First i was offered 10 year old tires...as noted by DOT 4 digit code that represents week and year manufactured...a tire over 6 years old is considered unsafe! I can not believe a shop is even able to do this. In the end after being promised tires will be less than 4 years old i still ended up with a 6+ year old tire....buyer beware examine whatever they try to sell you!

Had a screw in my rear tire. I called and they said bring it in. Got there and were not busy as they took me right away at 8am. The young mechanic removed the tire from my Nissan Rogue, found the screw, removed it and plugged and patched the inside. Back on and ready in 10 minutes for less than $25.00. I'm happy and gave a $10.00 tip. Thank youService: General repairs & maintenance

I don t believe the 5 star ratings. Could not balance tires correctly. They do not seem to be hold certifications. Lost lug nuts on one tire. They don t use torque wrenches to ensure your tires are attached to vehicle .

Unbelievable these rude people had us drive all the way here on a low tire to tell us they don't "feel" like working on the 4th. This is truly the worst place of business I ever seen DONT COME HERE

The only reason I m giving them 1 star is because you have to. I give -10 stars! This store is a joke. We pulled in at 4:45pm just for a valve stem replacement, they made my fianc� do the work of taking the tire off himself and putting it on, as well as getting the old valve stem off because they were about to close and then still made us pay full price for the service. Terrible customer service, the worst tire store. And on top of that, they charged double price then every where else. I DO NOT recommend this place AT ALL, and will be letting everyone I know that uses them about this.

Took our vehicle to get a tire. 1 guy quotes us and another takes money. Of course the guy behind the register charges more. They had the car on jack already. He said mounted and balanced. Never balanced it when I said stop and fix this he said no and continued putting tire on. Refused to balance the tire. Really? P.O.S. Never go back. Maybe it was bad service because I dont speak Spanish and he is obviously racist.

Horrible work ethic. They installed a tire on my car and didn't put the air pressure sensor back on. I asked him about it and he said my car doesn't have that option although the low pressure light is on. He reset the light but it came on again. I asked him again and he pretends not to fully understand English... They don't deserve any business at all.

Terrible service at the one in north ft Myers. I was stuck with a blown tire and I called and spoke to the owner. She said bring the truck in and I ll take care of it, knowing aaa was towing me. I get there and the mechanic told me he didn t have a tire for my truck. Waste of time, ended up having to spend $100 to tow it to Pondella

I gave him 1 star just so I can write about my experience with him but he shouldn't even have one star.Very dishonest and completely unprofessional.I took my car there for diagnostics and pay for the service but as I step outside I spoke to my brother and he told me I should just trade my vehicule in for another one so I walked back and told him I was going to trade the vehicule in instead and I didn't want the diagnostic anymore. He refuse to reimburse me for a service he did not provide me with and my truck was still sitting on the parking lot and I was still at his shop.

Just this past Sunday I blew a tire right by this shop. Yes it was a Sunday and yes most places are closed. However people were there regardless. Instead of trying to change my flat in the street i pulled in to the shop area. And started to try using a cheap jack just to lift the.side to change. People came out and looked but didnt say a word. Instead of offering for a quick service where they could have made easy money. Or offering to jack it up for me; they just sat and watched circling their shope that was closed. And putting their vehicles inside garage. (Like im trying to steal their property.) Their "personal touch" and "great services" are not what I would describe this place.

Sold me two recaps for 190.00 installed. Plus 1 leaked. Been over a week, leak was so slow I caught it next day. Know it would be no good to return, they will just try to say it happened 'on my way home.' Will NEVER recommend them.

I had a flat tire on Saturday am went to call them and they were closed u think they'd b open especially on the weekend when u call them it goes straight to voicemail bought two tires almost brand new had them.2 mths they both split paid alot of money on them they r a rip off I will never return

Bought four new tires bought four new tires for 200 one had a screw he didn't fix it wife took it back side effects it and just put air in it and got more money another 40 then they told me to take it elsewhere it's not their problem real arrogant

Got riped for $90 on two tires that. Did not last two weeks.would not. Give credit on new tire.I. would never buy here again.
