After totaling our only vehicle a month ago, Step One Niceville was the only dealership that deliberately helped with getting us a car. A special shout-out to Starlotte, the sweetest and nicest woman who helped with our application. Mr. John showed us the vehicle and answered any questions we had about the vehicle. We could not be any happier with our purchase and the service we received. 10/10 recommend and we will be back in the future for our second vehicle purchase.

Car buying experience here was awesome. James, our salesman, worked with us every step of the way and made sure we walked out happy. We came all the way from Louisiana to buy a 4Runner over here and they made the process go by with ease. Thank y all again! Made the wife happy!

We loved the customer service our salesman Brett gave us. He was very knowledgeable about our vehicle and so kind. We also loved the service of Starlotte!!! She was fun and has a wonderful personality!! We love them both!!

Mr. Jim Hicks was absolutely AMAZING. I upgraded from a 08 honda accord to a 2018 and it was my first time buying a car (by myself) and he was so patient and understanding with my situation, and even after I bought the car we stayed in contact because he wanted to make sure everything was okay with me and the car. I ABSOLUTELY recommend buying from this dealership whether it be your first car or 5th, and I definitely plan on coming back whenever I need another upgrade. Best experience EVER, thank you Jim!!!

Wish i could rate a zero do not recommend. I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment with the service I have received from your dealership. I have been dealing with an issue with my pre-owned vehicle for over a month now,I purchased a used car from Larry, who conveniently no longer works for your dealership. If you look at the records in this car, you can see that the ETC code was originally found back in 7/3/23. Again, I state that I bought it on 8/26/23 and have only driven approximately 300 miles because of this issue. The same code came back on 9/13/23, and I had to go through Hyundai because luckily it hadn t hit 60k yet. I have not been able to drive the car since then. I wasn t able to get into an official dealer until 10/4/2023. I am just out a car until the parts come in at the end of November and they have time to dissemble the whole car because of the issues. The multifuse is melting, and the harness needs to be replaced. The harness touches ever electrical part in the car.I do not understand how a dealership can sell a car that had previous codes that were removed and not checked out. I was able to see that this car has been having electrical issues on Auto Trader since 9/2022. When I dropped it off for them to investigate the issue, the mirrors no longer would pop out, and it wouldn t start on the first try along with many other issues.I am disappointed that when I called to talk to Mark, the manager, he said all cars are checked by their StepOne Ford location. People are human and can make mistakes . However, as a customer who paid cash for a vehicle that has been nothing but trouble since day one, I would have never bought this car knowing it had previous electronic issues.I hope someone at StepOne will make sure all their pre-owned cars are truly being checked. This situation has left me never wanting to buy from a used dealer again.

High pressure sales, false KBB information-(low ball trade offer) and over-priced used vehicles. Save your money and shop elsewhere ! I don't understand how these people sleep knowing how they take advantage of hard working people. This company is a joke- I've called several times and nobody resolved anything ; they're a bunch of crooks! Karma is going to take care of these people...No doubt.

What I like the most about shopping there is no one tried to push anything on me and that made me feel good. So go buy a new car and ask for Dawson. He s a wonderful salesperson

I just purchased a 2015 Ford Edge Limited. I worked with Jim and Star who were freakin AWESOME!!!! Best experience I ve ever had with purchasing a vehicle. We can't say enough great things about Performance Cars Niceville! My niece has a car now and absolutely loves it! Larry Campbell, sales representative, helped us find a great car in our monthly payment range; he listened, was cordial, and closed the deal for us in a timely manner. I have never been so satisfied while buying a vehicle before! Performance Cars really treats you like family. I recently bought my 2012 Jeep Wrangler just over a week ago from Mary Ann. She brought me in and immediately made me feel comfortable and not walked all over while trying to purchase my Jeep. If I had any questions she would be quick to answer and didn't mind going in depth about any of them. She was very responsive of what I had to say about my trade in value and getting a good deal from the dealership. She was there 100% of the time to make sure that I was a happy and satisfied customer and would immediately go back to her for any future car buy. If anything, car buying can be very stressful for any one and Mary Ann made everything about my purchase a breeze. Not only was working with Mary Ann a pleasure but also, Mr. Rick Sako in the finance department found me the lowest interest rate he could and finalized my deal with the best rate.Thank you Performance Cars for my dream vehicle!

