I was in and out within an hour very unexpected reply from the manager I was so happy and the prices are very reasonable compared to tire ding dong and the other tire chains

love this place!!! i ve needed a nail-punctured tire replaced quickly 2x in the last 18 months and Laurel Tire Shop came thru professionally and for a good price on both occasions! Thank you!! I will be back for my full set of tires next!

Best family owned reasonably priced tires around. I will never again go to a big franchise tire shop ever again to get ripped off. There straight to the point no trying to upsell type of shop highly recommend.

Speaking from our first experience at this establishment, we have a local tree service and our bucket truck blew a tire on 75. Usually we use Callahan but my husband just took off one of the back dually tires to move up front and made it to the closest place. These are heavy duty tires and are not cheap. First thing is the staff was extremely rude to Jacob (husband). Then after having no other choice he agreed to get the overpriced tire. Jacob asked them if they would put the tire back on that was moved to the front , and never had I been told it cost 40 more dollars just to move back 1 tire while already working on it. What it comes down to is, he was in a bind and felt taken advantage of, was treated rudely and will not return to this shop. Respect and integrity is not isn't a priority and unfortunately he was very disappointed to be treated disrespectfully.

They were fantastic. I had a slow leak iny tire and brought my car in without an appointment. They found 2 nails in my tire, patched it, charged me $25 and I was on my way.

Our business and family have been using Laurel tire for 8 years. Tarci and Ivan are nice people. They will have what you need or get it quickly if they don't. The prices are hard to beat and they ate fast! I would highly recommend this business!

Showed up with a tire that had a screw in it and they fixed it in about 10-15 minutes at a very reasonable price. Very nice also.

Went to Walmart earlier in the week and waited 4 hours for them to do nothing.Laurel Tires took me on an hours notice and had me in and out with 2 new tires and a patch in less the an hour. Not to mention they are wonderful hard working people who actually care about their business and customers.I cannot recommend a better auto shop. Love you guys!

I see they serviced a Tesla, they use the same tires as my Cayenne, they refused to fix my flat tire because it's a Porsche. I don't know if it was a joke that she made to make us more bitter about the visit at 12:30, because then she tells us that she is at lunchtime and that she can't serve us until 1:00 p.m.

I wouldn't normally take the time to write a review but these people, wherever they are from, do not know how to meet USA standards of service and possibly even honesty...I was in Nokomis working as an adjuster immediately after Hurricane Ian. At one house I saw my tire was nearly flat and went to the closest shop which was this one. While waiting in the lobby I began making some critical first contact calls with people claiming damage. Before my second call ended the lady working the desk came in and told me I was ready. I was on a call and sort of gestured that my wallet was in the car and that I would take care of it when I hung up. Once the call ended she immediately told me I was ready to go and I acknowledge this as I made notes in my laptop about the last call. What I didn't realize is that she was VERY SERIOUS about me paying...AND NOW...AND LEAVING. I asked why it was so important and that if it was her house that had damage wouldn't she want a call? With that she told me that I WAS finished and that it was time for me to leave. The two guys in the garage sat on their butts and acted just as ridiculous when I asked for my keys. Not very neighborly especially after a big storm like Ian. I was puzzled by them until two days later that same tire was flat. I can't say for sure but it wouldn't be too far of a stretch to think they just put air in my tire and did not patch it. In any case it was one of the top rude and weird retail experiences I have ever had. They do not deserve any business. NOBODY should go there! In my experienced opinion.

These guys were really helpful with an issue that I had they were unable to fix it but they were definitely very helpful to get me on my way.

Some lady with a piehole fulla food sent me away rudely asking if I could read the sign saying it's her lunchtime. I had a bad tire with four kids in the car and wanted a full premium tire setup. Not only did they lose my business but I let the next guy coming in know and he turned with me to Walmart. Businesses should hire folks with people skills who are a lot less than rude, even if a customer inadvertently interrupts their lunch. Too bad, because owners lose the most. Shouldn't ever give people like this business.

I called to check for availability for an appointment to assess a tire that is not holding air. The woman who answered the phone kept cutting me off while I was trying to speak, asking the size of the tire and if it needed patched. I told her I was unsure of the size and I didn t know if it needed patched or replaced (that s the whole reason I m trying to make an appointment). She said, call me back when you know the size and hung up on me.

