fast. Very clean. I can go on and on five stars all the way.

BUYER BEWARE! My salesman Steven was a true delight to meet and work with but after they sold me a car that I was able to drive to and from work for 5 of 6 days that I owned it, I had it towed from where it broke down to have it kept for 5 weeks for a hose to have it returned back with blown head gaskets and the owner of the company said it s not his responsibility to help fix it. So I paid $10,000 for a car that now won t run, can t be fixed and will cost me estimated $5,000 when I can find someone to exchange the motor, once they find one. They did not honor their 30-50/50 policy that they advertise for. No integrity here. I ll be filing a lawsuit to recover some of my expenses. They kept the car purposely past the 30 days to avoid responsibility or return. And the $14,500 car I traded them, in perfect condition they made a $5,000 profit off of within 2 days of the trade. They made well over $10,000 off of me and couldn t even honor their own warranty on the car they sold me. I would not recommend them to anyone and will always sure to shed light on their shady business practices so others are not at risk of the same loss. Also check BBB for more complaints like mine.

I would like too say Doug was the best salesman that I ever had too sell me a car. He work and work till I was happy. He made sure I was happy and satisfied of what I was driving. He told the truth about everything if the car was right and or if it wasn't.and the boss (Manny) did everything for me too make sure payments was right and hit my goal

Very hard to find good mechanics. But two time had to take my car and the car was the same. The second time car was in the shop for four day's. Was ally seen because I was getting upset. I wouldn't recommend this location.

Andre and his professional team do great work! I highly recommend their services. My Challenger was having balance issues after purchasing, and his team of mechanics were able to fix the issue at a great and affordable price. The best part is my vehicle is enjoyable to drive again. I will definitely be taking both my vehicles back in the future.

Douglas got me right into a car ,even after I didn't take the first one he still came up with a great deal. Low monthly payments and I've had a repo. They gave me an amazing deal on my trade in, way more then what I was offered by Carmax.

Took my minivan in to have have a safety inspection done. Jeremy was very thorough. After he was done he sat down and went over everything with me. He checked everything from the lights to the brakes and everything in between. Even the seat belts to make sure they all worked properly. I give Jeremy and the rest of the staff 10 stars. Very happy and will be returning with all my future repair needs.

We bought our G6 convertible from them a few years ago and had a good experience. Then we had an issue with the hardtop. Couldn't find anyone that could fix it, then I called them because he told me back then he was going to have shop. All I can say is awesome job at a good price above and beyond our expectations!

This the second vehicle I bought from this dealer and have nothing but great things to say about them. I worked with brain jr. both times and he goes above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with the payments we have and sales quality vehicles at fair prices.I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a nice used vehicle.

What a great experience with these guys ! Especially the salesman Damion! He Was very professional , kind , honest and genuine ! We purchased a 2011 Ford Expedition and it had trouble with the a/c before we bought it we left that morning and came back to pick up the truck and the a/c was blowing ice cold thanks to their full service department ! 10/10 recommend Damion and the guys down at country club motors !

my mom loves her new car !! Doug was her salesman and he helped her a lot and made sure she got in a good car that fits her and where her payments can be . Doug and manny helped helped her so much that she is jumping for joy and this is the very first car she liked . she said they told the truth about and he didn t lie about anything .so i suggest everyone should go country club motors and ask for doug. he tell how it is .
