Excellent service with polite and knowledgeable folks.They took one look at our vehicle and could tell exactly how the fella that hit us did the damage with his truck. We simply asked, what do you think happened here? It was that obvious!All repairs look like new and the paint is perfect. You couldn't ask for better.Highly recommend!

Everything about this experience is 5+ stars! The staff are so knowledgeable, kind and thorough. I got my vehicle back 3 days sooner than expected. It was also the cleanest it s been since I drive it off the showroom floor when I bought it brand new. Location is impeccably clean outside and in. Erikia and Scott are exceptional employees. I will be recommending this location and staff every opportunity possible.

Excellent customer service. I was kept up to date from the moment my car entered the shop until the text letting me know the car was ready to pick up. Staff I dealt with were courteous and professional.

Outstanding!!! My vehicle repair was flawless. From the initial start to final pickup day, I couldn't expect anything more. Erica was great and explained the entire process and walked me through everything. Stephanie the tech was so nice and helpful explaining the repair process. Throughout the repair, I received constant text updates of each step. I only wish other businesses would follow their lead. As far as I'm concerned, there is no other repair shop to be considered, Caliber Collision all the way! BRAVO!!

I am writing this review because I am so grateful to the team at caliber collision, and feel obligated to help others who may find themselves in a similar situation. Long story short I was in a auto accident Where I caused major damage to my brand new ford bronco. I was beyond upset. My insurance suggested caliber collision. Scott, heather and the team at caliber were absolutely fantastic keeping me updated and making the entire process very easy. My Bronco was returned to me in brand new condition I literally am shocked at how good of a job they did. Thank you so so much! This is my first time using Caliber Collision's "non-drive" facility in North Fort Myers, but I have always been happy with the service and quality of work from Caliber Collision in Cape Coral. I am happy to say that my expectations were even exceeded this time. The staff was polite and informative. Repairs were completed way before I had expected. And the quality of work was impeccable.

What a pleasure working with a top notch, very professional shop. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and patient. My questions were answered on the spot and I never felt rushed. My car repair was flawless. My car looked beautiful and everything repaired or replaced was itemized on a computer print out and legible! If I ever need work again, I will only want Caliber Collision to do it!

Some nasty vandals tried to steal my car and pulled the ignition and steering wheel column apart, rendering my vehicle undriveable. Caliber Collision did a fabulous job putting my car back together and returned it to me looking better than ever. I would highly recommend them.

The team at this location went above and beyond for me. They kept me updated with progress, inspected every square inch of my truck and best of all they finished the project weeks ahead of schedule which saved me thousands of dollars in rental car fees. Absolutely love the service I received from this location. Every caliber collision I've been to has been absolutely amazing, wouldn't have my vehicle touched by anybody else. This is my first none drive facility that I've used and I'm absolutely impressed with not just the customer service I received but the care and detail they took to ensure my vehicle was able to get repaired and drivable again. I'm very grateful that my vehicle was one of the lucky ones to be able to come off the lot. Thank you all again

My experience with Caliber Collision was exceptional! Scott and Heather were both professional and amazing. I loved that from beginning to end I was updated and kept in the loop of what was going on without having to call myself. Car was finished when promised and it looks brand new. It was my first time having to use any repair shop and I hope its my last but if not I'll know where to go. Thank you for being great!!
