Brought my car in after getting a screw in one of my tires to see if I could get it patched. Unfortunately the tread was practically non-existent where the patch would have been required so was not worth plugging. The only real option was new tires. They alerted me to the condition of my other tires as well which were worse off than I thought. All in all they worked out a solid deal on two or four brand new tires and alignment. (My car doesn't usually line up well and was pretty far out when they got it. The team got it into significantly better alignment than others had been able to in the past). I got 2 tires replaced instead of 4 awaiting pay day. Everyone was fast, efficient and personable. Straight and to the point, honest people who got the job done, got it done well, and for a fair price. Would recommend Steve, Austin, and the whole crew whose names I didn't get but who took equally good care, to anyone. Thanks again guys!

Fast turn around. My daughter noticed the wear on her tire was critically worn so after researching the costs at places like Costco. she found good pricing at Tire Kingdom for her tire. Shortly after dropping off her car, a rep called to let her know they had the exact same tire as her others on her car in stock. It was more than she wanted to spend so she declined. It was nice they offered. Her car was as in/out within two hours . Would recommend.

I m a big fan of this Tire King and the mechanics here (jeff. Austin, Steve, cam to name a few). The team is personable and kind (have gone out of their way for me on occasion in terms of appointments and pricing) and have successfully fixed a variety of random problems on my older car (plastic brake switches, door handle issues, misbehaving gas light). I happily get my routine oil change and tire rotation done here and they have replaced my rear brake pads. (I also replaced tires here, so those rotations are free for quite a while!) The waiting area is comfortable and clean and you can walk to Starbucks, lunch or Publix. Keep up the good work!

Late in the evening just before closing I found a nail in my tire . I called Tire Kingdom spoke to Austin and they had me come right over . He and Elijah got me right in, fixed the tire and had me back on the road in less than 30 min. Great guys, great service!

A franchise business! First of all, they did a good break job on my Hyundai a few months ago. However, I bought 4 new tires there about 15 months ago. They said they were 40,000 mile tires. Here I am 15 months and barely over 12,000 miles later and they need replaced soon. They offered $100 of the $775 charge. Gee, thanks! I will take my business elsewhere! Don't trust tire kingdoms tire warranty. It is a lie and a joke! I'll go to a non franchise place! I would not buy their stock!!.

This Tire Kingdom is by far the best auto service center I have had the pleasure of dealing with. The manager Steve addressed my service issues and resolved them in a timley and professional manner. He changed out the tires,brakes & replaced my oil pan gasket for half of what the local Honda dealership was going to charge. I would not hesitate bringing any of my vehicles to the auto service center. Professional work done at a fair and resonable price.

My wife got a flat while I was away on business. The folks at Tire Kingdom took good care of her. Layne and Cameron went out of their way, and we were impressed that they had an eye for customer service. Had been to another TK recently with a much different experience. It was refreshing to see people take pride in their work and taking good care of my wife while I was away. Thank You!

I had an oil change and tire rotation at Tire Kingdom. Thankfully they checked my rotor and pads! The rear were worn and needed replacement. The staff is kind and knowledgeable. They quickly got replacement parts while I waited. As a single woman, I find them to be trustworthy and dependable. Thank you!

Excellent service at Tire Kingdom in Nokomis.Brought my care in with a TPMS problem. They took care of me, sorted the problem and were very careful with my wheels, even cleaning them after.Great job - I will definitely come back here for any tire/wheel needs and I d have no hesitation recommending these guys.

Do not do business with this location. Would neither patch my tire caused by a roofing nail obtained from one of the many new constructions in the Venice area, nor honor the road hazard warranty claiming road hazard didn't cover a nail puncture in the tire. We are not talking side wall damage here, we are talking a roofing nail in the middle of the treads. This tire has less than 18,000 miles on it, and is an expensive 60,000 mile Michelin.So whatever location you decide, DO NOT pay extra for the road hazard at Tire Kingdom, Mavis, or any company associated with them. **Update** - A Reddit search has revealed this is Standard Operating Procedure for Tire Kingdom on refusing to patch tires, and denying the Road Hazard Warranty. Apparently all the employees are paid on at least part commission, and have no interest beyond selling you a new tires.

The BEST tire place I have ever been to! Words can t describe how much they helped me deal with a tire that was going flat and causing much stress. Jarrett quickly found the problem, finding and fixing a hole in tire, and sent me on my way, relieving all the anxiety I had felt.

Austin got me in a pinch when I needed a nail removed and tire repaired in order to make my flight within an hour! Will definitely use them again

Would never take anything here again. Had a 9am appointment and by 2 they still had not looked at my car. What a joke. I was getting $1100 worth of tires plus an alignment. Go anywhere else

Service rep declined to acknowledge my presence upon arrival. Told me he was too overwhelmed to help me. Only 5 of 8 bays were occupied! No one was in shop. Displayed horrible attitude.

They are great at communication, they were very fast, and they even accommodated to my needs for payment as I was unable to use a discount featured in the app. I have kids so lower costs for vehicle expenses are crucial for my family. I have a two-year-old and the guys in the shop were so nice to let her play with their kids' toys while we waited for them to finish servicing my vehicle.Best customer service experience I've had in Florida thus far.

If you want Great service with fair prices Do Not go to this store , They charged me full retail for the tires because they knew my car was already being towed to their store. Only a few months ago the Punta Gorda location charged me $210 each when I manually went to their store but, when this store knew my car was in route to them and I had no control over the situation they charged $280 each.When I called the next day to see if my car was ready it was like I was a bother , When I went to the store in Punta Gorda previously they did everything for me and made it an easy transaction. Nokomis store not at all. THUMBS DOWN NEVER AGAIN

I arrived for my scheduled oil change appt, and when my car was done, they refused to honor the oil change price and what was to be included with an oil change on their website (ie tire rotation). They tried to charge me double the website price!! When I showed it to Steve, the Manager, he argued with me and finally begrudgingly gave me the website price ("I will do it this ONE time!"). He gruffly stated TK was just sold to Mavis, and it was their fault, not his. Same TK name on the store, same TK website!I told him I was a repeat customer and did not appreciate him being mad at me when Mavis was putting him in this position for not changing the website. I told him I wouldnt be back, and he said "thats on you". Sent an email to Mavis Corporate. Crickets..... So glad to see that Mavis/TK is doing so well they can lose customers and not care

Although i am not scheduling my tire replacement with TK this time, i certainly appreciate Charles being very forthcoming, patient, explaining several things about the tires and other items. Particularly because i had just had an awful and unprofessional experience at another location i felt it important to express my gratitude to Charles who should be managing... and TK really needs to pay their techs more since they work in the heat/humidity of FL and $16/hr is hardly a living wage.