I highly recommend Performance Cars of Niceville, specifically, Larry Campbell, who kept me mind the of the type of vehicle and in the price range that I was looking for. I had visited the lot several times, but as the saying goes, the third time is the charm. Larry called me as soon as my 2015 Cadillac SRX landed into their lot. What was important to me was that I was allowed to take the vehicle to my mechanic for a used card review. My mechanic informed me that he could not find anything wrong with the car. Larry told me that they wouldn't and that the car was in pristine condition - he was right! What was also important to me, was that I did not wish to spend numerous hours "working out a deal" which is so typical with dealerships. The process went quickly and smoothly. I am so grateful and blessed to be the proud owner of my 2015 Cadillac SUV, affectionately named Cream Puff! Much thanks and appreciation to Larry for your care and customer service, and to the rest of the staff at Performance Cars Niceville!!

These fellas went out of their way and put together a deal we could not refuse. We started at a completely different dealership (not a Step One store) that we have been loyal to in the past. Our usual salesman made a call to Tracy and his guys at Performance Cars of Niceville, because the car we were looking for, and price, was not available where we started. We showed up at Performance, greeted by Andrew, or new salesman, and Tracy, the manager. We test drove the car, completed an app, and Daniel (the finance guru) found us the best lender and best rate possible. The whole process was so painless, effortless, and fast. Andrew helped with switching everything from the old car to the new and had is ready to go the moment the ink dried to the contact. We definitely would recommend these guys over and over again. Oh, and these guys were 100% transparent with the cost and fees involved. The bent over backwards to get our deal done at a cost we thought was only a dream.

Open recalls, bald tires !!! Wow once I could really inspect the car the next morning I was really disappointed!!! So yall got me twice had to air up tires before we got on I10 sorry the facts are fact !!! My advice shop around don't do like me . Don't let the spray on the tires fool you !!! Wow now oil change light on yall are something !!!

Larry Campbell and the team at Performance Cars in Niceville was phenomenal with our recent purchase. They were up front and straight forward as I was with them. We came to a win-win agreement on a new truck and received top dollar for our trade in. Every fault I picked out with our new truck was already noted and brought up by Larry before I could even bargain with it like I might have had to with another dealer. The straight forward, no hassle buy and trade in couldn t have been smoother. We will absolutely visit these guys again when we re ready to buy another car. Thanks!

I recently bought a 2017 Dodge Challenger R/T w/5.7 liter V8 Hemi at this dealership and I absolutely love it!!! This car is so much fun to drive and its condition is incredible. I definitely recommend Performance Cars Niceville to anyone in need of a vehicle. The staff is very friendly, supportive and do everything they can so you have the best experience. After submitting an interest form online I was contacted by James. The vehicle I was interested in was over my budget for a monthly payment. I told James what we were searching for and he quickly found us a family vehicle that could work for our budget and matched our needs. I was able to test drive it the next day after work. Even though I am still rebuilding my credit, Mark and James were able to negotiate terms for me trade in my vehicle and have a monthly payment that fit my family's budget. After, I signed paperwork with Starlette who was very nice and personable. The dealership was casual and extremely laid back. They gave me extra time and were patient with me as I had difficulties locating the paper title for my trade in. This was such an easy purchase that I was sick to my stomach because it almost seemed too easy lol. I've had the car for almost a week and my family loves it. We really appreciate James for taking the time to look for a vehicle that matched what we were looking for and want to thank the team for staying late for me to sign paperwork.

We bought our second vehicle within two years from Mr. James about 2 months ago. James himself did a great job both times answering any and all questions and getting information for me minus one time he was misinformed about a warranty on the truck we most recently purchased. We spent, longer than felt comfortable, finalizing the paperwork with the finance woman. She pushed hard for us to get that ridiculous warranty that doesn't always actually protect the buyer. James mentioned that the truck was still under manufacture warranty as it was a 2020 Diesel truck.(Turns out its not) but the truck looked to be in good condition, low miles and was only about three years old. Less than a month after getting it the DEF system and injector went out which forced us to give the stealership at FWB Dodge(Also step one) 1100$ as we PCS in a matter of weeks. This made us uncomfortable because the women spent SO much time on getting that warranty it made us feel like maybe they knew something but we aren't sure. I reached out to James and let him know what was going on and he said he would send it up to his manager and see if they would be willing to help us out in some way but never got a response after that. James did such an amazing job with us the first time we purchased which is why we came back but I have to say if we had the same experience we did this time the first time we purchased I wouldn't ever go to another step one period. The experience this time VS the last time rubbed us the wrong way and just felt a little shady and disheartening as repeat customers. Just do your research and when you feel like you've done enough, do some more. Experiences WILL vary.
