I came to this store after jumping a curb to avoid an accident and having a small chunk of my tire taken out. I wanted to check and see if my tire needed to be replaced, and also ask about new tires since the dealership told me my tires needed to be replaced immediately. The gentleman who helped me, Mason, could have easily sold me four new tires in that exact moment, but instead, he did a thorough check of all of my tires, inspecting the tread and the sidewalls. He let me know that my tires still had a lot of life left in them and did not need to be replaced. And that the chunk was merely cosmetic and I would be safe to drive on it. So while I don t need new tires today, I will definitely come here to purchase my tires when they do need to be replaced. I respect and appreciate honest businesses, and this is one of them! So, if you do need tires, go see Mason at this store!

I got a flat tire on the road and pulled into the Goodyear tire service . They were swamped and short handed. Instead of turning me away Mason Riggs and the employees worked hard to get my flat fixed before closing. No other service center would ever do that. The price was reasonable and what could have been a disaster instead problem solved. I will go no where else from now on.Thank you so much to everyone there. Best service in town!!!

Brought my truck in for an alignment and had a light on for my ABS sensor. I had already used my OBD2 scanner and saw it was not communicating with my sensor. While I had them do my alignment, they offered to diagnose it for me to see what was really broken. They charged me 70 dollars to tell me the same thing my OBD2 scanner already told me. Then they quoted me just under 600$ to replace the sensor. I ordered my own sensor for 13$ and installed it myself. Very easy. Turns out the sensor was not the issue, it was the wire connected to the sensor. I replaced the wire for 5$. Everything is fixed. Not sure why they were asking 600$ for the work. Seems very dishonest to charge someone 70$ for a diagnostic and not even test the cable and just say the sensor was broken when obviously it was not. Cannot recommend them, seem dishonest.

I ve been in customer service for 25 years. I m results driven and a high performer. After unsuccessfully being serviced at other shops at 3 pm on a Friday, I made it to Goodyear for a simple tire patch. I spent the day at an appt for my son s surgery which took about five hours. It was a long day and I ran over a nail on the way home. I needed my car to return to work the next morning. I was hopeful I d get the repair done the same day but the mechanic at the counter s demeanor was very rude and he treated me as if I was inconveniencing him. After he threw his arms up and got mouthy with me, I kindly asked for my key back and wished him a nice weekend. I wouldn t do business with this man if he offered it for free. Luckily my loving husband is skilled at many things. He got the job done at home easily. I ll never go back to this location. Goodyear in Tampa was always a delight. This is such a shame in NICEVILLE! I didn t get this man s name but he s older with a beard.

I am not one to ever leave reviews, but I cannot recommend this Goodyear location enough!! I originally took my car in for a diagnostic appointment due to some noises with my front passenger tire and while I was there I decided to add on an oil change as well (because their prices are far better compared to the dealership!). Sean diagnosed the issue, explained it to me fully, and ordered the parts all in the same day. He made time for me to bring my car back in the next morning for the repair and while he had originally quoted an alignment with the repair cost, he let me know at pick up that the alignment looked great and was unneeded so he took it off the bill. I cannot think of any other car repair company that would be so honest about what was actually needed and do their best to keep the price honest and fair! I will ABSOLUTELY be returning to this location for all further tire and service needs!

I have been using this good year for almost 28 years but never again. Bought and paid for 4 new tires. Made an online appointment for 8am. Dropped the car right on time. 10 hours later they had NOT completed the work. But don't worry they didn't refund my money right then on spot or offer me a new appointment... they gave an order number to call/email the main office. Now I have a project to figure how to get my money back. Thanks for project? Horrible Experience & attitude stinks.

Definitely a place to come to for vehicle service or repair. They are upfront with you and let you know what s needed and how much. Great customer service as always! They know what they are doing ! One of the main reasons we keep going back!

I have taken a tire to this establishment twice and the first time I was turned away for a patch job. Second time I left a tire there at 0800 and by 1500 they still hadn't patched it. Do not go to this place if you are trying to get any tire work done.

It's an absolute waste of time to take your car here. They made my car twice as bad as when I brought it in. I ended up bringing my car to RTR Automotive and Cody had it diagnosed and repaired in 3 hours.

Great Experience! I limped my car in at 4pm on a Wednesday night with a flat tire. They had my tire fixed and I was able to drive home exactly 1 hour after arriving. Because I had a warranty on my tires when I bought them here 2.5 years ago, the service was completely free. Couldn t be happier, I thought for sure I would have to leave it overnight. Even if they couldn t fix my tire and I needed a new one, they had one in stock and the price I would have had to pay for it is at a very competitive market price point. We used to use a different place in town and the customer service, timeliness and value went way downhill. I have had nothing but a great experience since switching to Goodyear Niceville. Highly recommend!

Booked an online appointment to get a slow leaking tire looked at and tire rotation. Traveled in and was told my appointment couldn t be honored and they couldn t do the service.

