Glass Doctor came to the rescue again. We had an 8'x6' panel of glass get cracked about 2 weeks ago and they just install the new one today. Their workers are always on time and extremely pleasant to deal with. Thanks again! Would recommend for any personal or commercial jobs.

I highly recommend the Glass Doctor. They have done excellent work for me before so I didn t hesitate to call again. They installed new shower doors in my shower that was out of square by 2.5 . They did a wonderful job and I will call them again.

Glass Doctor of NWFL replaced the windows on our home. The crew (Willi, Paul, Kevin and one other gentleman) were all amazing; they were punctual, efficient, professional, neat and did a wonderful job! They even finished ahead of schedule and were very mindful of my cats which I so appreciated. I love my new windows and highly recommend them!

I sincerely recommend Glass Doctor of Northwest Florida (GDNWFL). The entire process was a dream come true. From calling up to schedule an estimate to the final installation, it couldn't have been smoother. The estimator was on time, courteous and professional. He showed me every fogged window that needed replacement. He told me I should expect a written estimate within a few days. When it arrived I called to see when the glass would be ready to install. I was given a date and time. Keven arrived on schedule and reviewed the window glass to be replaced. He was personable, efficient and professional. His attention to detail was remarkable as he made sure everything was right before leaving. He is a great asset. As an older couple, we really appreciate the thoroughness of this organization.From talking with Kevin, I learned the glass provided is assembled in house at the local location. The warranty, while not transferable, is 12 years parts and one year labor. This is just another reason I recommend GDNWFL

Great job! Glass high quality. VIN number easily read. No goop covering it. At a competitor to GD they covered my VIN on a different vehicle. Top notch job w these folks. Cheers!

I got two small windshield cracks repaired here. They did a good job, and it didn't take long at all. They can charge your insurance or you can pay it. The prices are agreeable.

Perfect experience from beginning to end with professional top-notch technicians who take their job seriously and do it pride. No cutting corners with these guys...they take their time to explain any concerns found during the repair/replacement. I have had both home and auto glass replaced and couldn't be happier. For auto windshield damage, they also work with major insurance companies to initiate the claim and get you set up. Quality work done fast and easy!! Best in town!

This company was prompt and provided great service at a fair price. Told me if could be up to 14 days to get our glass replaced, but only took 3 days. Very highly recommend them.

After having a lightning strike hit our house a few months ago we noticed most of the windows in our house were showing broken seals. After going through several window replacement companies and exorbitant estimates, I discovered Glass Doctor of NW Florida. Starting with a site visit by Ricky Bond, we decided to go with them to replace about 23 windows. Within days they had the initial window order completed and were ready to install. We were so impressed by Donnie and Jesse and the entire process we ordered the rest of them to be replaced also. Arrived on time as scheduled, polite, professional and knew what they were doing. I can only say you won't be disappointed with these pros. Saved a ton of money and no aggravation.

I called and asked for a quote for window glass replacement and spoke with Dorys who set up the appointment for someone to come out so that a quote could be given. There were 12 windows and a door that needed the glass replaced. There were also 4 balances that had to be replaced. Everything was ordered and the work was done in a timely manner. Willie and Jessie were efficient and knowledgeable, and when they were finished replacing all the glass. They were professional, cleaned the glass and left their work areas spotlessly clean. Impressive. I will not hesitate to have them do other work for me. I found the entire staff that I encountered to be honest and trustworthy. Great company to work with.Lois

Phone employee at the Niceville location and technician at Crestview location quickly got my daughter's windshield on her new car fixed after she got a rock chip. Paying cash rather than going thru insurance was easy.

These guys were great! Quick and efficient in replacing my gl320s windshield and drivers side glass. Even had me come in to tape the broken drivers glass for me until the glass came in. This was my 3rd time using them, the other 2 were fixing rock chips in a lotus esprit windshield and a buick reatta windshield. Both expensive glass that I didn't want to have to replace, and they are still pretty much undetectable a couple years later. 5 stars around!

I have a motor home RV that had a crack in the very large front windshield. Dorys and her team at Glass Dr took great care of me to replace the windshield.I highly recommend this businessThey worked with my insurance company and were able to get me back on the road.They are professional, courteous, kind, and responsive. Had two shower doors installed by Glass Doc and are very happy with their work. Between the two projects, we had the pleasure of working with Kevin, Brandon, Paul and Ricky. Measuring and install went perfectly on both doors and the guys were professional, courteous, timely, and experts at the trade.

The service and professionalism were amazing! I had a rock hit my windshield, called glass doctor and Jessica Hill answered the phone, she called my insurance company and stayed on the line with me through the whole process. She was extremely professional and personable. My windshield was replaced the next day! I highly recommend these guys for any windshield needs. Ask to speak to Jessica and she will make sure to take amazing care of you.

We've had our shower enclosures, vehicle windshield, rear sliding window on our Titan, windows in the home replaced and fixed and through all of them, they've been great. We just had a mirrored sliding door resized with them and they were fairly priced, and really quick.

I have only good things to say about Glass Doctor in Niceville Florida. They are courteous and professional and I have always received quality work from them. Once, they made a speciality mirror for me and it continues to decorate a wall in my home. I ve had them replaced a couple of cracked windshields and they replaced a glass insert in a coffee table that got broken during moving for me. I ve never been disappointed in their work!

I had to use Glass Doctor of Northwest Florida (Niceville, FL) a couple of times over the last few years. They are always been professional and done a great job. I thought Safelite was good, but they started failing me by canceling appointments on the day of service, in the last hour, as I live at the edge of the Pensacola service boundary.

Glass is stupid expensive for some reason but Glass Doctors repaired my residential window that was cracked. They were on time for estimates and for actual work. They were also much more affordable and didn t charge me some trip fee ($105) that another companies tried. Would definitely recommend.
