First time to white was really impressed.They got right on my truck. I had been to many other garages. They had no experience with the Eco diesel Ram They knew what they were doing. Very professional first class work. got my truck done very quickly. The office called me every day with updates or text me definitely would recommend them.

Most honest and straight forward shop in town! Went in to get a simple tire patch and unfortunately an incompetent big brand shop in Sarasota overtorqued my lug nuts, to the point of shearing off during removal, needing a new wheel.Though none of this was White s fault, they went above and beyond ordering a new wheel, and stood by their original labor quote, even though they had More than double the hours into it. Shawna, Jake, and the techs were extremely communicative and honest with any questions or concerns I had.Hands down best performance/ diesel shop in town and couldn t recommend them highly enough!

Took in my 2016 Ram for a routine oil change, the truck which had only been touched by Whites since purchasing it, and picked it up after hours. Drove it 1.5 miles home and shut it off. The next morning, within 10 miles driving and I get a low oil pressure light. Pulled over and waited 15 minutes and checked the oil to find a dry dipstick. They did have it towed back to the shop, as it would not start with low oil pressure warning. They changed the oil in it again and replaced oil pressure sensor that was said to be bad. 32 miles later it had a main bearing failure, to which I was told had nothing to do with their work. When a friend who is a diesel mechanic for HCFD and I got the oil drained and oil pan pulled off, it had less than 5 quarts of oil in it, in an engine that required 11 and there was the bearing. I will not be returning for any future service.

My wife and I are extremely happy with the work performed on our 2021 Ford F250 last week. Even amongst all the supply chain issues related to Covid-19 manufacturing delays. Jake and Whites diesel did a tremendous job and managed through the long wait, while communicating the entire time and managed expectation. The install was very detailed and well done! We could not be happier with our BDS install and AMP XL power steps, not to mention new wheels and tires. The train horn was just an added benefit! This truck rides smoother than new. Big thanks to you and your team for being extremely thorough and a great install. We wouldnt go anywhere else.

My truck broke down as I was starting my return trip from vacation 1,000 miles away from home. I was able to get it to Jake and was pleasantly surprised to experience his customer service and repair capabilities. Its refreshing to find a shop with the owner still performing the work and doing it well. Jake understood my time constraint and went out of his way to get my truck repaired quickly, but to be 100% sure he fixed the problem completely before he sent me on my way. He explained the issue and repair extensively and answered all of my questions completely. I wished I lived closer so I could bring him more business!

I went to Walmart in port Charlotte to get tires put on they told me they had the tires in stock and set up a date. I got there and they told me they didn t actually and would have to order them and they would be in the next week. This happened to my boyfriend 2 months before hand. So I decided to go somewhere else. White s diesel was able to get the tires in before the estimated delivery date. They got them on quickly too. I was in and out. Friendly and reliable service. Great experience all around! The girl at the front was so sweet and helpful. I would absolutely recommend them!

Said we had "missing parts" along with our high pressure oil pump was bad, 3 bad sensors, needed an oil change and a fuel filter. Well I just had the oil changed Maybe 200 miles before this issue came up so I was a little suspicious when they said it hadn't been done in a long time. I felt like they were trying to sell me services and parts I didn't need. So I took it to a diesel mechanic up in sarasota and it was a $200 fix. And no missing or dry rotted parts. They charged me a $180 to diagnose something that cost $200 to fix. So there either liars, do shady business, or have techs that don't know a 7.3

My husband brought his truck here about a month or two ago to get worked on. They were to re seal the high pressure pump. When we got the truck back it was still leaking oil worse then it was before we brought it it in. He called and they said it was residue dripping. Why they didn t clean it and left it that dirty is beyond me so my husband cleaned it all himself. And yet it is STILL LEAKING. Now a month or so later the truck is having more problems then ever before. It is constantly mis firing. This just started after they pull the truck apart and put it back together. We will never bring another vehicle to them and will never recommend them to anyone unless your want your vehicle having more problems than it started with.

I did not know these guys from Adam, They expedited my tire replacement on my off sets and balanced the tires. 35s on 24s f250 they added the 4 tire censors I needed as well.Truck is running smooth all the way back to Ky.I would recommend them to any super duty owner wanting custom or stock work.

Very respectful, very knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. They are able to explain in detail what will be able to be done to your vehicle, how long it will take, and what can't be done with your vehicle. The parts that were ordered were being installed almost as soon as they arrived at the shop. 10/10 would recommend

Jake White's diesel sevice is top notch and I highly recommend them! He and his staff were tremendous facilitating the necessary repairs on my 7.3. He was very thorough, extremely knowledgeable and didn't hesitate to take the time explaining my different options, not to mention the fact that he is honest! I have over 300K miles on my 7.3 and have experienced quite a few diesel shops, including Ford dealerships. Jake's shop even fixed a body panel under the grill that another diesel shop neglected to do. I'm a customer for life based on the thoroughness and honesty that I experienced with Jake and his crew, not to mention the value! Special thanks to Robert who was the mechanic for my project. A friend of mine recommended White's to me and I'm so glad he did! Extremely happy with the work Jake and his team have done on my truck! This is the second time I have dropped my truck off there, first for a diagnostic on my Suncoast built transmission and second for a total overhaul of its engine.Jake put together a perfect build sheet for what I wanted out of my truck with several options available to tweak its performance and reliability.After all was said and done I left there with a truck that has a total different feel. This ole girl went in there with a walker and she left with her boot scooting shoes on! I would recommend this shop to anybody looking to have a professional honest team work on their vehicle. Bravo to Jake and his team!