Took my truck in for a grinding noise in the brakes. Was told that the brake pad spring broke and was jammed in between the brake pad and the rotor. I just changed my brakes myself and all springs were intact. This place literally lied to my face trying to get me to pay for a service I did not need.

Scheduled an oil change online. Received a call 20 minutes later stating that I would have to bring my vehicle there 2 hours earlier than the appointment time and leave it there the entire day to have it completed. For an oil change...Then was told the next appointment day wasn't for about a week rather than any of the times that were available online.Bad service to offer appointments at one time then only after someone sets the appointment call and provide totally different information.I mistakenly bought the 3 year alignment plan but have never had the chance to use it because they never have an appointment time that works or they call and change the times completely, or need the entire day to do that or a simple oil change...

This store is Tops! I've used them for 11 years when I became a widow. They treat me well and take really good care of my car, a 2003 Ford Focus. I had it in today for an oil change, and a complimentary rotate and balance. Jeanelle was especially nice and the gentleman there working behind the counter when I got there was very pleasant and pet my Emotional Support Dog, Drummond. I stopped in to get air in my front tire, and the mechanic discovered a screw in the tire at the edge of the tread and tire wall, so it couldn't be repaired. I purchased 2 new tires, and even though the staff was busy and short handed, they were very efficient and personable, and completed everything in less time than I expected. The waiting area was clean and comfortable.

Had a boat trailer tire blow out. Limped the twin axle into niceville and James, the store manager, did his very best to get us fixed up and on the road as fast as possible. He, like everyone else, is probably short staffed and everyone was working hard under that kind of pressure. He got us a quality tire mounted and balanced and we were rolling again much quicker than we thought. Thanks James!!

I got a tire patched a few months ago here and today, the same tire leaked in the area of the old patch. I dropped the car off at 9 am and around 1:30 pm I called to see if it was ready. They said it wouldn't be till closing (6 pm) or a little after. Normally, I'm *kind of* patient but in this situation, I need to have my child picked up from daycare by a certain time. Luckily, I had a full size spare. I'll have to take my tire somewhere else to get patched. Very inconvenient situation. It would have been better if they just told me up front about the time it would take to patch the tire...

Great service! Had a flat tire repair and I brought the tire in an hour before my actual appointment and they took without question. Fixed the tire in 30 minutes and sent me on my way. They were the only ones willing to even book me on Saturday out of Crestview, Niceville, Val-P, or Fort Walton.

The staff is great. Took car in for alignment expecting to find something wrong, they were honest and told me what it was. I expected it after installing my own struts, then come to find out after alignment the parts I installed were cheap brand parts causing car to shake, they realigned it after I changed to a name brand strut car is driving great.Thanks guys for your honesty.Oh yeah get the 3year alignment worth every penny of it.

10/10 recommend this place! Just got 4 new tires put on and thought I needed an alignment so went ahead and told them to do it for me, turns out I didn t need it and instead of doing an alignment and charging me for it, they were honest about it:) I also, didn t have a ride so I told them I was staying to wait and they had all the work done in about a hour! I really appreciate these boys for taking care of me today!

Got a good deal on a set of Goodyear tires at Niceville store. While waiting there a nice elderly woman brought her car in and said it was making alot of noise. Goodyear tech came back and told her there was no oil in it and right front bearing was going. They added several quarts. They were shorthanded and since she was taking a trip, they directed her to Pep Boys for immediate repairs. They did not charge her for oil or analysis. Can't say I have seen that in a long time.

Excellent customer service.... if your buying new tires! Worked me in for new tires. Told me road hazard was included. Couple months laterHad a tire going low on a Saturday so I headed over and was told to come back Monday they were to busy. Went out to the parking lot to see it was flat. They offered to put air in it so I could get home and return on Monday. I said no I have road hazard I ll wait even though they said it could be 4 hours. Then after I waited I was shown the tire wasn t repairable AND that the paper work said I denied road hazard! I asked if it was included before purchasing the tires and told yes. So $100 for a new tire and they sold me road hazard for all 4. One month later visiting in another state pick up a nail AND no Goodyear for over 69 miles. Went to the local Walmart and $15 for repair and fast excellent service. Lesson learned stick to Walmart or Sam s

They are the best in the area. I came out to my car in the morning to a flat tire on the driver side. I was able to drop the tire and they took care of it with a phone call. I could tell it was a busy day for them by the amount of cars out front.They put the tire on my car and sent me on my way in 20 minutes.Everytime I have gone to this location in the past for brakes. They have always been straight forward and helpful to me and my family.

If you damage a wheel and take the wheel off the vehicle, they will not put the tire from the damaged wheel onto a new wheel. Even if you spent over $1,000 on tires from Goodyear.Before coming in, I asked an employee if I could do this, and they said yes. When I came to the store I was told no.Disappointed with being left out to dry with no other close businesses being able to do this service.

Manager was fantastic! Very kind and helpful! We needed a tire repaired just as we were trying to leave and get going on a long trip home. They fixed it in less than half an hour. Clean and well cared for shop. Can see they take pride in their work. Thank you!