We blew a tire on I-75. Laurel Tire was immediately helpful, replaced both back tires and had us back on the interstate in less than 30 minutes. Their price was very fair. We really appreciated their excellent service!

After a night shift I walked out to my car to a completely flat tire. I went to 3 different commercial tire places near my job to find out that they had no appointments available for several days. I had to work again the same night so that was not an option. By the grace of God I made it home so the just enough air to get by. This tire place was my last stop as it was right next to my house. They started working on my car right away and gave me 4 brand new tires as I come to find out my previous ones were from 2015! It only took about 30 mins. They were quick, honest and hard working. I definitely recommend them! And they now gained a new loyal customer!

asked them to pull front tires and take one off the rim and clean out stop leak then balance both ,they never did ,even said they did .I asked 2 times then put tiresback on wrong sides! was a mechanic for 50 years wow I didn't understand isn't an excuse when I called back they denied everything !

This locally owned tire shop is wonderful! They always take care of me and always offer a fair price that beats all others. They have even had to special order a tire for me to match my other tires and it was a no hassle quick and painless experience. I highly recommend them.

Great Prices! Fast and quick! What more can you ask for. They are the people to go to if you need tires. Laurel Tire put new tires on my Toyota Sequoia and I could not be any happier great value and service thank you . Will recommend.

Go anywhere else in town if you have the option.A woman answered the phone with food in her mouth and proceeded to get upset with me for calling during her lunch hour. I actually couldn't tell at first if she was joking but she was absolutely not. Anyway, I came in the next morning for the appointment and two of the employees walked into the office and opened the shop. I walked in behind them and then this woman comes in and starts being rude about how I walked into her open shop. I explained that these men walked in, opened the shop and therefore what was I to think? In fact, it was 9am and they were supposed to be open at 830 but she was so rude I just walked out.I get it. If you need to save every single penny (this place is cheap) and are willing to be treated rudely buy a woman who should't be allowed to interact with customers then come on in. But if you have self respect or expectations about how you should be treated when you spend a fair amount of money at a business, go anywhere else but this place.

They quoted me a price of $40 to mount and balance my tires. I told them I'd be there at 4pm. When I arrived the owner told me it will be $80 to do the job. Got mean with me about it even though I left work early and drove 20 miles to get there.

Was headed to a well known chain tire store to get assistance on removing tire locks with a key that had broken open, live in the area, and saw the shop, stopped by, 15 minutes prior to closing on a Saturday (which sign says they are appointment only that day) Asked the gentlemen there if he could do anything, he quickly hammered the key into place, the used an impact wrench to remove 4 locks...promptly told me that the aftermarket locks are garbage and to go buy a set from Jeep.I can tell you he saved me 100.00 from the phone quote I got from the tire chain, on top of it he did not want to charge me anything.Headed back to have him replace my TPS sensors....excellent neighborhood shop

Can t recommend this place. We called after hitting a pothole, gave the tire size and were told 80 bucks for a new one. Getting there, they claim we gave them the wrong size over the phone (we didn t), and that they would have to order a new tire for the following day (at a price more than double what they originally said). They noted to me multiple times that the rim was bent, but could do nothing about it and sent me on my way in my car with the bent rim. I then find out from another tire shop that letting me drive home on a bent rim is extremely dangerous. Laurel Tire of course didn t tell me that. Combine that with a worker yelling at me in Spanish belligerently for reasons unknown, please reconsider using Laurel Tire.

Rude rude rude people. Been there a couple times and always have the same abrasive customer service experience. Don't even think about showing up anywhere near what could be their lunch and by all means, never go without an appointment. Thankfully a new place is open just around the corner on 41 with friendly people.

Been there 2 time to have one tire replaced or repaired and was turned away both times by his wife and acting like they only want to sell you 4 new tires and then telling you go to walmart its cheaper. I will not be taking my business there and I will not be referring my friends there either.

Have been using another local tire shop until today. We brought the car there and were told our other tires were rot....thank you to the amazing owners and staff for making my vehicle safe again!! We are all about using local people and Laurel Tire Shop is one of the BEST!! We will be using Laurel Tire Shop for all our tire needs!!
