I recently moved to the area and needed a couple maintenance items completed on my wife s Highlander. The staff was extremely nice, and prices for parts and labor were very reasonable. I did have to schedule my appointment about two weeks in advance, but I was more than pleased with their work.

We brought in our X5 due to an oil and coolant leak. Oil was dripping on the belts causing it to go all over the engine. They quickly diagnosed the problems, and provided repair estimate. They cleaned the entire engine bay, spotless. They are busy, understandably so. Can t beat the quality of work, honesty and value. No question, I trust them to take care of our cars.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Had a early 90's Celica serviced here and the work was too notch. They didn't over diagnose with hopes of making lots of money of us, but were rather fair. Clean and organized garage is always a good sign and although all three bays were full, it was still tidy.Very much appreciate their honesty and we'll earned reputation for quality service.

Outstanding Service!!I came to L'Orange desperate for help, as we were in the middle of a move and leaving FL the very next day. Their appointments were booked through to the next week. Robert kindly ft in my repairs and went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was safe to drive. I would recommend their service to anyone!

There isn't much space to explain how amazing this place is. Since using them to service both our BMW cars, we saved about $7,000 in service and cost of the business of being taken advantage of if we went to an original BMW dealership for service. I took both Robert and the magic man with the plan, Dennis, at their word and ibhave not been disappointed one bit.I had to take one of the cars to FWB BMW because battery died and wouldn't move any more. After $3,500 I still had to bring it back because my door sensor broke. But Dennis made it all much better with his service. Thank you for being here!

I brought my 10 year old MDX in because the air quit working. I was sure it was the compressor and I m not the best (except regular oil changes) on car maintenance. I was fully prepared for a bill with a laundry list of maintenance and repairs and would not have been surprised to get one. However, only a few hours later we get a call that it was just a relay sensor $75 was it!!! Wow!!! A/C is working perfectly, no up-sell or rip off! This is how you do business, my friends. So, in the future if I get a big bill, I ll know it was legitimate because they established that trust from the beginning.

Dropped my car off here for a whole day. Before I got there to pick up my car I called and the guy that works at the front desk told me he would have a quote for me by the time I picked up my car which was at 430 pm. So I get a ride to pick up my car and the same guy tells me that he hasn't had a chance to get the numbers together. In my mind you already know what you're going to charge someone for a repair on their car. So he told me he would call me. I didn't receive a phone call before they closed that and I didn't receive one the next day. So I called them and nobody answered the phone. I left s voicemail and still nobody called me back. If I could give them zero stars I would. I see everyone has left them 5 star ratings, but I don't see how. My experience was bad with this place. I will never return again.

I have taken my Honda vehicles to L'Orange Auto for a couple years now. The service is always performed on time and at a fair price. I trust this shop fully and know that they have the safety of my family and my vehicle in mind when recommending various repairs.

I truly cannot say enough good about L'Orange Auto. 100% trustworthy and professional at all times. This shop gets 10 stars out of 5 in my book. I refer every friend I have who owns an import car.

These guys have excellent customer service, got me in short notice and they had virtually no room for me but still fit me in and got my car fixed up quickly and at an excellently fair price. Thank you so much you have a customer for life.

Went there today with a trailer hitch receiver and asked how much they would charge to turn the ball in the opposite direction (would take about a minute to do), the person at the desk said in a very disrespectful attitude they did not have time or wouldn t waste their time on such a small job, and to take it down the street to another shop. Because of his attitude as I left I told him that I sure wouldn t bring my vehicle to this shop, his answer was he didn t need my business. I owned an auto repair shop for 20 years before moving here and never in my time regardless of how big or small a job was showed this kind of disrespectful attitude to a customer.

After reading reviews I called and left a message to see if they could service my car's AC and they did call back and scheduled me reasonably soon considering peak business and with a competitive price and meeting all expectations I am happy with my decision to do business there.

Robert L'Orange and is a nice guy. He and his crew does excellent work. You will pay hundreds less than what the dealership wants.
