Our family was in need of a local mechanic who knew what they were doing, did it well and was reasonably priced. In summary, we found JB Auto Works!We spoke to a few neighbors. Unfortunately, they were not happy with repairs at other local mechanic shops (quality and pricing), so we did our own research and came across Jim s shop.Having the truck for the past eleven years, I knew some of the issues, including needing new rotors and pads (primary reason for the visit).Jim was happy to look over the entire truck and explained what needed to be worked on, what could wait and what to prepare for in the upcoming years. He knew we had kids and made recommendations on what should be repaired to ensure our truck remained reliable. He was honest with his assessment and we spent time talking about what work needed to be done. He also noted that the drive belt was original, was showing its age and recommended we replace it soon.I appreciated Jim not trying to sell inflated priced parts. I also appreciated that he took time to discuss alternatives to the OEM parts we needed, to include what was a waste of money and what would work well for our vehicle.Jim worked on our vehicle in the given timeframe he promised and we were very pleased with the repairs. He even offered to stay a few minutes late if I ran into any issues riding my bike to his shop to pick up our truck.Jim will be our go to mechanic for our family!

Jim and the crew at JB Auto Works are awesome!! It's refreshing to find a business that is not only honest but one that doesn't overcharge you. They get the work done quickly and have great communication every step of the way!

We have been taking our cars to JB autos for about 2 years. Their service is excellent. Much less expensive than going to a dealership, extremely fast service, excellent work done on the cars and friendly and professional staff and owner. A great auto garage

JB keeps my 2001 Mazda Miata running great. Easy to schedule service and always done when promised. I compared prices the first time I went, but have always found them to be fair and competitive. Where do I even start?! My husband and I are so grateful to have found JB Auto Works! They are kind, knowledgable, professional, and reasonably priced. They never talk down to you or take advantage of you if you re not a car person which I have experienced at other area shops since I m a younger female...When we first came to them, my husband s Jeep Cherokee would randomly not start up and we were having several issues with it. We took it in and they didn t charge us or make things up but simply said they couldn t find anything wrong with it after spending the afternoon looking at it. That s a testament to who they are as people - not trying to gouge you and upsell you just because they can.We have used them several times since for servicing my MINI Cooper Convertible and the previously mentioned Jeep Cherokee and each experience they have been accommodating, courteous, and very responsive.Can t recommend this team enough!!

I am very appreciative of the professional help given to me here each and every visit. They did an amazing job and at a very reasonable price, to repair my rusted out brake lines on my truck.A part of my rear light was broken off and I dropped by all worried about it and they glued it on right then and there. God bless you and thank you for being an honest, respectful, reasonable priced garage with trustworthy people.

Years ago I owned a 2004 Eclipse that was not running well. I don't remember exactly how I came to JB"s Shop, which was located out by the Coach House RV manufacturing facility. Jim had a small space. I told him what my car was doing and he promptly checked the O2 sensors. The one that was faulty was very troublesome when he tried to remove it. He explained to me that if he couldn't get it to unscrew without braking it would be expensive. So he told me he was going to spray some penetrating oil on it and wait a few minutes and try again. Well he was successful and installed the new sensor and it worked great again. I've been a faithful customer of his and have sent him several of my friends to have work done on their cars because I trust Jim and want him to succeed. I'm happy to report he has grown and I attribute that growth to him being honest and fair with customers.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

Moved down here from up north. Was looking for a family owned shop to maintain my vehicle, as I believe they provide the best service with their names attached. Found it in JB Auto Works. Friendly, courteous and they seem to know the business. Until they give me a reason to go elsewhere, they are my shop of choice. Oh, and their prices are reasonable!

JB Auto Works called me promptly to schedule a service. They were polite and helped me schedule appt around my schedule. Next, they called me twice to explain the details regarding cost and what needed to be replaced and what service I could wait on. As a full time teacher and resident, I highly recommend this auto repair company.

