I had a suspension issue with my Audi, and Charlie along with his wife were absolutely amazing in helping me resolve it. Their expertise and dedication truly stood out, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Highly recommend them for any automotive needs!

Was very disappointed. We called to bring my car in the check to see what was wrong and they never mentioned to me that it would be $50 just to check. They made me fill out forms where none of that was mentioned and when I decided I did not want to do the work right there, they said it s $50. Which is so unprofessional. You should let people know there s a fee to check what s going on with your car because every else an engine light is free to check. I got referred to this place and now will not refer because of poor communication.

I want to say many thanks to Patty and Charlie! I have had some difficulties with a device I had to have installed in my vehicle. They both have helped me thru learning the device and being kind while helping me manage.Also I had some mechanical problems with the vehicle. They were able to get me an appointment (s) in a timely manner and the work that was done was very good.I highly recommend Charlie's Auto Fix for vehicle maintenance and repair.

Honest. Had multiple warning lights on my dash. They did a preliminary scan but said I should come back for a more thorough assessment. Got oil change and all was very quick.

If it could be 0 stars it would be this place is a rip off taking advantage of people in a situation and also terrible work wouldn't let them work on a golf cart and the guy behind the computer is rude hopefully Noone gets ripped by these people .

Husband and wife good couple 2/3THIRD the PRICE OF LABOR AND 1/2 THE PRICE OF PARTS. YOU WON'T BE RIPPED OFF BYE THE DEALER .CAPE CORAL DODGE TRIED TO RIP ME OFF 2 TIMES CHARLIE SAVED ME TWICE AND MANY OTHER SENIORS TELL HIM STEVIE C SENT YOU.

I have been dealing with Lazaro the owner of Douglas Auto Repair for the last 7 years. He has always treated me fairly and gone way above and beyond any other mechanic I have ever used. I won't trust my vehicles to anyone else.If you want a good mechanic that is fair, honest and affordable. You need to see Lazaro and his wife Carmen for the service you remember from the good ole days.

COMPLETE RIP OFFS! THEY ARE THIEVES! STOLE A BMW X3 FROM ME IN PROMISE TO REPAIR MY CAR. JUST A MOM THAT WAS TRYING TO MAKE MY CAR SAFE FOR MY SON AND I, THEY ONLY PUT IN A RADIO ANTENNA, DID NOT FIX MY HANGINGNON WORKING TAILIGHTS, MY SHIFTER, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING THAT WAS NEEDED TO MAKE MY CAR SAFE. THEY EVEN VIDEO RECORDED MY CAR ON THE ROAD DAYS AFTER REPAIR AT A RED LIGHT WITH NO WORKING TAILIGHTS CURSING IN SPANISH. I WILL BE DOING SOMETHING ABOUT THIS, I WILL TAKE IT TO COURT. I DONT WANT ANYONE ELSE TO EVER GET RIPPED OFF BY THIS COMPANY ESPECIALLY IF THEY NEEDED HELP LIKE I DID, NO DECENCY COMPLETE LIARS AND THIEVES - GOT SCREENSHOTS AND VIDEO PROOF

Ripoff and bunch of thieves. The mechanic is ok but who runs the business is/are crook(s). Worked on my car one hour, waited another for parts to be delivered and charged the entire time as labor. Never again