I took my 4 runner here to get a new suspension, and a more aggressive off road tire. Jake was great to work with. He knows his business. He helped me with all questions I had. My 4 runner looks great and handles better than new. Look forward to working with them in the future.

Over the summer we were at our Florida home, just outside Port Charlotte, and our truck broke down. I went to the dealership and I inquired about repairing the truck. Needless to say I was utterly shocked on how little knowledge they had and in addition they did not have a certified diesel mechanic.After researching diesel repair shops in the region I had quickly come to realize that one place was far away the top choice. White's Diesel Performance.I can't even begin to tell you how much time and effort Jake put into going through my truck, finding every issue that was wrong, checking some of my concerns and putting together multiple repair scenarios. NEVER once did he try to pressure me into any options. His professionalism was absolutely superior to most mechanic repair places I have been to around the country!If you live in the region and take your diesel truck anywhere else but White's, then you are a fool or don't really care about your truck like I do.As for cost.... not even close. This would have cost me A LOT more in Michigan where I live.

Jake not only fixed a huge mistake that another shop made but addressed other issues as well. Very honest and professional. I feel blessed to have found a new honest 7.3 guru. My truck will be returning in a couple of weeks for more modifications and improvements. He has all my truck repairs from now on. Thank you Jake and Steve...

Jake is incredible, extremely knowledgeable when it comes to anything performance diesel related. I had him do some work on my truck he went above and beyond! He delivered on everything he said he would and made sure my work was completed in a very timely manner, if you have needs for performance diesel work or even general repairs I d highly recommend you go see the team at White s Diesel Performance!!!

I work for Mark Supply, Inc. and we, as a business, use our Isuzu diesel box truck for deliveries daily! Jake took our truck in after it having one problem after another. It's been a few years since my first time meeting Jake, he was relatively young, YET he impressed me as he spoke. Since then I've taken my diesels to Jake as he knows them better than any other mechanic I've ever met. After so many years I'm still delighted to see Jake at it, glad I can bring my trucks into him. It's like being 'home' after being gone for a long time, Thank you Jake your a god-sent mechanic for my 7.3's everytime I come in I just want to build my trucks like those big beautiful showroom beasts you have around your shop. But have to refrain & need to squeeze usable pulling power for every day use. When you pop the hood is when others are impressed & then turn the key people can hear the true testament to Jakes magic. Thank you Jake

Edit to the reply.*** dropped the truck off with a full tank and recieved it back with not even enough fuel to make it to get more. Sounds fine and dandy however your tuner you installed doesn t work nor does the monitor system, the converter gets stuck in lockup the trans mission slips since you worked on it, the new injection pump and lift pump fail to supply the engine with fuel leaving unable to be driven, like I said I knew you would reply with some stuff to try to cover your tracks but fact of matter you misdiagnosed the issue 4 times replacing a bunch of stuff that still does not work, I paid you $11,000 which every bit of it I m stuck redoing because you or your tech did a bad job, doing a bad job is not the problem, we make mistakes it s apart of life, the problem is you can t own up to your mistakes and right your wrongs***** if I could rate 0 I would. Brought my truck here for a repair, bill turned from 1100 into 11,000 and took over 6monhs to get it back , finally after getting my truck back every single thing that was done is faulty, new fuel system- doesn t work , monitoring system-doesn t work transmission - doesn t work. granted the truck was perfectly fine before arrival minus the broken flexplate I m sure Jake will have some smart things to say to try to cover his tracks but that s ok. You know the truth Jake you stole my money and when I called you to tell you the things you did had issues you told me to call the manufacture, So thank you Jake for trashing my truck and costing me a lot more then that in lost wages. Swell guy . Sounds good , doesn t work I m thankful for the people that have had a good experience I hope nobody else got screwed like I did

These guys really know their stuff! After two RV repair centers told me that the amount of black smoke coming out of my exhaust pipe was just "normal" for a diesel, I took my RV to White's. They found the problem in short order, replaced just one small part, and now my rig has a lot more power and doesn't smoke AT ALL. They told me that if this problem was to have gone unresolved for any appreciable time, my turbo could very well have failed. These folks have earned my business. They were friendly, professional, and easy to do business with.

We took our diesel pusher motorhome to White's and the problem was swiftly diagnosed and fixed. It was a pleasure to deal with Jake and his staff. These people are honest, knowledgeable, and provide excellent service.

Looks like others have already said all this, but the guys over at White's are incredible to work with. Purchased over the phone for some DIY upgrades and Nick was amazing to work with. Answered every question I had quickly and in detail to make sure I knew what I needed to do. He was very responsive when I was having issues with my SCT device (not purchased from White's) and walked me through some possible fixes. Ultimately SCT needed to update their own strategies and once that was done Nick got me a new file from the custom tuner, which then worked first try. If I was local this would be my shop for sure. Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I've had online in a long time.

My husband and I have used White s on multiple occasions. He is not the closest diesel shop to us but we gladly drive out of our way to use Whites because they are far better than any other! They ve replaced our HPOP, ring and pinion, turbo, ICP sensors, silicone boots, Y pipe and always do a fantastic job. He s also squeezed us in and gotten things done when we were in a pinch. Answers all our questions and keeps us informed every step of the way!

Im not sure where to start about Nick man. He was so knowledgeable about every product I needed. Which most people might say well thats his job...let me tell you now..you would be surprise to how many people work for these shops and know absolutely nothing! I definitely just want to thank Nick for his patience with me. I can go on and on about how awesome he was and it still won't do any justice. With that being said I'm definitely ordering my parts now. Hey Nick if you can see this...THANK YOU SO MUCH MAN! HAPPY NEW YEAR!