JB has worked on two of my vehicles and been up front and done a great job with both. Each had their own challenges and although my van was fairly straight forward my Jeep was a much more complex issue. I m happy to report it s driving better now than it ever has! Although I said I hoped I didn t see them again soon haha I will when I need an oil change! Love their dedication to doing the job right and how they tried to minimize my expenses. It s hard to find a knowledgeable and trustworthy mechanic and these guys are both. Definitely have pride in their work and will do their best to make it right.

I have a foreign car but couldn't find a repair shop nearby to do regular maintenance so I searched the web for positive reviews of shops in my area. JB Auto Works took care of my 1999 vehicle and now I know just why their good reviews from many other customers were justified. They are understanding, professional, efficient and trustworthy. This shop charges a fair price for excellent work but doesn't take advantage of the situation. I am exceedingly happy and relieved to have found a team to take care of my little Benz SLK.

Stopped in to get my rear windshield wiper replaced with one I had purchased earlier. I was immediately greeted with a warm smile and helping hand. A few minutes later and I m on my way. No charge!!! I ll definitely be back for other services.

J and B Auto is a reliable, fair and extremely trustworthy auto repair shop. I am an older single female and I always felt like they were honest with me regarding taking care of my late model car. I always made an appointment and they did the work while I waited. On time and done correctly. I highly recommend J And B Auto repair shop.

I recommend JB Auto Works. Jim is very knowledgeable and patient when explaining the repairs. You will receive a higher quality of customer care and more honest auto care with JB Auto than at large chain automotive care shops. I will be taking my Jeep Cherokee back as needed.

I took my Honda Accord to one of the local businesses and got an estimate for all the things that needed done. I was appalled at some of the things that they told me that I needed done that really did not need to be done.I had been to JB auto with my Chevy equinox when My AC went out this past summer and they did a great job.So I decided to take my Honda Accord there and had a much better outcome!To all of you at JB auto Works thank you so much and have a MerryChristmas and happy new year!! Honest, kind, and responsive auto shop. I called on a Friday and they were able to take my vehicle in on a Monday. Very thorough and honest with diagnosis. Will bring my vehicle back there for future service.

Jim and his team do a great job. They are very experienced, reliable and trustworthy. You know your car will be well taken care of using JB Auto Works and at the same time you will feel like you have been treated fairly for the great job! Was having a problem with a leak in the roof/driver side door of my Lexus, it was Christmas and New Year s, every place in the area gave me a 2 week wait. JB took me immediately; reasonable, professional, kind, courteous, responsible. I will definitely be taking my business to JB.

While Thrifting next door, I came out to a dead car and I was so thankful that I was right Next to JB Auto Works! They were kind enough to check my battery and offered to test it so I wouldn t run into this issue again. I opted to just have it replaced and they were kind enough to fit me in with no appointment, a full house and on a Monday.I m thankful for their kindness and getting me in asap.I hope to switch all of my car business to them. Small businesses are so much more personal-able than the big retail car companies and they truly show they care. Thank You JB Auto works and all your staff.

JB Auto Works was referred to me by a friend. After going to a franchise dealer, who wasout to make money, I went to this shop. They used synthetic oil, as recommended by the manufacturer, & changed my oil. They gave another couple of recommendations but didn t force me to do them right away. They also explained everything. I will go back to them because they are honest, friendly people. As the shop explained, there is enough business where you don t need to lie to people & try to take advantage of them. Highly recommended!

Very knowledgeable and professional. They gave me options for tire replacements where they could have just given me one high price. Price quoted included all taxes and fees. Definitely going there in the future.

I am so grateful to have an honest and professional caring mechanic right in my neighborhood. I am a single mother with a young adult daughter that drives an old car. I felt that I was treated with respect and honesty and caring. The car is running so much better now! A fair price for a job well done and they went above and beyond.

Jim and the team at JB Auto take excellent care of my 05 Kia Sedona! Local, fair and honest. They fixeda warranty oil leak issue with my starter and replaced my valve cover (not covered) at no charge. Jim and his staff have always been honest about necessary repair/replacements. They don t try to sell me on repairs I don t need or filters I know don t need to be changed like other places have. They speak to me directly and don t talk at me. I take all my vehicles to JB Autoworks and will continue to do so!
